FAMILY-FRIENDLY! 3BR/2BR Leatherbark Condo sleeps eight. Electric fireplace, washer/dryer, fully renovated by Lee Properties in 2021. Short walk to village and slopes. Sleeps a total of eight (8) people. Reliable Wi-Fi and parking!

Cozy and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Leatherbark complex. This unit will sleep 8 comfortably. You will love warming up by the electric fireplace and preparing your own meals in the beautiful, recently remodeled and well-appointed kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances. If you are planning to cook, this kitchen has everything you need! The spacious master bedroom features a king bed with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features two twin sized bunks (sleeps 4). This bedroom also has a flat-screen Roku TV. The 3rd bedroom has 1 full-sized bed and is located next to the living area. This condo features dedicated Internet, CityNetTV, flat-screen TVs, baseboard heat, and a stacked efficiency-sized washer and dryer. The Leatherbark complex is an easy 5-minute walk to the Village and the Ballhooter lift.

New in 2022 - Fully renovated bathrooms with beautiful tiled showers!

A clean place for family ski trip

It is a really clean, and fairly new place for family to stay. It is extremely clean, cozy, warm and plenty of space. It was very well stocked with all different supplies. We will definitely comeback to the same place.

Great place to stay

This is a nice condo in a great location. My family of 5 was very comfortable here for our recent ski trip. No check-in/out hassles. We received a door code and went straight to the property. Property manager communication was excellent. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Area

Excellent property! Beautifully redone. Very Clean. Located in a beautiful area. Would highly reccommend. FYI if you go in between seasons, there is almost nothing open in the complex and you must travel a little way for supplies.

Perfect family spot

We loved Leatherbark 207A. Excellent location and easy parking. The little grocery at Snowshoe Mountain was just a couple hundred yards away. Unit was very updated. Great kitchen and combo Keurig/pot of coffee maker. Great TV’s and channel selection. Super value for the money. Would definitely stay there again...

Family together

We planned this weekend trip with our son and his girlfriend from Columbus, Oh. She had only passed through WV in the past and never seen the beautiful mountains. We also went to Cass. Condo was beautiful, clean and perfect location. The Village was beautiful. We all loved our stay at this condo and Snowshoe mountain.

Nice!

We had decided to stay an extra night at snowshoe because of snowy weather. We had to leave our original place and check into leatherback. Wow! We were impressed! Super comfy king bed and great kitchen/open family area. We wished we had stayed there the entire 5 nights. Hope to stay there next year!

Perfect condo for our family of 6

We really enjoyed Leatherbark 207A for our spring break ski week at Snowshoe. This unit is updated and definitely nicer than the ones in Leatherbark that you get through Snowshoe reservations. There was plenty of room for our teens and college students, and surprisingly, they really got into doing the two picture puzzles that were in the unit. The walk to the slopes is easy, and we had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice place

This was a great spot for our family. The two rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The one room is small and no closet space but we used the luggage rack/holder in there and it was fine. It is one of the most updated units. During the week was very quiet. However noise travels easy between the units. So as long as there isn’t a party going on upstairs it’s nice. It’s also right next to the grocery store there which was very convenient and close the the villages shopping and restaurants. Overall we loved our stay!

Clean, Updated and Convenient Getaway

This was a last minute rental that turned out to be a great choice for a first time rental at Snowshoe. Everything you need to feel comfortable. Nice finishes and good location. Only downfall is the front bedroom you can hear the upstairs unit anytime they flush…but was not a big deal. I would recommend this place and stay again. :-)

Cute but loud!

The place was decorated nicely, very cute!! The kitchen was well stocked. My teenagers liked the little sitting area by the windows, nice touch. But the walls of the condo are very thin and we could hear the neighbors playing music loud and partying. We also had a leak from the ceiling, I guess from the condos bathroom above us and we could not get a hold of the property owners to get help.
