The house was beautiful and roomy enough for 4 couples to have privacy. It was just a short walk to the beach and close to a convenient store that had just about anything you could possibly need without driving to a store. The hot tub/pool was nice but had some trouble with keeping it heated. Other than that it was a perfect place.

Everything was perfect!!

Had a mini-reunion with some old Blue Angel buddies. All 4 couples had a Master bedroom and their own bathroom! Plenty of room for everyone to have plenty of privacy. Beach access was just across the street. Highly recommend this place!! Quiet end of the beach but close to Pier Park and McGuires!

WOW!

The most wonderful vacation in the most amazing house ! I cannot say enough good things about this rental. Literally steps to the beach, great views, beautiful spacious rooms, and close to anything you need or want to do. Plenty of room to be with everyone staying in the house, or enjoy some alone time if you need it. I will most definitely book this house again.

Wonderful property that sleeps 2-3 families well, with excellent access to an awesome beach (Not crowded!)only 20-30 yards from front door. Great parking, everything newer and nice pool and spa. Great place!

Great location and beautiful home.

The home was clean, decorated beautifully, and we had everything that was promised. Check-in was a breeze and they even let us check in early which we appreciated. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation.

Great choice for a week long stay

We enjoyed our experience. The pool was smaller than expected but worked for our small group. House had beautiful views, great beach access and close enough to activities and food.

Aloha Beaches was a wonderful home!

This rental was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and updated. Its in a perfect location with ocean views. We were worried about the walk across the street to the beach because we normally stay on the beach... but its so close it was actually easier than staying on the beach in a condo. We were there during the 4th and we could see all the fireworks up and down the beach from our balcony. It was a pleasant surprise! I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

This was a perfect stay for my family over the Thanksgiving week. Great location for the beach, great house layout for both getting the family together for meals and also private enough (3 floors) for the families to have their space and time when needed. Rules were simple and laid out in advance, and the owners did a great job at communicating. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and location

Very lovely home with steps across the road to the beach. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. We enjoyed the decks, pool and room to spread out. Will come again.

This is a great property. There were a few bumps in the beginning but within an hour Joe had them solved. Thank you for a relaxing vacation that was much needed.

Great view with a lot of room

If you have a big family this is the place to be ! Lots of room so you are not crowded. We enjoyed the view from the balconies as well. The sitting area on the top floor provided a gathering place for everyone to hang out in the evenings to fellowship and play games.

Amazing location with easy access to the beach. Just past the last set of condos so the beach was not crowded. House is beautiful and just as described. Pool and hot tub was nice for the kids after a long day at the beach. Good communication from the time of booking until check out. My niece left a pair of diamond earrings on the bathroom counter when we were checking out. I called later that day and the house manager was able to locate the earrings and they are going to mail them to my home. Amazing customer service from beginning to end. Would not hesitate to book and stay again in the future!!

Beautiful home with everything you need and was very clean. We loved how close to the beach we were. Was so nice having a pool to come back to after being on the beach. ( the shower and water hose just inside the gate to wash off with before getting in pool was great) Location on Front Beach Rd. was so nice to be able to hop on our golf cart and go to so many places either direction. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. We loved it and would highly recommend it Aloha Beaches ❣️

We had significant mold issues at this property. Several rooms had a strong musty smell and visible mold around vents and on the ceiling. More than half of our group experienced allergic reactions and had to leave early, and we were only able to stay in one downstairs bedroom that appeared safe. A leaking upstairs toilet caused moisture and mold on the floor below, which was confirmed by the property manager. Unfortunately, no real solution or relocation was offered. This home was not safe or fully usable during our stay and should be properly remediated before being rented again.

Liar. There is absolutely no mold, just a lady that stayed a week and then wants to extort money back. We have photo documentation and even a report from and environmental company that verifies there is absolutely no mold in any of the tests that were run. This home is spectacular, and was rebuilt from a tornado and put into service brand new this past spring. There was a spot on a section of drywall that was discolored but not from an active leak. We asked the guests on the day she reported the issue if we could come out and repair. We were told no, they were enjoying their vacation and didnt want to be bothered. I ask, in all honesty.. if you were staying in a place you thought dangerous, would you refuse an offer to move to another home, or have the issue resolved AND stay the entire week.. then when you get home demand all your money back. Left this guest a 1 star on VRBO, just ridiculous.
