LAUREL ESTATES IS A BRAND NEW COMMUNITY LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 27 IN DAVENPORT near Champions Gate and just a couple of minutes drive from the I4 junction.

This gorgeous home was built in 2019 and offers a spacious and luxurious experience for guests.

This property is a fabulous choice for that home from home experience, stunningly furnished and well equipped.

A beautiful and well thought out kitchen contains everything you need to prepare your meals from a simple snack to a full 3 course dinner and a lovely living room in which to relax and unwind.

The added bonus of a computer for guests' use and a games room is sure to help make your vacation experience even more speacial. As well as all smart TV's and free local telephone calls.

Relax on the lovely pool deck or unwind in the spa after a busy day at the parks. This beautiful villa is the perfect vactaion home for guests of all ages.

Guests staying here will have convenient access to all of the major area attractions including Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Highway 192 and International Drive areas.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

Exceptional home

Stayed here for 4 nights late March. By far the cleanest property we have ever rented. The home is well taken care of, updated, roomy, and with a great sized pool. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to RT27 which has all the usual retail shops. Paid extra for the heat and it was worth it. 15 minutes to Animal Kingdom. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Make sure to bring your own paper products, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We never rent the same property more than once but will definitely rent this home again.

An Honest Assessment

We've rented many properties over the years and would like to share our honest opinion on this one. Pros - the pool was very nice, great for small children. Supposedly it was to be cleaned every week but in the 8 days we were there it was not. The kitchen and dining area were great - nice & large for many people. The home was clean although the toilet paper holder in the master bath was only half attached to the wall and the towel holder fell off immediately. The neighborhood was nice - there were two playgrounds within walking distance that we took advantage of. Cons - The AC in the home was frustrating to say the least. There was no way to override the 72 degree setting even though we called the managers for permission. It was warm in the house, especially at night. The main level bedroom would get 75 degrees at night. We had to continually run fans in the rooms. There was not a ceiling fan in the property to help move the air. This is the first rental property that we have ever used that doesn't supply a grill. It doesn't say that there is one on the property so we inquired about it. We were offered one for $140 a week! We were told that there was no upcharge on that even though when we got in the home they offered one in the home book for $80 per week which we had also found before we got there. We inquired about getting into the home early but were offered a $40 for each 2 hour early time period. The good outweighed the bad overall hence we still gave it 4 stars.

Great, well furnished home with easy travel to Disney

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It’s modern and well finished with all the amenities you need for your stay (including lots of kitchen utensils). Pool and hot tub area is large and nicely laid out with plenty of space for the whole family to relax. Easy access to I4 and the theme parks makes this a great choice. To top it off the property managers were very kind and responsive to the few questions we had.

We absolutely loved this property ! It was so clean and beauitful!

We had an amazing time at this property ! It was so nicely set up and clean! It was very well stocked in the kitchen and for bath towels and beach towels! The pool had plenty of toys for the kids to play with! We 100-% will be booking again! Thank you so much!

Pleasant stay

It was a nice place to stay. I had two 4 year olds who enjoyed the pool. The bedrooms were nice a comfortable with storage everywhere. I will be staying here again.

Beautiful and warm

The home was very inviting and well put together. Plenty of sleeping and Seating. The pool was amazing even though it was May We use the heat in the pool and it was delightful. When I did have a question they were quick to respond. Thank you for providing such a beautiful and comfortable home for our stay.

Lovely Home

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The house had all the comforts of home, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful pool, and large bedrooms. Property manager was responsive and accomodating. Our flight in was delayed so we arrived in the middle of the night. I was nervous to arrive to a dark unfamiliar house, only to find they left the lights on for our arrival, so thoughtful.
