True Blue 9D, with top modern furniture, decor and floors - this condo is sure to become a guest favorite! Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove/oven, full size refrigerator, full size washer and dryer, new floors, all new bedding, fresh painted walls and a completely renovated kitchen! Room and bedding accommodations include 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom is a king with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom is a king and third bedroom offers two twins. Additional amenities include: central HVAC, keurig coffee maker, microwave, bed and bath linens, community pool access as well as State Park Pass admission at no cost to you and so much more!

The Hammock Coast of South Carolina offers wonderful dining, award winning golf courses, unique shopping experiences and of course, pristine beaches! While staying be sure to check out all that the True Blue Golf resort has to , 5 pools, golf at True Blue course and Caledonia as well as dining at both courses!

As Described and Perfect

This Pawley's Island condo is a perfect place to stay to enjoy golf in the area. The online description is accurate. The condo was clean and met the needs of 4 adults. Highly recommend this unit. Nothing negative to say.

Another Great Rental

TB vacation

Lovely property lots of pools so never over crowded. Great space with plenty of bathrooms. Well appointed in the kitchen. We did have problems with the dishwasher but hey we just washed by hand! Staff were always pleasant and helpful.

Great spot, met all my expectations

Great vacation

Many restaurants and stores nearby. We swam in one of the onsite pools and it was big very well kept. I would recommend this condo at True Blue.

Nice Property in Good Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was good. Only problem was the middle bedroom twin beds were on rollers and not locked down which could result in a fall. I suggest they ensure the beds are stationary so someone does not get hurt.

Good place

This condo has a lot of room and comfortable. It was a bit dirty when we arrived, garbage disposal was leaking and broken and 2 toilets were not working. The Property manager was very attentive and quickly came out and took care of the issues. We appreciate that. Thank you!

The only issue: I would let people know if the coffee maker is a kureg or traditional. Our info said there were no coffee filters , so we thought it was traditional, but it was a kureg. Just so coffee drinkers can prepare accordingly. Thanks!

Cute space but cleaning sub par

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo space. I loved the layout of it, and it worked perfectly for our two families who were there over the rainy weekend.Unfortunately the cleanliness of the house was surprising. We told the cleaning lady when we went to check out about finding dirty linens on the beds. We also found somebody’s mouthguard underneath the fitted sheet. She told us to send an email and pictures. Please see attached. We stripped beds and washed sheets and had to go get blankets to use since the comforters were not clean. Otherwise everything was great!

Dirty Property

Unfortunately, we had a poor experience staying here. Upon arrival the property was filthy. The beds, shower and common areas had hairs all over it. Not just a handful but a ton. It clearly was not cleaned before our arrival. The property manager was able to change the sheets quickly but the cleaning they did in the next morning was still not up to what you would expect in a hotel. While the property had some nice touches it is also showing its wear and regular repair was lacking (ex. back slider barely opened, several lights were out, others had different watt bulbs in same fixture). The common grounds were nice, and we enjoyed the pools. The beds were not the most comfortable and show signs of wear. Overall, I believe you can find something better than this property.

Not Pleased Overall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in need on repairs or additions: front BR shower pole is rusty and you can't hang a towel (which are like sandpaper) without it being stained; kitchen is short of items like ONE frying pan, ONE dish towel, etc; washer is ready to die any minute/loud; dishwasher does not dry and is as basic and featureless as it comes...would expect more from a rental at this price. We have stayed in many TB condos and this leaves a lot to be desired. The last four days of our stay there was construction upstairs during the day which was very loud and distracting; sometimes could not hold a conversation with the person feet away (we complained and did receive a small credit)...we will NOT be staying here again and would not recommend. Note: A/C was good and cool and without limits on the lowering the temp. which was nice.

We will replace the towel rod and also let the homeowner know about replenishing the kitchen. If we are not notified of these things, we have no way of knowing to replace them.
