• Keyless Entry Door Code will be available after 3:00 p.m. on your scheduled check-in day/time.

• The Home Operating & About Town Guidebook is provided in the home for your convenience. Any questions on how to operate appliances and amenities, where the laundry room, tennis courts, pool, etc. are located, and what some of the sights and sounds are around town will be provided in the House Manual/Guidebook.

ADDITIONALLY:
• Discovery of a dog (s) brought into the unit will result in guests being charged $100/per dog/per day and guests will be required to leave immediately upon discovery. NO REFUNDS IN WHOLE OR IN PART WILL BE GRANTED.
• Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning or damage caused by the dog (s).

All damages, removal of property items, and supplies will be charged to the Guests' payment information on file with Airbnb or charged against your Damage Deposit and/or remedy pursued to the fullest extent of the law in the court system.

We do have a Ring Camera located at the front door. There are no other camera devices.
