Private Location - Heated Salt Water Pool - Walk to Campground Beach

Our Cape Cod style home is walking distance to Campground Beach in Eastham, MA. This beautifully appointed 3,200 SF home is full of amenities and comforts. Although rented as a 2 bedroom, it has a 6 different private sleeping areas to choose from. Some amenities including large screen TV’s, arcade games and a beautiful open gathering area. New this year is an outdoor covered living area for cooking, dining and watching TV protected from the elements.
The house is situated on a 1/2-acre lot and features a beautiful heated salt water swimming pool, stone fire pit, a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the company of friends and family in a tranquil setting within seven minutes walking distance of the bay. The Bay sunsets are spectacular and can be viewed from our neighborhood beach. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental during peak Summer season.

Great Stay

The house was setup perfectly. Plenty of space for the 3 couples and 5 kids that were with us. The heated pool and pinball machines were a big hit. Great location. All in all a great stay and a great place

Wonderful home and location

What a fabulous house for our large family group! We walked to the bay beach every morning, biked to coast guard beach, and relaxed by the pool. The home was a perfect setting for family time and relaxation, and our hosts were friendly, welcoming, and gracious.

Perfect Place

Large well appointed home on a quiet street. Plenty of space for families to be together or have a little space. The pool was a hit for the entire family as was the fenced back yard, swing set and close proximity to the bayside beach. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful multigenerational vacation spot

The private neighborhood location in Eastham was very relaxing yet within walking/biking distance to several beaches perfect for critter hunting at low tide. Grandkids especially loved the pool as an additional entertainment option. Hosts were wonderful. providing plenty of detail on the property as well as spots to explore. Eastham visit was a hit with all!

Great backyard

This house worked perfect for 14 people(8 kids). The backyard was perfect! The pool was loved by all. There were many comfortable places to sit and enjoy the backyard. And even a fire pit area to make s’mores! The house was very clean, and owners were very friendly and were prompt to answer any questions! Would definitely recommend.

Great, Clean, Luxurious Rental!

We had a great stay with absolutely no complaints! We celebrated our marriage with a fun back yard bbq! The pool was a hit with our youngest to our oldest family members. Plenty of room for a big family to come together for a reunion or vacation. This home has everything you could possibly need :)

Stellar! Immaculate.

Every need was met and the owners were easy to reach and attentive to every detail. This home was an ideal size for four large teenagers, two youth and six adults (three couples). Each had their own bed and the teenagers had private space in the basement. The pool was an unexpected treat and used often. We enjoyed the BBQ, firepit for smores and the front porch in the morning for bird watching. We have been coming to the Cape for generations and believe this may be our favorite home! Bravo.

I stayed here a week ago with my family and my brother's family. It was 5 kids ages 8-12. The kids had a blast. The house was wonderful and even better than the pictures on the site showed. The pool was great. The yard was great. It was about a 5 min walk to the beach. Everything was well organized, and the owners were extremely responsive for the couple of small questions we had. Everyone loved it. I highly recommend!

This home has everything!

We stayed at this beautiful home the last week of June, 2021. It was the first of what we hope will be an annual family get away. We had 13 people aged 1 through 79 and the home never felt crowded. The weather was over 90 most days. The pool and central air was great. Everything in this house is as stated in the listing. It was honestly more like staying in a hotel than a beach house. It is beautifully decorated with new furnishings and great style. It even has 2 dishwashers.....which we used every day. This home has so many extras and is far from a beach cottage. The owners use a linen service, so there is no need to bring or wash linens upon departure. All towels, extra linens and beach towels are included. The house also included 4 very nice bikes (2 adult, 2 kids), 6 brand new beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. You can just bring your suitcase and food - the home has everything else you will need. The pool was heated - every single person in our group went swimming throughout the week. We went to First Encounter Beach ($35 cash for the day) which is less than 10 minutes away by car. We also walked the path to the local beach for sunset. When the tide was in, there wasn't much beach for our large group. The stairs leading down were also challenging for my parents. Campground beach is also walkable or a 5 min. drive and you can walk onto the beach. The home owners, Harry and Frank, are great. They responded immediately to any questions we had before and during our stay. This is is an exceptional home that we all highly recommend!

Great Family Experience!

This house was better than we could have ever hoped for. The layout and amenities of this property worked so well for our three families. As a group of 11 (including 5 children ranging from age 1-5), we were able to have more than enough space for everyone and the pool was a big hit for all the kids. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than anticipated but the property included a beach wagon that helped with the commute. Once you got use to the beach commute, it really wasn’t bad. All the dirt roads were quiet so it felt safe to handle all the kids. This property has TWO dishwashers! What a game changer that was. We were able to create so many great memories with family and we hope to return next year. Thank you Frank and Harry!

Family vacation

Had a great time with my extended family. Plenty of space to sleep and the pool was a big hit with the young kids! The kitchen is a great space with the big island and two dishwashers. We had a small issue with the AC not working when we first checked in, but it was resolved very quickly and the owners were very prompt in their communication.

Just the best!

Our group of ten was made up of three families plus two dogs and we just had the most wonderful stay at Harry and Frank’s home. From the moment we arrived and saw the beautiful flower bouquet and dog welcome basket we knew we were in caring hands. The first floor was spacious, clean, had plenty of space to relax and dine, and updated appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and well-decorated. The finished basement was a huge hit with the kids who really enjoyed the arcade games and the bunk bed room. The heated pool and fenced in yard were perfect for the very hot days during our stay. The location of the home allowed us to walk to Campground Beach to enjoy low tide and sunsets as a family! Thank you for a truly enjoyable stay!

Wonderful getaway

We had a great time as a large family group (7 adults and 5 kids). The house was well equipped with everything we needed, plenty of well designed space for everyone. Spacious common area and convenient dining seating fit all the kids and adults for family style meals. And it was great to have a second den for the kids to play their own games. The heated swimming pool was great and enjoyed every day. We also loved the walking trail to the beach and to the corner store for ice cream. The rail trail was reasonably close for some biking as well. We got quick responses to all our questions - great communication from property managers. Thanks for a great place to stay, we would definitely come back!

Fantastic stay in Eastham

We just had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Eastham! We spent tons of time in the backyard pool, which was clean and warm, and the yard well-maintained. The house offered lots of space for our 2 family groups, and the kids loved having their own area to sleep and hang-out in the basement. The location was also very convenient to many delicious restaurants, beaches, and the rail trail, for biking. Thank you-- we had a fantastic time!

Spectacular Eastham vacation home for all ages!

This home exceeded our expectations for a week on the cape with our extended family. With 4 couples and 7 kids/teens (ages 3-19), there was ample space for everyone and so many options to fill our days with fun activities and rest and relaxation. Harry and Frank were the ultimate hosts, making sure we had everything we needed, start to finish. They even arranged to have a cake and balloons sent to the house for my son's birthday! The property itself is a little piece of heaven, with the heated pool, downstairs game room for entertainment (Ms. Pac-man can be fickle), as well as books and cozy nooks to curl up and read. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need, as well as 2 dishwashers. There are quite a few local restaurants but a beautiful gas grill is provided and we cooked up yummy steaks and burgers poolside most nights! There were more than enough towels for the week. Linens were provided, which was nice and they even offered to make up the bunk bed rooms for us which was appreciated. We brought our own bikes but there are also some for guest use if you need extra. Its a short ride down to the water to catch the sunset, and a short drive to the National seashore beaches if you prefer some waves and seal sightings. The Landing is a lovely little store at the end of the neighborhood where we enjoyed picking out wine and the kids enjoyed getting ice cream. We did day trips into Provincetown and Chatham during our stay. It really is situated in a central location for the outer cape, and we didn't have to deal with any traffic. This property is a true gem!

We love living on the Cape year-round. We stay in another home nearby when we have guests. Our home and neighboring homes are situated in what we call a private oasis that is near everything the Cape has to offer. We just enjoying sharing that with people who enjoy it as much as we do.

The location is very private... You can easily walk to the neighborhood association beach at the end of our private road. 2 other Bay beaches can be walked, biked or driven without ever having to venture on Rt 6.
