Hale Naniloa is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac 2 blocks above the ocean. This charming remodeled Hawaiiana home is located in the established White Sands neighborhood of Kailua-Kona. Featuring your own private, salt water pool which is surrounded with lots of lounging options and mature landscaping.

When you can pull yourself away from the pool area and you go inside the house you will find a wonderful open floor plan for entertaining and lounging.

The great room includes 2 sofas (one a queen sized sleeper sofa) and chairs, cable TV and WI-FI. Dining area for those times you do not want to dine out on the lanai. Open kitchen area with everything you will need for the chef or a quick snack.

Master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom... The bedroom has a wonderful chaise for reading or watching TV, step out onto the darling lanai. Romantic table and chair area set off of the master to enjoy a cup of Kona coffee or your favorite beverage.

Your second or guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV and you are close to the second full bath to give an en-suite feel.

There is a washer and dryer (full size) in the garage, even in paradise laundry happens.
Three quarters of a mile to White Sands beach also known as Magic Sands and Kahalu'u Beach Park.

It was nice, with the exception that I could only access the home through the garage which was not automatic, but required me to lift the heavy garage door up each time arriving and leaving the house. As a senior citizen, this was challenging.

Perfect spot!

We love to live in neighborhoods when we stay in Hawaii and this place was perfect. Great, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to great beach, quick to get around Kona. Kids loved the pool and we loved the vibe.

Wonderful home in Hawaii

The house was beautiful and well stocked. We really loved having the pool. The only drawback would be having no air conditioning in July but there were lots of fans to keep airflow going. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient and Nice place to stay

Convenient with BBQ and pool; nice space to stay in with a family as the living room was comfortable and spacious and having the pool was nice to have. Rooms were comfortable and the amenities were nice. It was very hot in the house due to not have air conditioning and the laundry and garage set up was a little awkward. Owners were super helpful and great.

Great vacation home

We were nervous about not having AC, but the fans were great. The only downside is the smaller room doesnā€™t have great circulation, but moving a second fan into the room helps for daytime naps and comfortable night time sleeping. The kitchen was well-equipped so we were able to save quite a bit of money by taking advantage of the grill and making our own meals at home. We LOVED the pool and took full advantage of it. The hosts were super communicative and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. We would definitely recommend this house!

The Pool Is The Star Of The Beautiful Home

A very nice home, the pool, and the outdoor areas are lovely in this quiet neighborhood. One minor issue is the home has an A/C, however, there's no access to it or the option to add it to the rental. They supplied portable fans to use in combination with the ceiling fans.

Great small house for our family

Overall really great house and we had a fabulous time. We kinda didnā€™t see that the house doesnā€™t have air con, so even in November it gets very warm during the day and didnā€™t cool down enough during the night. Interestingly in the contrary the pool is not heated enough by the sun during the day in November and there is no pool heating, so that was quite refreshing :D for adults absolutely fine, our less than 1 year old didnā€™t like the water temperature. House is very well equipped, lots of beach gear and kitchen and BBq are awesome. We had a great time.

Adeline was a great help in assisting us with a no-nonsense booking. She answered all our questions on a timely manner and the house was more than we expected. Although we were rarely there, the house was clean and fully stocked with towels and kitchen gadgets!! There wasn't any AC but they provided us with enough fans to keep us cool. WONDERFUL COMFY CLEAN KIND SERVICE!

This is our second stay and we always feel at home in this house. Only reason we gave 4 stars is for the master bedroom mattress. It would make for a 5 star stay if the good people who own it would consider giving their guests a comfortable sleep. Otherwise we deeply appreciate their concern for cleanliness and comforts of plenty of towels, fans, even snorkel gear, plenty of kitchen gadgets and their support of the maids. We love that too. They also have very friendly service when we have asked for early check in! AWe will give them 5 stars when we stay the next time, hoping for a comfy bed to match the comfortable stay ! ALoha!

Saddens me to to drop this rating

Our family has been renting this home for the past 5 years with nothing but joy, happiness and rave reviews. It saddens me this year to share our story. Everyone is aware of the insect problem in Hawaii and we always take great care in wiping down counters and cleaning up all food products. Our first night was horrifying when we turned down the beds and found a scary amount of red ants in the beds. We washed the bedding and sprayed the mattresses with a water bleach solution. The third night in the master bed we had silverfish in our bed. The landscapers had not been there when we arrived and we never saw them while we were there. I have to believe that the pest control hadn't been there either. I had to take one of the two empty propane bottles to be filled so we could BBQ. I am sorry I can't rave about this beautiful home. It saddens me to think it will be the last time we rent here. We have started a wonderful family tradition and have some amazing memories until this year.

Wir haben den Urlaub voll genossen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, nur eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hat gefehlt.
