Spur of the moment winter beach trip

Nice beach front condo exactly as listed. Had everything we needed. Initially we thought the bed was going to be a bit too firm for us but we found it quite comfortable after sleeping on it. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the very best condos I have stayed in at The Summit since vacationing there for 30 years!!! Great upgrades and the dehumidifier in the condo makes it that much more comfortable. I will definitely be booking with Yuliya again in the future!!!

Great condo with a great view

We had a wonderful stay in this condo to make a wonderful end to our summer. We know a couple people who own units in the same building and this unit is obviously newly updated and spectacular inside. Our kids loved the bunk beds, the King bed slept so good! Great communication from the owners, and quick to answer any questions I had during our stay. I would gladly rent from them again.

Wonderful!

I rented this condo for my sons honeymoon. They loved it! Condo was as pictured, clean and had everything they needed. They said the pillows were the best! Owner communicates very quickly. The view was beautiful and pools were great! One warning though….you can get locked out on the balcony! Be careful!

Everything was great! Communication from host, kitchen was fully stocked, room was clean, they already had smart tvs and connected devices to watch Netflix, and other apps. Only negative thing was the host was going to charge 50 to check in anywhere from 2-3 hours before when the room was already ready. Other host allows you to check in early with no fee if the room is available. My family has stayed in prob over 50 rooms and this was the only one that charged.

Winter at the Summit is nice

We spent the month of January at the Summit. Incredible ocean view and sunsets. Well equipped condo. Great hosts! Building is older and had some kitchen water problems, but those were quickly fixed by owner communication to on site maintenance people. Nothing to do with owners, but quite a few area restaurants/activities are closed in January and re-open in Feb or March as more ppl travel. We would stay again based on listing being as advertised.

Dear Karen! Thank you for being our guests for the whole month and thank you for taking the time to write us a review! We were super happy to hear that you guys had a good time and we also were pleasantly surprised that you already requested 1.5 month of vacation for the next year! Off course it will be pleasure to host you again! So sorry about the new faucet issues! Unfortunately, the guy who installed it didn't tight it enough and it was dripping. And thank you for allowing him to come back and quickly fix it and tight it! Thank you again for being our guests and welcome back at any time!

Great View

Overall the unit was very nice and updated. The building itself isn’t what I expected and kind of raggedy. When we pulled up my family wanted to stay somewhere else until they seen the inside of the unit then they were pleased. A little far from all the attractions such as Pier Park etc. Not owners fault they put a lot of work into the unit and it was beautiful and very clean. Owners had very good communication and if sent a message to check in on us. They were great. Would stay here a again.

Dear Jessica! Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and for taking the time to share your thoughts in this review. We're thrilled to hear that you found our unit to be very nice and updated. Your kind words about the cleanliness and beauty of the unit are much appreciated. We understand that the exterior of the building may not have met your initial expectations, but we're delighted that the interior of the unit ultimately won you over. It's heartwarming to know that your family was pleased with your choice after seeing the inside. Regarding the distance from Pier Park, you're absolutely correct that it's a bit farther away. However, there are plenty of other attractions and activities nearby that we hope you were able to enjoy. We're glad you found our communication to be good, and we always strive to ensure our guests have a great experience. In addition to the attractions we mentioned, there are indeed many options for entertainment and dining in the vicinity, making it convenient for our guests to explore and enjoy their stay. We take pride in offering a beachfront location, providing the opportunity for a relaxing and enjoyable beach experience. Once again, thank you for your feedback, and we would be delighted to welcome you back at any time. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future.

We had a good time

The only issue we had was that the elevators were terrible. It took forever to get to and from the room which was not great with a 1 year old. The mattress for the King size bed was awful. We did not get a good nights sleep for the entire stay. Our kids did though. The location was good. The beach and pool were nice. Overall the property was as described. A new mattress would make a world of difference for people staying.

I wish you told me about this issue during your stay, so we can fix it right away. And sorry about the elevator issues. As for right now, the elevator company is working on replacing all elevators to new ones. Again, thank you for being our guests, and welcome back! Sincerely, Nick and Yuliya

Wonderful condo

The condo was great. Very nice and clean. We had an issue with the washer and the owner responded quickly and had repair workers there in about 10 mins. The only issue we had was the elevators. Their were 3. Only 1 worked the majority of our stay. When we were trying to check out it took us over 45 mins to get an elevator. All the custodial workers were trying to come when everyone was trying to leave.

Everything and More

My fiance and I loved this vacation rental. It had everything we needed and many amenities not listed. Elevators worked great, the pools and beach were incredibly clean. There was absolutely no noise from any neighbors. The room was spotless. I'm prior military and it passed all my obsessive cleanliness tests. The bed was perfect. The shower had all the pressure you could ever need. Check in and communication with the owners was very easy and quick through the VRBO app. Early check in was a blessing. Something I didn't expect was a dehumidifier in the dining/living room, which made it incredibly comfortable. I'm sold on getting one for my own home. We forgot coffee filters, no worries, they were supplied. I will be back.
