Siggy's Lookout: Family Friendly Condo with Spectacular Views and Amenities

Siggy's Lookout is not your average vacation home rental that is sparsely furnished with absentee owners. This private cliff-side condo is our family home designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Located on the breezy, quiet northside of St Thomas, this condo offers a true US Virgin Islands feel.

Furnished with family in mind, our hope is that you will enjoy every part of your stay; taking quiet walks around the neighborhood, pool and beach days with the kids, relaxing on the patio, and enjoying the spectacular view all day.

This condo was completely remodeled in 2021 - Brand New Everything! As owners that live on island full-time and frequently stay at the condo - we are constantly updating and refreshing the condo as needed.

It's also important to note we have a back-up generator that automatically turns on during power outages, St Thomas is prone to frequent power disruptions.

** PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A RING DOORBELL ON FRONT DOOR (EXTERIOR).

THE AREA:
Siggy's Lookout is located in Mahogany Run on the northside of St Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. Just a short drive away from Magen's Bay - Mahogany Run is a quiet, gated community that feels private and secluded yet is convenient to many areas of St Thomas including; Red Hook, downtown Charlotte Amalie, and much more. This is true St Thomas, away from the tourist-filled condo complexes, where you can take a quiet walk in the evening, slow down and enjoy time together as a family.

When we are out enjoying the beautiful Virgin Island waters we rent our family home, Siggy's Lookout, out selectively. We are available from the day you book to answer questions about your trip and help you plan to the perfect vacation, and during your stay to ensure everything goes by without a hitch. We look forward to welcoming you to St Thomas.

Holly was wonderful to work with. The condo was very close to my sister's home so that was convenient. Also convenient to Megans Bay and its pretty easy to get downtown.

The house was roomy and spacious! The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were great! The master and secondary had privacy. The owners were very responsive to communication. Overall a great place to stay

Large Condo with great amenities

Exactly as advertised. Owner was very responsive and very helpful. We had everything we needed and more. It was so helpful to not have to bring all the necessities/toiletries from home. Beautiful ocean views from all rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

Holly's condo is 10 out 10: breathtaking view, beautiful decor, well manicured grounds, super clean. Holly is the best host ever. She takes care of her guests and always there to make sure they enjoy their stay. I wish time could just stop, because one week is too short!! Thanks Holly to share your beautiful home!!

Fantastic views

Great property. We loved the views, the porch, the couch, the pool, well equipped kitchen and adjustable bed. It was nice to be in a secure gated community. The neighbors were nice. We had a great trip!!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. The place was lovely, clean, well supplied and tranquil with access to a great pool that the kids loved. We enjoyed walking through Mahogany Run, watching the sun sets and just lounging around at the house. The location was terrific. Our hosts were super responsive when a water issue impacted the whole condominium and even was in touch with neighbors who offered their showers. We would definitely be lucky to stay there again.

Great Views of BVI

This place was wonderful, very clean and had all of the amenities. There was a well stocked kitchen as well as nice living area. The views were breathtaking. We were there with another couple and it was a perfect space. Any question I had Holly was so quick to answer whether it was previous to the trip or while we were on the island.

Relaxing getaway

I absolutely love staying on the quieter northside of the island, and Siggy's Lookout was exactly what and where we wanted. St. Thomas isn't large enough for anywhere to be inconvenient, so staying in a place that grants some quiet and privacy is all upside. The proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in the US does not hurt either. The view from the balconies cannot be understated. It had everything we needed and then some. You can tell the hosts truly care about this place. It made for a perfect vacation.

Great place, awesome view

My wife, 2 kids (3 and 7) and I loved Siggys Overlook. Nice accommodations, all the amenities, quiet/safe neighborhood, awesome view from deck and shower. Nice pool closeby, great location for beaches and restaurants. Siggy was very responsive and accommodating, especially as our flight home was delayed a day and we needed to extend our stay. Thanks Siggy!

Family spring break

It was absolutely perfect! Clean and very welcoming. It truly was home away from home. Everything we needed and more was available for days at the beaches, info and recommendations to check out. Super quick response from Holly with my random questions. And the view!!! Best morning coffee of the day was spent on the deck. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Home away from home

My family of four recentlyvisited St Thomas for the first time. We are so happy we chose Siggy's Lookout- it was the perfect space for two adults and two teenagers to relax and unwind after a full day of adventures. It is located in a quiet and safe community. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and with the most breathtaking views. The pool was a great bonus! Communication with Holly was easy and she was very helpful before and during our visit. I

Stunning paradise

Absolutely phenomenal stay in paradise. We haven’t stopped missing our stay since the moment we drove away from Siggy’s. It was clean, peaceful, beautifully upkept, had so many extras (toiletries, cooking, spices, beach gear, sunscreen, etc). The views are beyond incredible and the stars at night are magical! The owners were so very accommodating and quick to respond to any question. The thing is, they have a wonderful binder full of everything you need to know that you won’t have hardly any questions! Our girls (8 & 15) loved their room and the master was perfect. Definitely recommend renting a car. But also know everything is pretty close and seemed to be within a 15 minute drive. You had the peace, security and beauty at the mountaintop combined with easy access to everything. Only warning is that staying here will have you reconsider your life choices and make you want to move in permanently!

Beautiful Mahogany Run View

Very nice property and beautiful view. Owners were very communicative. It was our first time to St Thomas. Our only advice is to rent a vehicle if you are comfortable with driving on the left side of the road in narrow, curvy and steep roads or have a viable plan for traveling the island as taxis aren’t readily available in that area and can be pricey. It requires transportation to get to any stores, shops or restaurants from Mahogany Run.

Stunning Unit in St Thomas

We had a wonderful time staying at Siggy’s Lookout. It was our home away from home. Everything we needed was available in the unit. Unit was very clean, nice and quiet. As we like cooking, we really enjoyed the kitchen that was stocked with every kitchen appliance / utensil you needed. Nice unexpected extras like a charging station for all the electronic devices, stand up fans for each bedroom, in addition to the overhead fans where great. Beach chairs and cooler worked out great for the beach trips. Very easy to find, check in / check out. Owners where great to work with. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Great place to stay

The property was clean and quiet. The views are second to none. Access was easy. Communication with the owner was great. There was an issue with the refrigerator, it needed to be replaced. It quit working during the evening hours. We contacted the owners and they got the refrigerator replaced the next day with no inconvenience to us . They reimbursed us more than the groceries we lost. The owners are great, we would definitely stay at Siggy’s Lookout again.

Just doesn't get any better!

We've rented VRBO properties for years, we can honestly say, Siggy's Lookout is hand's down cleanest property we've ever stay at! Amenities, you'll want for nothing, Holly and her husband have left nothing to chance and have thought of everything you might possibly need! Even though the property is very easy to find Holly left a text message offering to meet us should we have any issues. STT grocery located about 10 minutes from the condo and is like going to your neighborhood grocery. Unusual for the USVI. The condo conveniently located to a number of beaches including Magens Bay, an easy 5 minute drive.

Great views!

Beautiful condo within a very safe gated community. The views from this condo are outstanding. Honestly, I doubt there is much better. It's breathtaking. The condo is lovely with lots of supplies, cooking equipment, spices, etc. A very handy daybed with trundle was great to have for our two kids. The air conditioner shown in photos in the living room is non functional so there is only air in the bedrooms but the bedrooms are nice and cool with air running(we were there during hottest time of year). There are lots of fans throughout the condo which is really helpful. Holly was very kind and responsive. Overall- a great condo I would recommend to friends.

AMAZING STAY!

Siggy's Outlook at Holly's place was a wonderful stay for us. We went as a couples trip, my boyfriend and our two best friends. We had been to the island once before and fell in love with it, which was no different this time around. Holly's place has 2 beautiful balcony's, we loved grilling and eating dinners on the balcony. Everything in the place was well thought out and over the top - from the fully stocked kitchen (even condiments and seasonings that we free to use for us), all toiletries, and any amenities you could think of from a 5 star hotel, and more! Another thing I would like to mention is this place is set up great for a family trip as well - games, wifi, sun block, beach chairs and umbrella, and cooler, all at your disposable! I would recommend this place to anyone! Holly was personable, and very responsive throughout the entire stay. The place is a little remote (but not bad at all considering it is a small island) everywhere you'd want to go on the island is a 10-20 minute drive at the most. I suggest getting a rental car, but everything was wonderful! It is also very close to Magen's bay which is highly regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches on the island or in the Caribbean at all. She also provides a travels booklet with hand picked suggestions of places to go - great if you're not sure of where to go yet on the beautiful island. My favorite place! 5 stars! Thanks Holly! :)

Surprise birthday vacation

We were coming to St Thomas for my wife's suprise birthday vacation. My wife and I were traveling with my daughter and son in-law. I requested our dates with a few properties, and Holly got back with us with a pre-approval in a very timely manner. After we made our decision on what property. She made our rental process extremely easy and straight forward. She kept in touch with us during the rental process, and stayed accessible up until and after we stepped thru the properties front door. It was also great that we could keep in touch with them directly during our stay. We've stayed on St Thomas multiple times before, and we'd stay at this property if it is available again in the future. It is clean, well kept up and makes you feel at home. We all loved the views and peaceful gated community. It it's a little farther from the tourist locations and beaches (15 to 25 minutes), but in our opinion, well worth the drive. The property has all the amenities needed for a couple days or a few weeks stay. No beach out the door, but a very nice pool. Renting a vehicle is always recommended, as we did, and it was very easy getting there from the airport. We have no bad things to say about our experience with Holly and her husband's property. We definitely give them 6 out of 5 stars. Thanks for the time we got to spend there. We'll be back! Jeff and Sandy

We have been coming down to the Virgin Islands for over 30 years, Colorado is "home" for us but for now we are sailing the beautiful Virgin Islands and enjoying a sabbatical of sorts. We purchased Siggy's Lookout as a home base for our family to land when we need a break from the open waters. We fell in love with the comfortable neighborhood feel of Mahogany Run and the spectacular views this condo offered. It's located in a great community with convenient access yet it feels private like a single-family home.
