3 Bedroom beautiful ocean frontage home, on the Ecola Creek estuary. The Ecola Creek estuary provides quiet and seclusion from the majority of visitors providing a nearly private beach. We are steps to the sand and an easy 5min walk to great restaurants, shops and art galleries in the main North-town of Cannon Beach.

Our home is designed and decorated for us, we hope you enjoy its style and elegance. Paddle Board, Bike, or walk the beautiful trails Ecola State Park (just 1.5 miles away).


Our business license with the city, restricts our property to no more than eight guests at any one time. Our house is not a place to host any parties or gatherings.

No more than 6 guests, no kids and no pets. These rules are NON NEGOTIABLE. Any violation of house rules you will be asked to leave WITHOUT refund

Beautiful home, excellent location, ocean and estuary view and responsive owner. We absolutely loved our stay. This home felt isolated yet close to everything (beach, ocean and town). We loved the firepit - our family gathered there each night of our stay. We will definitely be back!

Best Property in Cannon Beach

This property has it all! On the water, but in a location that is quieter and less crowded than the main beach by Haystack Rock. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and galleries in town so you don’t have to bother with parking. A short drive to Ecola State Park. The house is beautiful! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful home and perfect location. Home was well stocked with essentials. Large modern kitchen. Beautiful views of the beach with large glass windows/doors. Check in was easy with lock box. It would be helpful to have 2 keys vs 1 as a safety ( I was always worrying we would misplace it). We had a fantastic vacation and would def like to return to explore more! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home.

Wonderful home and location on Cannon Beach

Wow! What an amazing home, location and amenities. This is an elegant yet comfortable home, unique design and incredible location. It’s on the Ecola Creek estuary and a short walk to the to the ocean beach and to town. The owner is also very responsive. We will be back!!

Amazing!

The house was more than we expected. It was much bigger in person with amazing views from almost every room. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was wonderful to walk straight out to the beach. Loved the hot tub and we enjoyed the fireplaces. Very easy walk to town. The best part were the elk eating the grass right in front of the house! We definitely will be back to enjoy the house in the summer

Met all my expectationsIt was a visit with my daughter who is in from out of town and I don’t nieces and nephews six adults and all. It was cold and wet at the beach but it made no difference at all it was a great experience and we love the house

Cannon Beach July 4th

We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday and couldn't have picked a better spot for it. The house is beautiful, clean, HUGE and located in the best spot on the beach. We loved everything about it. Spent most of our time on the back patio or walking the beach. We even had an Elk sighting as they came down from the woods and walked the beach with us. We loved the hike from Ecola Park to Indian beach. Super convenient from the house. Homeowner was very responsive, but we only had a couple of questions as his instructions were spot on. a 10 out of 10 experience!

Cannon Beach Beyond Expectation!

Reunited with our kids at this fabulous home that looks out onto the estuary and Haystack Rock! Very well appointed and close to town & Ecola Park!! Games, hot tub on the outdoor deck and walks along the estuary during low tide were enjoyed daily. There is no downside to this fabulous home! My personal issue was that the primary bedroom king bed was too high for me to climb onto. Spouse had to pull me up onto the bed! Quite comical and now a funny memory.!

The upstairs toilets wouldn't flush!! The handles were just hanging and weren't attached. Major plumbing issues. The guest toilet worked most of the time, but what a hassle with no toilets working upstairs.The ocean view was minimal and took much longer than 4 minutes to get to by foot.I couldn't run the dishwasher because the countertop lip hangs over the washing instructions.We had to drive away with our garbage in the car because there was no garbage container in the garage and we didn't want to put our garbage in the neighbor's container.

Hi Christine, I am sorry to hear about your experience with our toilets. Had you reached out to me right when the issues started, I would have had our property manager come over and fix it. She did tell me you left a note on the table. She said she tested the toilets and they seemed to be in working order. Not sure what happened. But we have made efforts to test each toilet to ensure it is working properly. In regards to the ocean view, we do state it is estuary and ocean in the description on VRBO. The description on VRBO states that we are steps to the sand and a 5 min walk to town. Apologize for any confusion on this. The instructions for the dishwasher are in the detailed house instructions. Regarding the garbage containers, we have all the house instructions on the information table in the living room, as well as, you were sent these instructions at the time of your booking. In these instructions, it states that the garbage cans are outside of the garage. Hopefully we were able to clarify all of the issues that you stated in your review.

Amazing!

We have come to CB every year for 25 years and have never stayed north of Ecola Creek. This house was available for the week we wanted and honestly it’s the best house we’ve stayed at. The setting is spectacular. We used the deck more than we were inside. I’m the mornings we watched the bunnies and even the elk. The house is fully stocked for guests. My kids had to do a little work a few days and there is even a nice desk area upstairs that they could use. I’ll be honest it’s always hard to leave but this week was by far the hardest after such an amazing experience. We made lifetime memories and I’m going to book this again next summer!! I highly recommend it.

Views for Days!

We had the best, most relaxing stay at Cannon Beach for Thanksgiving. The views every morning waking up, we’re absolutely worth all the rain we had this week. Games and movies and family and views !!

Fantastic! Gorgeous location and home!

Had a girls trip and the stay and property exceeded all expectations! Loved the location (felt private) and accommodations! Just a beautiful time and stay! My only suggestion is to fix the rock pathway to the water…that is pretty nerve wracking and would make property perfect!!

We enjoyed our stay so much at this beautiful, comfortable home. It was well stocked with everything we could need and very organized. The location and view were perfect. We didn't want to leave and hope to be back soon!

Great home with great location but did not fulfill advertisement

This is a beautiful home on the estuary easily walkable to beach and town. Lovely deck with firepit and hot tub and beautiful main room with views. Alexa was lovely for music in the home. However it was falsely advertised in several regards: - Advertised as parking for 3 cars, 2 outside and 1 in garage. When we got there owner's car was in garage, so we quickly texted our adult children to only drive 1 other car. We let owner know and his solution was to park in nearby park and move car daily and if get ticketed he could compensate us. So parking was falsely advertised -VRBO advertised as sleeping accommodations for 8. When we got there we found 3 bedrooms, each with bed for 2 adults and no pull out sofa in upstairs den. So we asked owner where other 2 should sleep, and told that air mattress in one bedroom could be blown up and move furniture in upper stairs den to accommodate it. We only had 6 guests, but 2 are not a couple and thought advertised as accommodations for 8. So we just sucked it up for week as we were there already, but does VRBO count air mattresses as beds? VRBO has failed to respond to us about false advertisement or what is considered a bed - The first morning there I got up to make coffee. AFter hour of trying to get coffemaker to work and troubleshooting online - I contacted owner who said previous renter broke it. He rec'd we dig in garage for expresso machine that is complicated to use but he would have to walk us through it. We quickly called our kids who were traveling to us that day to bring our own coffeemaker. We walked in town to buy coffee to drink that day. - The master bedroom fireplace was not set up for use and when tried to open it to set up gasline - it was incredibly dusty and decided not worth it. Called owner & knew turned off - It is advertised that the hot tub is cleaned weekly, but it never was cleaned during our weeklong stay. - We lost electricity due to wind storm. We contacted owner to ask where flashlights were and told none in home. Every other VRBO we have stayed at had a flashlight. So buyer beware. Beautiful home but falsely advertised. It also has the most expensive security deposit we've ever had on VRBO and the home also requires an extra insurance policy. I falsely believed that since the homeowner was so meticulous about how we keep the home that that care and professionalism would extend to his guests. I was wrong.
