Ping pong table and foosball located in lower level. This property is one short block from downtown Ogunquit with a short walk to the beach. Park your car for the week and walk to everything Ogunquit has to offer!!!

Beautiful home - amazing location!

I’ve been visiting OGT for over 30 years and this is one of the best rentals we stayed in. This is the ideal location in my opinion! Very central to town and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great Experience

I recently rented the house for 3 nights with three of my girlfriends. The location can't be beat, the house is modern, spacious and comfortable, and the host was extremely accommodating. We'd definitely rent this property again.

Fantastic location, awesome stay

The house was extremely clean, beautiful inside (photos didn’t do it justice), and could not have asked for a better location! The space for our family was great to spread out. We would definitely rent again!

Spacious house in a great location!

Fantastic Get-Away

Great location for this roomy house, super close to downtown and still very walkable to Ogunquit beach. Open floor plan and private deck great for entertaining, large kitchen with ample counters makes group meal prep a breeze. Plenty of bathrooms (plus outdoor shower), comfortable beds, ample parking…everything we were looking for.

Perfect Place For Trip To Ogunquit

A yearly get together for 7 friends who have been together for over 50 years. Easy walk to the center with great stores and restaurants. Short walk to The Marginal Way. We loved The Rose Cove restaurant; delicious food and great drinks. The house is so great I am at a loss for words so I will just say it is beautiful and perfectly clean. Thank you to VRBO and the owner for a wonderful stay! I certainly expect to return, all the girls loved it!

Location is key

First and foremost, the location is fantastic. Park the car in the driveway and you won’t need it again. Town is a 5 minute walk to the main area and the beach is a 10 minute walk. You can easily park 4 cars in the driveway. Relatively up to date home. A/C is a wall hung unit that does a good job in the living room, dining area and kitchen (one big open area). On a hot week the bedrooms could get warm. It’s comfortable, it’s nice and the location is perfect. Host was great too. Would stay here again.

Clean, modern, convenient location

This property is located very close to Ogunquit center. It is clean and up to date with an open floor plan. Lots of room for cars. All communications with the property manager were pleasant, helpful and prompt. We will be returning there next year and highly recommend the property. Note: The property is located up a modest hill, which should not be an issue for most people. For those with toddlers, there is a spiral staircase. Our only issue was the lack of an AC unit in one of the bedrooms for the first few days of our stay. But that was no big deal as the house had enough other units and fans to make up for it.

Disappointed

Our first night revealed no lighting in the downstairs bedroom, mattress not comfortable, no night stand table, no coat hangers or closet poles to hang them on either. Then in the morning we decided to cook bacon and eggs but the only fry pan is the smallest in size. The kitchen had one set of dishes but very lacking in normal supplies. The bathroom down stairs had no blind. There was no instruction as to what to do with garbage and recyclables, or linens. The chairs at the kitchen table were too big to walk around without tripping over the legs. The home was clean except for a few utensils in the drawer which still had food on them. Location is convenient to walking downtown, restaurants and beach. It is a cute place, some kinks need to be worked on. The owner did stop by to deliver a large fry pan.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed. We strive to have happy guests and generally respond in person with any concerns, particularly when the delivery is respectful, in any event, we still stopped by to help address your concerns. Some of this feedback is appropriate, taken to heart and has been remedied since. Perhaps we weren’t a good fit- I was surprised that you left a review judging on how you left the property with no heads up; a nasty clogged toilet, a door off the hinge and damaged that required a contractor between renters to repair. Future guests-please read our reviews on airbnb- you will be delighted to stay in this prime location. For example: Katelyn June 2021 I can’t say enough good things about this house. It was so cute and clean and had the perfect amount of space for 7 people! The house is within walking distance to downtown and tons of bars and restaurants. You can also walk to the beach from the house or take a very short drive to one of the beach parking lots. The beds were super comfortable too! I would definitely rent this house again. It was great! Jackie June 2021 This is the most amazing house to staying at Ogunquit area. The house was so sparkly clean inside and outside. The location was absolutely perfect, walkable to everything from the beach to downtown of Ogunquit area, I would highly recommend this house to anyone whose would like to go there. We had such a nice family/friends weekend with Fall Festival. We didn’t have to get in the car we walked all weekend. Lots of space and great bonus basement. Will be back!

Great spot

The location was awesome to downtown & beach. The property was clean, well maintained, and well stocked...linens, pillows, towels, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Everythihng we needed. The property owner was helpful leading up and throughout our visit. We also had great neighbors qt the cottage property next to us.

Lovely home/great location

The issues: Not enough linens, towels, blankets etc. We had to make our own beds. We found a few things in the Laundry area, but still not extra blankets. Some of the pillows were too large and very hard...very uncomfortable (none of us used them). The kitchen was lacking including pots/pans, dishes, typical essentials for cooking.

Our stay

We had such a great time in Ogunquit and loved this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. It was relaxing and just a really nice house. We had to watch our kids (2 and 3) on the spiral staircase but we knew that going into it and it was fine. Thank you very much.

Sunny relaxing house.

We had a great week in this lovely house! It is bright, sunny and airy with wonderful large windows. The open living area with the large dining table and kitchen is comfortable and spacious. The loft adds additional space and more large sunny windows. The setting feels quite private with trees around the back and side.. There is a wonderful deck in the back to sit and relax or to grill and have meals. It is a quick walk in to town and an easy walk to the beach. Our only issue, which we already shared with Aaron, was that the upstairs bedroom had an opening that overlooked the living space downstairs. This may not be an issue for many people. However, if you are sharing the house with friends or family who would want more privacy, this might be something to consider. Aaron was a very thoughtful and welcoming host who responded quickly to our few questions and requests. It is a great place to enjoy Ogunquit!

Happy Days

Great location, accommodation and host. When we embarrassingly locked ourselves out and called Aaron, he brought a spare in minutes. Ping Pong table was a big hit for family tournament. Five adults and two children and never felt crowded. Look forward to returning next summer.

Great House in a great OGT location!

The house was great! Clean and exactly as described. We went with children, so the spiral staircase was a concern, but easily managed. The ping-pong table and TV and small couch in the basement a perfect playroom for the kids. In terms of location for OGT, it is a prime spot. About a two minute walk to town and about a 10 minute easy stroll to the beach. Set back from the road giving you some nice privacy. Lastly, the owner was great and checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed mid-week. All in all a great rental. Looking forward to going back.

Excellent location, nice house and responsive owner

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The owner was available to answer multiple questions about the house, helped us set up the Smart TV and delivered fans for the bedrooms when the upstairs got hot. The house is pleasant and in a fantastic location. You feel like a local here. There is access to beach chairs and a beach cart. Two bedrooms down, one bedroom up, and a bed in the loft area. Aaron was very kind and wanted to make sure everything was just right- definitely one of our better vrbo experiences for sure.

Aaron and Tricia have been coming to Ogunquit their entire lives. Aaron's Grandparents and parents owned Parsons Post House Inn for 65 years until it was sold in 2010. In 2020 we decided to follow in their foot steps and purchased these properties to host families.
This unique property provides families with the option of staying in the independent house or rent the 2 additional cottages for larger family reunions. We outfitted the properties w/ all of the comforts of home to make your stay w/ us cozy and special.
