Right next to Payday Lift @Resort Base - 25yd walk. BEST LOCATION Ski in/Ski out
This penthouse condo is the closest unit to the main (Payday) lift at Park City Mountain Resort. There are stairs right next to the unit allowing descent to the ticket office and then 20 yards out to Payday lift.
The ski school is at the other end of the building accessed via a 3 floor descent in the elevator. Two floors down are all your ski rental needs, but if skiing isn't your thing, you have are in the centre of the Park City Mountain Resort with ice skating, coffee shops, restaurants and much more.
For the condo layout:
There is an entryway for wet skis (8), boots and clothes. Straight ahead brings you to an open plan kitchen, living, dining room area that opens onto a double-width deck to see all resort happenings firsthand. How long are the lift lines? Or, the main resort display for whether the run is groomed or the chair is open today ?
The master bedroom is just off this open plan area with its own connected deck overlooking the Payday lift. It has a king sized bed, SmartTV, and a full en-suite bathroom. The bathroom boasts a unique granite vanity, and sizable shower.
The living room also has three armchairs, an ottoman and a reclining sofa looking straight up the mountainside. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, cooking utensils, dishware, and appliances including: microwave and dishwasher and new refrigerator with ice maker. The dining table seats 8.
The upstairs loft accommodates up to 6 people with a queen bed, two twin beds and a bunk bed which is perfect for a bunch of kids or family with kids. The spacious loft features a full en-suite bathroom, a living area with seating around the TV. There are two tables with chairs that can be used as workstations.
The unit has free Wi-Fi and a small workstation with screen next to the balcony door with superb working views up the mountain.
The underground parking is available for 1 or 2 cars with elevator access from the car park to the resort, and then another elevator up to the unit.
A car is not necessary for this vacation. The airport is ~40mins ride/share shuttle journey from the resort. It's 1-2min. walk, to the bust stop for the free Park City Transit System (running throughout the day until midnight each night). It's wonderful, providing free transportation to Main Street, Deer Valley, supermarkets and anywhere else in Park City you might want to explore. World class restaurants, art galleries and boutiques abound in this cosmopolitan little mining town.
This will be the skiing holiday you will always remember!
