Located along the breathtaking Oregon coast, within one of Cannon Beach's most coveted enclaves, VillaView offers dramatic ocean views and is just steps from the beach.

This exquisite 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat offers an unparalleled living experience with uninterrupted ocean views, including the iconic Haystack Rock and the Needles. Thoughtfully designed to blend modern sophistication with coastal charm, this residence is a sanctuary for those seeking refined comfort and natural beauty.

VillaView features a commanding straight-on view of the ocean, Haystack Rock, and the Needles where you can watch the daily activities of the famous Haystack tide pools, see breath-taking sunsets and witness the drama of coastal storms as they roll in. There are eleven ocean view windows on the main level, offering a 180-degree panoramic view north to the Tillamook Lighthouse and south to Hug Point and Arch Cape.

Located on the ocean side of Hemlock Street, VillaView is just steps to the beach out the front door and directly down the public beach access. Take a leisurely walk on either the beach or Hemlock Street for coffee at Sleepy Monk Coffee, or into town to enjoy the shops, galleries and restaurants.

REFRESH: Contemplate the sea or lose yourself in a novel from the comfort of the Great Room recliners. Warm yourself by a crackling fire with firewood provided. Snuggle into the sofa and watch an old movie or a football game on the oversized flat screen TV. Each of our smart TVs is equipped with Roku, allowing you to stream from your own accounts on popular platforms like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+, and more.

COOK: The kitchen boasts every possible appliance and gadget and includes spices, foil, plastic wrap, zip lock bags and paper products. You bring your favorite libation and we have the bar-ware for anything from fine wine to a martini bar or margarita party!

SLEEP: Drift off to the sound of the ocean, the smell of salt air and the comfort of pillow-top mattresses and fine linens. Plush towels, spa robes and colorful beach towels are also provided for your comfort. The master bedroom and second queen bedroom both en-suite baths. The bunk-room is equipped with a large screen TV, has double/twin bunk beds -- and is a popular hang-out for the kids.

PLAY: Bring your beach clothes to layer for sunny or stormy weather. No matter which, be ready for fun-filled days. Books, board games, puzzles, kites, and sand toys. Boots, raincoats and beach-combing bags are available for even the youngest beachcomber.

And speaking of which...VillaView is baby friendly allowing for safe cruising at any age. Our infant Guests will sleep tight in a porta-crib with linens and blankets provided. The high chair, stroller and baby monitor provide the convenience of life at your own home.

EXHALE: And don't forget to just 'breathe'. You can watch the birds and whales in their habitat right from the VillaView Great Room. You can relax with a massage, facial or manicure, at the Cannon Beach Spa just minutes away. And as the evening approaches, grab a throw and have a romantic glass of wine in the courtyard or on the deck.

Just as we remembered it! Such a lovely home and beautiful view. Accommodations for your every need! Pleasant and accommodating manager in Angell and beautiful courtyard care by such a lovely lady in CarolAnn who was very kind and helpful! We have stayed here several times, the last was 10 years ago. We definitely won’t wait that long again!

Best rental house ever

We have stayed here twice already and plan to make it our annual retreat. In addition to being a gorgeous home with incredible views, and immaculate….what I love about this place is that the homeowner has thought of and provided everything you could possibly need for your stay. Everything is organized and labeled. We love this place.

I can’t say enough good things.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The property was everything we hoped and more. The view is unreal, the property was very tidy, and fully stocked with anything you may need, from toys for the kids to rubber boots for trips to the beach. Communication was easy, and the host was quick to respond to any need or question we had. Angell definitely took great care of us.

Everything you need

Wow, I usually do not gush on reviews, but this place, and more importantly the communication with Angell, it all was exceptional and above expectation. From the view when you walk through the door, welcoming gift basket, clear information, and had everything we needed and didn’t know we needed for our Thanksgiving vacation and dinner. We relaxed in the comfortable couch and chairs on the rainy days, with a quick 5 minute walk we explored the beach. The outstanding colorful vivid sunsets were viewed from the deck and also down at the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, pantry, bathrooms and more. Having a second living room downstairs for the boys to escape the parents or vice versa, was great- that it had a view too, was a bonus. We even broke out Risk and played that before opening our new Catan purchase from the toy store in town. Books, games, bathrobes, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, washer and dryer and most important, GOOD coffee choices - thank you! :) This was a recharging and rejuvenating vacation for our family., and are honored that your home was shared with us, to create our own memories of Cannon Beach. Thank you, we are looking to come back here again!

Birthday/Anniversary Family Celebration

This was our second stay at Villaview. This property is top notch. Beautiful view! Comfy beds with lovely linens. Plenty towels for showering and kitchen duty. Finest stocked kitchen you will ever find for food preparation and fine dining including most every spice you might need.. Two sets of washers/dryers with laundry supplies provided in a large laundry room. We built fires on the beautiful fireplace with plenty of provided wood. The waterproof yellow jackets came in handy for a beachwalk in the rain.

Lovely location, comfortable home

We really enjoyed are stay. quick drive to downtown. Comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you could ask for. We really enjoyed the view as well as the small courtyard. We cooked in several times, kitchen is well stocked and even offered a variety of cooking spices, some coffee. We had room to park 3 vehicles, one in the garage, two in the driveway.

Utterly Outstanding! The owner of this home is genuinely there to make your vacation just that...a vacation! You'll have everything you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Great cooking utensils, plenty of bathroom supplies, and extremely comfortable beds. This is the best place we've stayed through VRBO. So many times we've rented a place and the homes are awful. I appreciate the care and love this owner, along with the property manager put into the home. Thank you!!

Didn’t want to leave!

Went with friends to celebrate birthdays. Everything about the property was so lovely; the darling entry patio, the spectacular view, comfy beds, bathtub to die for…..too many amenities to list! The chef’s kitchen was a joy to cook in. We didn’t go out as much as planned because we were so comfortable and content at the house!

This place has it all!

This was by far the cleanest, fully stocked VRBO! The host has thought of everything. The kitchen had lovely dishes and everything you need if you want to dine in. Great views and an easy walk to the beach. It was everything we could have hoped for and more.

Perfect in every way!

Let me caveat this by saying I have never written a review about a property until this one. This place is amazing! They say it’s all about the details and the owners have basically thought about everything. We found ourselves saying why did we even pack this, they have it right here! My family spent a little under a week here to mix up our work from home/remote learning situation. And by the end of the week no one wanted to leave and we were looking to see when we could come back. In an ideal world, you really don’t want to bring your work here. Leave it at home and soak up what this place has to offer!!!!

Exceptional Experience

The location, cleanliness and amenities were exceptional, as was the communication with Angell! We spent 10 fabulous days at VillaView and truly felt like we were “home”. 10 stars, Can’t say enough

My wife ane I brought three of our kids down to Cannon Beach for our annual trip which was just amazing because of this place. Everything was thought of at this property and the attention to detail and comfort were obvious. Super clean, easy instructions, and the view - Haystack Rock always right there in all it’s majesty. Easy access to the beach, literally in front of Haystack. The kitchen was incredible, we could go on and on, we loved it. Overal, and I truly mean this, there aren’t enough stars for the place! Quick beach walk to the heart of Cannon Beach town which we did several times everyday as a family. Oh and the fireplace!! We had a warm fire every night and never worried about firewood as the garage was neatly stocked with tons of firewood and kindling. Three bathrooms meant everyone always had access.

Best House

We have stayed many places in Cannon Beach and this house and location was by far one of the best homes we've stayed in. The house was clean, well stocked and beyond accommodating for my family. The location alone is 10/10, the view of Haystack is unbeatable. I have nothing negative to say about this house. We did not want to leave... with that, we will definitely be renting this home again.

Amazing view, beautiful home and location is perfect!

This was my 4th annual girls weekend, (3) of us that like to rent a home so we can catch up. Our requirements for the home is an amazing view and very comfortable for us to relax. We were so happy with the home. This house has everything you could possibly need. We were so comfy in front of the fire enjoying the views. The bedrooms all had bedding that you will fall in love with. The pantry is stocked along with the bathrooms so you absolutely just need to show up and enjoy. The house is close to town and right near the beach with nothing standing stopping you from enjoying the view. The owners are so easy to work with and really care that you have a great experience. You won't regret staying here. We will be back. Thank you!

I’m Dr. Kim Villeneuve, the owner of VillaView at Cannon Beach, and I’d like to personally welcome you to a unique experience that sets us apart from typical rental properties. Our philosophy is rooted in the challenges my family faced when our children were young, and we wanted to visit the coast. We found it difficult to find properties that truly understood what it was like to travel with children, having to drag along strollers, cribs, linens, baby gates and monitors, and baby toiletries. Moreover, we were often disappointed to find homes lacking basic kitchen essentials like spices, and paper products.

As professional property management companies began to dominate the market, these homes became part of their inventory, making it even less desirable to plan trips. We became disillusioned by the "starter supply" concept, where you’d find one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a single soap pod for the dishwasher, two hand towels and mismatched kitchenware that felt like leftovers. We stopped hoping for a good knife set or a well-equipped kitchen.

This inspired me to create the experience I always wanted as a busy executive and mom. For nearly two decades, we have welcomed travelers as our guests, not renters. Our goal is to surprise and delight with the amazing ocean view and unparalleled hospitality. You’ll find our home stocked with items you may not even realize you need – from commercial-grade beach slickers and boots to high-quality kitchen utensils, firewood, two washers and dryers, and a fully equipped laundry room – all at no additional cost. Our fees are competitive, straightforward, and free of surprises.

Please come, enjoy, and relax. Seriously, you won’t need much more than your beach clothes, food, and good wine. We endeavor to take care of the rest – because our #1 priority is taking care of you and your family.
