Located on 19.5 acres with over 425 trees, you will be within walking distance of 'Park City Canyons'; Utah's largest resort. This location is perfect for the Canyons Village access, as well as summertime fun in Park City. The free city-wide bus is also just a short walk away down the hill at the 7-Eleven, and the Cabriolet lift is also in the same vicinity which can take you up the hill to the Canyons base area to spend long days in fresh powder. Don't forget to take a picture on the way up the Cabriolet to capture some of the scenic views!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
