A spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath,1350 square feet villa that is within a few minutes walk to the beach. The Villa has a covered balcony and a private screened in porch that overlooks a beautiful lagoon, where you can relax and watch local birds and other wildlife. There is a king size bed in the master suite, and master bath is fitted with a double vanity, whirlpool tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom comes with a “Swing King”, typically set up as two twin beds but upon request can be made into a king bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped (pots and pans, coffee maker, etc.) A starter set of amenities of coffee, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, and paper towels are included. The living area is comfortably furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, a highbacked cushioned chair, your very own wet bar and dining table. A 50" flat screen Smart TV is wall mounted in the living area plus a 40" flat screen TV in each bedroom. This is an end unit villa with additional windows allowing more natural light throughout
Your rental fees include daily golf for four at one of 5 different 18-hole championship courses (green fees are free, you only pay the cart fee.) Also included is one hour of tennis each day at the Port Royal Racquet Club and shuttle services to the beach, the Westin hotel, the Port Royal golf club and Shelter Cove.
The villa is in Ocean Palm and associated with The Westin Resort Hotel. All guests at Ocean Palms are entitled to the use of ALL the amenities of the Westin (the highest rated Oceanfront hotel on the island). At the hotel you have several pools, dining areas (inside and out) overlooking the ocean, a fitness center, the Heavenly Spa and spectacular oceanfront beach.
Ocean Palms has two large pools, a hot tub and a "kiddie pool" and several picnic areas with gas grills. No other villa accommodation on Hilton Head Island offers such a complete package for filling everyone in the family.
