Ski-in Ski-Out 2 BDRM + LOFT Slopeside Condo on Park City Mountain Resort

Our ski-in, ski-out vacation home is a spacious corner unit on the third floor (top floor) of the Snowflower Condo complex with elevator access, and sits adjacent to the base of Park City Mountain Resort. With direct ski lift access, this slope side condo is also within easy walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy and coffee shop, and has close access to free public transportation anywhere in the Park City area, including Deer Valley, Canyons Resort and Historic Main Street. The condo includes underground, heated parking. Perfect unit for families who like the outdoors in all seasons. Skiiing, hiking or just to attend the Sundance International Film Festival. New kitchen and bathrooms with high end appliances and fixtures. 42 inch flat screen TV in living room with pay per view movies and DVD library, TV, VCR, DVD. (Three TV's total in the condo).

Enjoy immediate access to the world famous Park City Mountain Resort. Unit faces the resort and is directly in front of the Eagle, Three Kings and First Time lifts. Watch the pros in the Olympic Half Pipe from the balcony in winter or wildlife in summer.

Park City offers a variety of alternative activities for those who do not ski. The town offers everything from designer boutiques to factory outlet shopping, all types of restaurants, gyms, spas and movie theatres. There is something for everyone in Park City.

We fell in love with Park City and with our vacation home the moment we set foot in it. We are happy to share it with responsible individuals or families. Great for area for kids as well as seniors.

Park City Stay March 2025

The condo was as advertised with ski out/lift accessibility to PC. The common hot tub was large enough for all staying on property and the laundry room convenient with 3 washers and 3 dryers. The fitness center is a few buildings over and needs updating. The condo unit itself was a perfect size for my family of 4. There were quite a lot of home owner items in the condo which I would have preferred were cleaned up/removed. The bedding (sheets, mattresses and pillows) all need updating. We also had a number of items that required maintenance, burnt out light bulbs, missing light fixtures, microwave and toaster power going out, loose toilet flusher, etc. Overall, fair unit for the price paid but will probably look elsewhere next visit.

Spring Break in ParkCity 2025

Clean, Quiet, and close to the slopes. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Well, we could have used more than one hair dryer for our group. We only had one. Will definitely plan for a future stay.

Great location for skiers

This property was perfect for our two families of 4 to enjoy a few days of skiing at Park City. The 4 kids slept in the bunk beds in the loft and we're so comfy they all asked us to buy them the same cozy bedding for home. The locked ski locker, laundry room, and hot tub were awesome at the end of a day on the slopes. The biggest perk was the proximity to the lifts. It was a 2-minute walk behind the condo on a marked walkway to the lift and base village giving us access to the trails, restaurants, and shops, allowing us to leave our van in the garage for the week. Another plus is the free bus that brings you from the base lodge to downtown for more restaurants and shopping. It was quick and easy to use, which is important as parking downtown is pricey in garages and limited on-street.

Snow flower condo

This property was great! The location was convenient to everything, slopes, grocery store, and downtown. The amenities at the condo facility were nice, the hot tub, laundry, ski locker room, and parking were easy to access and well kept. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with everything you’d need. Also the host David was very responsive if we needed anything. We highly recommend!!

Comfortable unit and great location

We had a great stay at David's condo. A 30 second walk to the slopes can't be beat. The unit was cozy and well equipped, and David was very communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

This is the place to stay!

True ski in/ski out - 120 steps from the elevator to the ski run. The owner was extremely pleasant and responsive to our needs. Large hot tub at the complex was perfect for soaking after a long day of skiing. Easily accommodated our group of 6 adults. I have stayed at plenty of places where they barely provided enough toilet paper and hand soap, but this was nicely stocked. Overall great experience and good value. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location

Really enjoyed the convenient location. The condo was clean and the heating/cooling of the house was perfect. We skied in and out to the resort and was only 5 minutes from the bus routes and convenient stores. But yet far enough away from any unwanted noise. Definitely recommend this location.

Park city superbowl weekend

Great location for Skiing/Snowboarding

We chose this location for its close access to the ski resort and the fact that it had 6 separate beds. My group consisted of 6 grown men so we all wanted our own bed. The size of the condo easily accommodated the group. I was complemented by all of my ski buddies for picking an awesome location. The unit had everything we needed. There is an assigned ski locker on the ground floor which was very nice and had enough space for all of our boards and skis. This was very convenient as we did not have to try and find space for all our gear within the unit itself and didn't have to deal with melting snow from our gear within the unit. The owners conveniently included an instructional video on how to find and use the locker. Along with this, there was a nook within the unit for hanging up all of our snow clothes so they could easily dry. This unit was definitely designed with snow sports in mind. The mountain itself was very accessible. It was probably 50 yards to the slopes down a very easy-to-walk path and then another 60 yards or so to the first lift. If you, like me, are into mapping out your runs, the trail accesses the lift line of the "First Run" lift. This was very convenient as that lift opens at 0845 which is 15 minutes prior to the other lifts. You can easily access the First Run lift and be riding up to the top at 0845 and then ride down to the lift line of your choice from there. This prevented us from having to walk all the way to our preferred lifts to get higher up the mountain. With a little bit of planning and if you keep your speed up on a board you can ride all the way back to the access path to the condo and not walk an extra unnecessary step. The condo had a hot tub that was big enough for about 20 people but we never used it. We had a vehicle and the underground parking was nice. The clearance was high enough to accommodate our full-size van. We were conveniently located to town and could be at the grocery store or shops within a couple of minutes by car. The unit came with a standard coffee pot. It had some of the basic staples provided (filters, salt, pepper, etc). The owners were very communicative and accessible and responded to our request for a resupply of trash bags and soap very quickly. The showers had plenty of body wash and shampoo also supplied. The body wash was a particularly nice brand. I wish I would have noted it. This was a 5-star experience. Stay here if you want easy and comfortable access to the resort.

Great location but a few flaws!

This was an A+ property with regard to location. We loved the quick and easy access to the mountain. The accessible ski lockers on sight were great and easy to pick up on our short (less than 1 minute walk) to the mountain. The views were amazing and the pool-sized hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing! The beds were super comfy and had very warm blankets. There are, however, a few minor complaints. The house was very dated and I’m assuming stage lighting in the photos made it look much newer. It was fairly chilly in the rooms at some points because the thermostats didn’t heat up the house sufficiently. Make sure to make use of the gas fireplace as it mainly worked as a solution for that. The water filter on the fridge takes forever to fill up and also makes an obnoxiously loud noise from the sink when in usage. If you are staying up in the loft then you can hear **everything** from downstairs (even small movements.) The soap and conditioner bottles barely had anything in them. We had to ration each… With all this being said, this was a GREAT place if you’re willing to overlook a few minor inconveniences!!
