Newly Remodeled Ski-N/Ski-Out Park City Mountain Condo

Welcome to our beautiful and newly remodeled mountain Ski-n/Ski-Out getaway at Snowflower Condos.

Nestled at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, a few feet from 3 main lifts: First Time Lift, Eagle Lift, and 3 Kings Lift and Terrain Park (see map in pictures). The closest location possible.

On-site amenities at Snowflower include two outdoor heated pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, covered parking with garage elevator access, and high-speed internet and cable.

Level 1 condo with 1,360-square-foot of living space

The Living and Kitchen Area:

Fully equipped kitchen has every thing you will need to prepare and serve a home made meal. Open concept living space with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy time together. Living area has a large sectional sofa, comfy chairs,, and full kitchen has bar seating and 4 stools.

The Bedrooms:

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a mounted flatscreen TV, an en-suite bath, and access to the furnished patio.

The second bedroom has a new King bed

The third bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunk beds for all the kids, cousins, and friends. In addition, there is an additional air mattress for added guests.

Getting Around:

We are directly across the street from the free city bus system that takes you just minutes to Base Village (also in walking distance), Deer Valley Resort, the Canyons Resort and just around the bend from Main St. and all its cultural happenings.

Walking distance to Historic Main St.

5 minutes from the golf course and trail system for hiking and mountain biking, this is also an ideal summer, fall, and spring getaway.

Covered parking garage is included.

What You'll Love:
Excellent Family Summer and Winter Getaway - Walk to the free city Bus just across the street from the complex. Ideally located to explore all four seasons in Park City, UT. Located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Two pools, two hot tubs, free busses, lots of space, fireplace, and a kitchen for entertaining make this an ideal family landing spot.

Even though there was very little snow, we had a wonderful time and experience at this property! It was perfectly described and had everything we needed and more! The location is perfect! If we go back to Park City, we would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, outdated systems

The location was A, and the communication and pleasantness with the manager was great. Unfortunately, the condo’s systems were very out of data. The condo is heated by floor “vents” that I had honestly never seen before. Some of them didn’t even work. We had to mostly rely on 5 space heaters, which would consistently trip the breakers and leave us without lights until we flipped them. Given this, I felt the price somewhat unjustified, and if we were do to it again, we likely would have stayed in one of the hotels nearby for cheaper. Unless I missed it, the outdated systems were not put into the description. If you can get over that, this is a great place to stay with new kid skiers since you can walk right out to the first time lift. The lockers were also very nice

2 Family Ski Vacation

Great location for our 2-family ski trip! Easy access to the resort without having to stay directly in the village. Easy parking. Wonderful, accommodating host.

Snow flower - building 1

Snow flower building 1 is a great location. You are a short walk to the base of the mountain and about 500 foot walk (2-3 minutes) to first time lift. Unit was well done and communication with owner was great. I highly recommend the location and unit.

Ski in ski out at its finest!

My husband and I, our daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren hat a great time in Kate’s condo. The renovations are lovely and add to the comfort of this fabulous Snowflower ski in/ ski out, very well-equipped vacation home. Kate was quick to respond with any questions or concerns.

Perfect Location

Great place to stay! Near hiking, mountain resort activities and Main Street. Loved the 4th of July parade! Condo is well equipped, comfortable beds and nice family room seating. Loved it! We will be back!

The heat

Amazing location but the heat didn’t work in one bedroom and the primary heater (it’s not central) was noisy. Also, the lights didn’t work in the dining area or half the kitchen.

Perfect Ski in ski out!

This property was everything we needed in a ski property. Well equipped kitchen, loved the fireplace. Beds were comfortable. We are in every night and had everything we needed. Love the huge Hot tub.

We enjoyed our vacation. The property was exactly as advertised and the location was fantastic for traveling with two small children. We loved the ski in ski out availability. We would definitely recommend.

Location location location

This place fit 10 people for a ski trip very comfortable, the parking was great. The location was great. It really is ski on ski off. You have to walk 100 feet to lift max. And you can ski to 15 feet from locker room. If you are looking for a great host, and ski in ski off, this is it. Kate was wonderful and responds in minutes. She even loaded the fridge for us. The house had all the kitchen necessities including some condiments that were useful. We do a yearly ski trip with 8-10 people and when we return we will book this same place again. I have gone to may states with ski on and ski off. And this by far was the best. And again, the host was amazing. Thank you Kate PS. Make dinner reservations months in advance if you have a big group.

Money Well Spent

Our stay at the condo was absolutely perfect. The host was very accommodating and communicated well with us. The location can’t be beat with the mountains right there. Will definitely stay here again and even consider staying during all four seasons here.

Large families have unique vacation problems--making the time, finding a place with enough space, accommodating teenagers, toddlers, and babies. The logistics alone can be overwhelming. The solution for our family of 8 was to find a place that was 1) close to our primary home 2) large enough to accommodate and 3) Most importantly, something everyone could enjoy. This townhome in Park City checks all our boxes. With our family living just 45 minutes away from Park City we continuously go back and visit week after week, month after month. We've enjoyed skiing, hiking, and mountain biking and taking our kids to the plethora of parks around town. And we can't begin to tell you the countless hours we spent shopping on Main Street and the outlets. Park City just has it all. We hope you will enjoy visiting this city and creating memories as much as we have. We are so excited to share this amazing property with you.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

During the summer and warmer months we love walking out the front door, hopping on the city bus with our mountain bikes and heading up to the top of Deer Valley. One of our favorite rides is on Tidal Wave run. We sit, we ride, and we repeat! After hours of riding on the mountain we end up at eateries on Main Street such as Main Street Pizza or Yuki Yama Sushi. You can't go wrong with any restaurant on Main Street. On days when we don't feel like a ride we walk to the base of Deer Valley along the paved paths that meander around a set of small lakes. You can essentially walk, ride a bike or take your dog along the flat terrain while stand-up paddleboarders and kayakers paddle the waterway.

Winter season comes around and we are skiing all our favorite runs along the Silver Strike Express at Deer Valley. Nothing compares to weaving through all those pine trees and sometimes--hitting a few! We never miss a chance to grab Deer Valley's Turkey Chilli at the Deer Valley Grocere-Cafe. It is a must every time! When we are up for a challenge we are flying down runs on Jupiters Peak at Park City Mountain. Call us crazy but we enjoy the adrenaline rush! Ski season in Park City is so magical. Even if you're not skiing you are enjoying all the festivities around town. We go tubing at Woodward and as always enjoy the comings and goings of the Sundance Film Festival. There is always something to do all year round and being close to it all is a dream.
