This is a classy key-west style waterfront condo with spectacular views over one of the largest marinas on Florida's Gulf Coast. It is fully furnished with linens, kitchen goods, washer and dryer. The Cass Cay restaurant and tiki bar is just steps away and overlooks the Burnt Store Marina south basin. The building has elevator access, a heated swimming pool and is next next door to Safe Harbor boat launch and rental facilities. The basis provides direct access to Charlotte Harbor and beyond out to the Gulf of Mexico through Boca Pass - home of the best Tarpon fishing in Florida. Within the gates is a 27- hole golf course. You can bring your boat for dry storage right next door, have it fueled and launched daily by a travel lift. Or, you can spend the day with a licensed captain on a private fishing boat, arrange for sailing in Charlotte Harbor or rent Kayaks through the Marina's Ships Store right on the property. There are water-taxi tours to see Manatee and Dolphins, or visit the Boca Grande barrier island and beach. The taxi departs right at the Marina by the condo. Nestled between Southwest Florida's popular spots - the historic town of Punta Gorda and Ft. Myers/Cape Coral, the unit has two coaxial cable tv's, wi-fi for internet and a beautiful enclosed lanai to have morning coffee, watch evening sunsets and see the boats maneuvering around the bay. It rents by the week or month. Condo association rules do not permit pets or smoking on the premises. The condo is disinfected between guest stays.
