The house was very clean and check in was very easy! The house and furniture are worn, but this is a good value if you aren’t worried about that stuff. The pool is also worn and patio/pool are much smaller than other properties we have stayed at in this neighborhood. If you are looking for a great sized house for a large group for a decent value, this is a great option!

Annual End of Summer Vacation

Great neighborhood, front desk lady was the bomb. I would like better wifi and a grill but we made it work.

Thank you for your feedback. Wifi is provided by club so all vacation home in that community use the same. It has been been good. Not sure if that time has some area impact to Wifi. Looking forward to your next stay!

Golfers only stay/trip

The house clean and all enjoyed our stay. The pool area/patio was somewhat dirty. There was some mold on the the walls in the pantry. The group of golfers staying didn’t smell or notice any odors while there but when We all arrived home our wife’s pointed out that all our clothing from the trip had a musty odor.

perfect home away from home

We have stayed in Emerald Island several times. This was one of the best experiences. The home was clean and updated. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded. We will definitely be rebooking this home again next year. The entire process was easy and stress free, from booking, check-in and departure. The owner made things great!

Friends Trip

This property was perfect for our large group of friends. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, with plenty of living area space as well! The pool and hot tub were great to come home to after being out running around all day. The house was basic but had everything we needed. We would recommend this house for low maintance people.

Really nice home.

We enjoyed our stay and were really happy when the home shown in the pictures was the home we stayed in. We've experienced seeing pictures but when we get to the property it was something different, not this time. The couch/sofa can stand to be replaced but other then that the house was great!!!

Repeat Rental

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and have been pleased. There were some minor issues this time (they could not have been avoided), but getting them resolved was easy and done quickly. I would definitely choose to stay again. No complaints at all.

Family Vacation 6/13 - 6/18/19

My family and I loved the house there was enough room for everyone and there was only1 small problem but as soon as I contacted the owner they got right back in touch with me my grandkids loved the house so much they didn't want to leave and we had more then enough room I have no problem recommending this property to my family and friends and myself as well on my next Florida visit. Luxury disappointment

This home was far from luxury. Chairs looked like they’re 20 years old. No apps on the any of the tv’s, pool was dirty , never cleaned, my son had to go to urgent care due to eyes getting infected, lizard infestation in girls room . This home needs to be updated asap.

At first, thank you for your stay. Unfortunately we do not get your call or report during your stay. TV cable is maintained by club. If we got the report, we can report to cable company to do remote test and fix it. Pool is cleaned weekly by professional company. Some places in the pool bottom might need to be refurbished due to wear. However pool itself is very clean. Thank you again for your stay.

2626 Emerald Stay

The house had a good layout and served us well in that regard. The furniture is very worn in most rooms. The kitchen table should be discarded. I've stayed in many VRBO's and they were all in much better shape. This place is in need of some careful TLC. If that is done it would be a great place to stay.

Great place. But needs a little up keep.

Great location. House met our needs. But furniture needs to be upgraded. Chair cushions on dinette set were ripped and chair legs were loose. Also game room needs update. Only main issue was security at gate not letting registered guests in.

Fun but....Dirty house

Unleveled pool table with only 1 pool stick.... everything was dirty especially theshowers/bathtubs, and pool.. needs good deep cleaning would not stay there again

Emerald Blvd

The stay was pretty good except the house needs a lot of work done to it. Appliances need updating, game room needs new poop table and air hockey table, rooms need ceiling lights installed, internet needs updating (only 2 phones can use at a time), Waterbugs appear every now and then. Overall the place is convenient it's extremely close to shopping centers and stores, the pool was amazing, it had a huge amount of space and the host was very polite when asked questions. I will definitely be back in the future hopefully the host or owner listens to my advice and changes up the place.

Horrible

2 of the beds broke on us. We had to loose half a day waiting for new wifi installation. We had attitude from some lady that works with the property. The tvs were too small. Needs to update furniture.

Disney Vacation

Upon arrival, I went to the supermarket and bought cleaning supplies to re-clean the house. There was snack items under the bed and the dresser. The property was infected with roaches in kitchen, upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Totally unacceptable! One of the kitchen chairs popped in half when my grandson sat in it. The trash can was full upon our arrival last Sunday; had to wait until Wednesday for the truck to come

Never again

The quality of this property was poor. You don't even have enough kitchen ware to cook a good meal for your family. The game tables are broken and missing pieces. The garage door handle and door are broke....the property had roaches and the owner is just a person out to get money and couldn't care about the tenants who are renting the property.

Was unable to stay due to the unsafe safety conditions at the home.When we arrived at the home it wasn't clean and smell like dogs was living in this home. Pool sliding doors , one wouldn't close and the other one wouldn't open. The pool looks like it needs to be resurfaced. Hot tub didn't work. The pictures that's shown the sight doesn't reflect the current condition of the home in fact there totally different. I wouldn't recommend this home to nobody?

As a professional company, we have been following guidelines and providing support consistently, efficiently and happily to guests in order to provide one comfortable and secure home environment. At first, spa heat is optional. We did not get your request before arrival nor after arrival. Secondly, there is NO dog because the house is pet-free as the manager talked with you. Pets are not allowed at home. Thirdly, the House has been maintained in good shape by a professional management company. Lastly, the house is safe located in the 24 hour gated community. The pool door was able to be closed initially. Property Manager always did pre-check prior to guest arrival. Service staff quickly stopped by after getting call from guest. Service staff was also able to close the pool door. Door company was also asked to come to make pool door move smoothly. All status updates were communicated to the guest. We sincerely hope the above facts and contexts could provide clear and complete view. Any constructive feedback is welcome.

Buy everything!

So the listing tell you that laundry soap and toilet paper is not provided but we had to buy LITERALLY everything. No: -Trash Bags -Dish Soap -Sponges -Ect. There were only 4 forks for 14 of us... For the price I just expected to have more amenities provided. 1 set of pots and pans.. It was a nice house and plenty of room just spent more than planned on those types of items. Most places we have stayed in the past had these. A heads up would have been nice. Good things there was a walmart 5 minutes away.
