Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival. Each vehicle is a $50 cost per pass.

Overall the unit itself was nice even through there was a musty smell from the AC. The master bathroom was among the nicest we've seen! Nice big lanai with great views of the surrounding beach. TV was large and the living area was comfortable enough. As far as the facility itself, it is fairly nice though dated. We found every employee to be very helpful except for one, the pool lady. My wife and I were returning from the beach and she demanded to see the wrist ribbons. We were actually holding them in our hands but she insisted that they needed to be on our wrists. When we tried to explain that we did not want to wear them into the Gulf at the risk of losing them she unloaded on us! She went off about security and how she had the power to stop us from entering the facility if we weren't wearing the bracelets. We didn't push things and went to the elevators to go up to our condo. She felt the need to follow us to the elevators and even tried to enlist the support of a fellow vacationer by complimenting him on wearing his. She then made another comment on how "easy it would be" to prevent people who aren't wearing their bracelets from entering the facility. Her behavior was bordering on psychosis at this point.

Perfect for our family of five! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and the pool and beach as well! Perfect location right outside of Pier Park.

Shrimp and sunsets on the balcony

Beautiful view from the 4th floor while eating shrimp and watching the sunset. It was fun to watch the Olympics on the enormous TV. Living room furniture needs to be replaced. The beds were very comfy! The kitchen well stocked and easy to cook meals. Overall clean and a great location. Will stay again!

Great location, property, and good room

The room itself was nice, had everything we needed, and the location was great! Everyone who works at Sterling Breeze is so nice and willing to help. The room did has some cleaning issues: the room had a smell to it, but we bought some cheap air fresheners and rolled with it. The bathrooms also had a continuous “smell” that someone had used it (if you know I mean). Sometimes it was stronger than not, but again we just got some air fresheners and rolled with it. The floor also had sticky feel to it, but I feel like it is just the cleaner used on it because we noticed it more on the tiles than the laminate hardwoods. All of these issues are an easy fix of course, and if it weren’t for those little things the room is perfect! The WiFi was down for most of the stay so we couldn’t use the TVs or anything, but it was apparently happening it multiple rooms. We reached out to try and fix it, but didn’t get a response. Bottom line it was a good stay with very easy fixes for the next stay!

Needs Work

For the amount of money I expected a much better experience than what we got. The place smelled musty and it wasn’t clean. Everything we touched was grimy and sticky. The shower was coated in soap scum, the doors and furniture felt sticky, and the floors had a lot of sand still left from the previous visitors. The grill was disgusting so we didn’t bother to use it. The condo itself needs a deep clean overall. I understand that there is only so much time between other renters coming, but the place could have been a lot better for the amount paid to stay. There were plenty of dishes and a great sized fridge and stove. However, due to how grimy everything was I didn’t even want to use the dishes and bought disposable ones. If you plan to cook there is limited counter space and only one outlet directly next to the stove. We chose to do easy foods like sandwiches. The coffee maker didn’t work properly and definitely needs replaced. It would leak and wouldn’t disperse in the pot properly. The sliding door to the balcony is VERY difficult to open and HEAVY. Make sure you have plenty of strength to open and close it! There are limited outlets to charge devices so you may want to bring an outlet strip with a surge protector. Overall, we made do and cleaned what we needed to, but it definitely wasn’t worth the amount we paid. We usually have no issues when we stay at Sterling Breeze, but this condo needs work. I tried contacting the company but the number never got me a live person.

Easy Booking/accurate pictures

Everything went great and the booking process was easy. Stay was great with the family..only couple complaints were that the Keurig didn't work and that all the linens smelled old and very used.

Relaxing Getaway

Very nice property! Well maintained. Great location! Everything my husband and I needed for a very relaxing getaway. Loved the included beach chairs and the convenience of having our own grill on the balcony. The unit was very clean and well stocked with towels, bed linens, cookware, dishes, and start up supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, bath soaps, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. Master bed was very comfortable. Master shower was very roomy and had great water pressure. The unit was perfect for two adults. Although there is sleeping space for 6 (with the hallway bunks and couch bed), there is not sufficient “comfortable” seating in the living room for that many people (only a couch, backless bar stools at the breakfast bar and small foot stool type seats under the coffee table). Again, it was a perfect space for the two of us, but can’t imagine having six people share that space. Would definitely stay there again!

Our Stay

Our first time in Panama City on the Beach. Our booking was easy and informative. Our condo was as stated on-line as we booked. When I had questions I used the email and had every question answered. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was wonderful along with the beach area. We plan on coming back to the area again with more family.

Nice condo but too many rules with arm bands

Condo was very nice but do not like all the signs at the pool to not reserve chairs. Had a hard time finding chairs because towels laid on chairs for two to three hours with NO ONE sitting on chairs. Did not like paying for parking pass because we also had to pay almost $400.00 in other fees in the cost of staying at Sterling Breeze. Will not return to Sterling Breeze because one teenage girl at the desk said we had to wear arm bands all the time while on property. How do you take a shower in condo and go out to eat dinner with these cheaply made arm bands on? Also she would not trade my husbands arm band because it was too tight and he could not get the arm band off Too expensive for our tastes for what you get. Will never return to Sterling Breeze

Great place

Loved the property it was fairly clean and nice. Only dislike was that you always had to wait for a elevator as there was only 2 for the whole building. Liked the fact the room came with beach chairs on the beach. The grill on the balcony was a great added plus as my husband really liked. Now check in was easy but at first has issies with wifi was given wrong password and the communication that you had to purchase a separate parking pass to park in property garage was a let down and no way to contact front desk of resort that i could fond but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo

This was our first time staying on Panama City beach (vs Destin) and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything regarding the condo was perfect - I will only say that it took a while to get used to the winding trek from the parking garage across the street to get to the room...but it wasn't really an issue. Also, this was totally my oversight - but make sure to PRINT out your parking ticket BEFORE you get there - otherwise it's a nightmare trying to print it in the lobby!

Great stay

Clean. lots of room. Nice features like Keurig, outlets on back of bedroom lamps for chargers, keyless entry, adjustable bed, well supplied kitchen, and beautiful decor. It was a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation

This place was just as listed. The communication was excellent. The room was ready for us extra early so it was almost like we gained an extra day. We love Sterling Breeze as our go to PCB stay.

Total relaxation

The bed was awesome! Very comfortable! The balcony furniture also very comfortable, where I spent most of my time. Enjoyed the huge smart tv! The pool was very nice and hot tub was perfect temperature. There were pluses and minuses of being on 4th floor. Fast ride on elevator but noises from pool area override the sounds of the ocean. But it was my choice to stay on the balcony and not take advantage of the chairs at the beach. The check in was little hard for me being alone, and a 58 year old woman, because there is not a good drop off area. But that is the fault of Sterling Breeze. But I thoroughly enjoyed my week! Thank you!
