Brand new 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in Chattanooga Tennessee. The natural light flows through the home creating a bright clean aesthetic with added stylish touches this home is very inviting.

Enter the back deck for a private oasis. Swim spa pool with connected hot tub, a grill, fire pit with a sā€™mores bar. Lots to enjoy and a great place to relax.

The entire house is yours to enjoy so make yourself at home! Guests will have full access to all household amenities and full kitchen.

The space
Kitchen space is ideal for those guests looking to cook for themselves during their stay. Kitchen includes a long spacious island with 5 bar stools, deep large kitchen sink, microwave, dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator with filtered water and ice machine.
Coffee, cream, and sugar are provided for your morning cup o' joe!

We had an amazing stay at this Chattanooga VRBO! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfectā€”close to downtown, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing.

The house was nice!! Loved the private back deck and the pool/hot tub. Plenty of parking. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs.And the 2 full bathrooms are also located upstairs. There is a half bath downstairs. The kids loved roasting marshmallows over the fire pit.

Great for small groups

We met there to go white water rafting on the Ocoee river. We had 10 people,and it fit us perfectly. The beds and pillows were actually really comfortable. I would stay again.

Weekend Trip

Great property suitable for large groups. Our personal favorite was all the seating outside on the deck where we could all relax after a busy day and hang out with one another. The house was very clean and the available parking made it easy to fit all the cars we had. I will definitely stay here again my next trip to Chattanooga.

AMAZING STAY

This house was absolutely great for our girls trip. SO clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed the back deck and swim spa. Comfortable beds, well stocked, you name it. It was perfect. Canā€™t say enough how clean and cute everything in the home was. Highly recommend.

Our family of 11 had the best time together at this house celebrating our Mom's 83rd birthday! Everything is just as described - the house lay out is perfect with plenty of space to enjoy everything! Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub/pool combo, fire pit, deck, ping pong! Close to everything in Chattanooga! Definitely recommend & hope to return again soon!

Fantastic in every way!

The stay was very convenient from check in to check out. House was very clean, modern, and had more than what we expected. We felt cared for. The highlight is the pool and hot tub! Kids and adults loved staying in the pool all day long, and we appreciated the high backyard screens for complete privacy. The location is only a short drive to every attraction at Chattanooga. Itā€™d be really hard to beat a stay like this. Thank you hosts for allowing our family to create magical memories!

Birthday weekend trip

Had a great guys weekend with my friends in Chattanooga. The listing was a little confusing on number of beds but we were able to make adjustments and didnā€™t make it an issue. Jeremy was great to text and communicate with quick to answer back. If it had been a family trip I would have had issues with a couple things.dirt and leaves in hottub and marks on the walls going up the stairs and at the top of the stairs. Couple holes in the walls that needed repair. Overall we had a great weekend and will definitely stay again.

Updated home with cool outdoor space

We rented the house for a softball tournament. The online listing says it sleeps 14 but itā€™s more like 12 comfortably. We couldnā€™t find the futon in living room, and the bunk bed room is just bunk beds. We thought there was also 2 queen beds in there. We had an air mattress so it worked out fine. We had 10 people (4 families) the house was clean and updated and the outdoor space was nice. Would stay again

5 Stars! Very Nice Home!

Property was as shown in the photos, very clean, very up to date, and comfortable. Great outdoor space with the fire table and pool/hot tub combination made for very nice evenings whether cool or warm outside. Well appointed and everything on this property you possibly need. Jeremy is an incredible host! Communication was great, and even responded immediately if we needed anything. Even came to the rescue with a hair dryer when we noticed there wasn't one on the property. Thank you Jeremy! Highly recommend this property.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After checking into a nightmare rental and being 5 hours from home with 3 small children - we reached out to Brittney and Jeremy about this property and they were quick to respond and let us check in at the last minute. Our trip was saved and we had a wonderful vacation at their beautiful property. The house was spacious, CLEAN and we felt safe. We all enjoyed the spa pool, the fire pit and the kids had a great time in the game room. It was worth every penny. I wish every host was just like them and appreciate them so much!

Unsafe neighborhood- stay away

The neighborhood was totally unsafe. We messaged host upon arrival to tell them we were not feeling safe and to request refund. Never heard anything back. Ended up leaving within an hour after several loose barking dogs came running at us, houses next store extremely run down - siding missing, trash everywhere. 1 block from subsidized housing. Extremely unhappy and had to go spend extra money getting hotel rooms.

Group trip to Chattanooga

Our friend group was in town for a wedding and had a great stay. We enjoyed the layout of the house, as well as the back deck. The decor was very nice and the beds were very very comfortable. We appreciated the number of towels provided as well. Our recommendations would be more clear instructions on the alarm. The house is in a transitional neighborhood, and though we felt mostly safe, there was an alarm that a member of our group set (without telling others) before going to bed. The alarm didnā€™t need a code and just one click set the alarm. Next morning we opened the upstairs porch door and set the alarm off. Explicit instructions to not touch the alarm should be included in the check In instructions or provide a code that allows the alarm to be set and disarmed.

Fun couple nights in Chattanooga

So we enjoyed our stay and loved Chattanooga. The house itself was very cute but I did not feel it was in the safest neighborhood. It made us a little nervous. Also it had not been cleaned as well as it should have been. For a couple of examples, one of the bunk bed my son went to sleep in had about 10 hairs that I had to remove from the sheets after folding back the blanket on top. I made him sleep in another bed as it did not look to have been washed. There was a used dirty bandaid on the steps going up to the pool. Just little things like this made me feel like the cleaning crew needs to do a little better and it made the stay a little less comfortable. But overall, the kids loved the pool and hot tub (amazing even in 70 degree weather) and while this was just a two night stay on our way to Florida, all of us loved our time in Chattanooga so much, it was actually the highlight of the trip.

Family weekend trip to Chattanooga

Loved the house! The layout was perfect for cousins to hang out together. Close proximity to downtown Chattanooga. The back deck was designed perfectly for privacy even though neighbors close by. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!
