K&K's Condominium is located on the 2nd floor within the beautiful and quiet community of Colony Club at Drakes Landing in Gulf Shores, which is close to the ALABAMA GULF COAST ZOO, CRAFT FARMS GOLF COURSE, PELICAN PLACE Shopping Center and the PINNACLE THEATER. The distance to the beautiful Gulf Shores beaches is just 4 miles and Tanger Outlet is 4 miles in the other direction, located in Foley.

This is a 3-bedroom condominium with 2 full bathrooms. There is also a large balcony area that is very comfortable even during the warmer months when sitting outside relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.

There are two TVs, a DVD, along with a fully-equipped kitchen. It also has a full-size washer and dryer.

The Master bedroom is furnished with a comfy queen-size bed, TV, and plenty of closet space for your private things, along with its own private bathroom. An ironing board and iron are furnished as well.

The Second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and a twin-size bed/window seat with all the comforts of home.

The Third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed also and has a door leading to the balcony area. All of the bedding is very comfortable. Bed linens and bath towels are furnished. Please bring your own beach towels.

Colony Club has a very nice pool, hot tub and workout area for our guests. We have a tennis court/pickleball court for your use and a catch-and-release fishing pond. Located near our condo building is a great barbecue area for your use.

The dining area consists of seating for 6 to 8 people. The living room is equipped with a TV and DVD and plenty of seating for the whole family. There are doors that lead to the inviting patio area for relaxing outside in the gulf breeze.

We have another 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium, which is listed as VRBO 7112104, and furnished with 2 queen-size beds and 2 twin beds, and it is located on the 1st floor. The rates are the same for both condos and we welcome your reservations for that one as well. Beginning May 20, 2024, there is a $25 parking fee per vehicle with a 2-vehicle limit.

This unit suited our stay very well. It was very clean, so no complaints there. We were there for a softball tournament so we were very close to the Gulf Shores Sports Complex which was very convenient. Only a short drive to the beach and to the outlet mall. The only things I would suggest would be the addition of an air fryer and a Keurig coffee maker. Those would have been very beneficial to us while there. We will plan to stay again in the future if the need arises.

Gulf Shores stay

Wonderful place! Me and my family enjoyed it so much. Close to downtown and the beach. The agent made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a list of things to do.

Great Stay Awesome Host

Photos and property just as described, perfect for our larger family. Great affordable location not too far from the beach. Very close to lots of food options and shopping. Host was very accommodating and great at communicating. I would stay here again if I wasn't looking for a location on the beach.

Perfect for family

Our family of 4 stayed here for a baseball tournament. It was clean, quiet and spacious. Karen was a great host and made things super convenient. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in Gulf Shores!

Close to everything

The place is a little outdated but that's not an issue. It accommodated the 5 of us perfectly. Property owner and even neighbors were very helpful. Location was great as it was easy to get to everything we wanted to do and everything was very close by. Would stay again.

Amazing place for a family

We are a family of 6 and this condo was perfect for us! It felt like home. The owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. She was very informative and made checking in and out very easy.

Clean, comfy, convenient to everything!!!

Perfect for our girls trip! We loved having access to so many things to do in the area! Shopping, amusements, beach, restaurants. Then the condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and grill! Clean and comfy! We will be back for sure!!!

Wonderful Rental

Karen was amazing to deal with. The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and a home away from home for us. It's not too far from everything and a quiet get away in the evening. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much.

Wonderful location

Location was great, condo was very clean and homey. We had just about everything we needed and it felt like staying at home. We did have to buy things like trash bags and the beds were very outdated. I stayed sore the whole four nights we were there and a few days after we got home from the bed we slept in. Other than that I would have give it five stars!

My Stay

Great place to stay perfect location for the beach and the outlets. Plenty of eating places , grocery stores as well as Walmart and Dollar Stores. The only thing that I wished for is. TV in the other 2 bedrooms. This is a 3 bedroom house with only one bedroom with a TV.

Just Right

First time visiting golf shores area and I must say the property felt like home. It was very relaxing, within 15 mins to Foley Event Center and within miles from retail stores. The only push backs I would give it is the master bed was very uncomfortable however after a long day of volleyball who cares your so tired you just sleep. Also the place could use some cosmetic updates. Other than that it was what we needed and would book again!

Lovely condo!

Karen was phenomenal! First I messed up the dates When booking and she was extremely helpful. Then she also allowed us to check in early. The condo itself was just this picture and very, very clean. We stayed here for a baseball tournament and it was absolutely perfect. The community is quiet and peaceful and the pool area and gym are very nice. The location is great. We were a couple minutes from the golf Shores sports complex, 15 minutes from the Foley sports complex, annd about 10 to 15 minutes to the beach depending on traffic. If we ever find ourselves back in Gulf Shores, this will be the condo we stay at!

Best place we’ve stayed at in years!

We absolutely loved the condo! Great location for our needs, the beach was literally down the road one way and the other direction had all the shopping and restaurants that you’ll ever need. The condo was fabulous, everything from the family atmosphere to the awesome pool area. My family is already talking about next years stay down there. Karen was an awesome host, made everything very easy and was always just a phone call away if we needed her. Everyone in that community that we met during our stay was very friendly and outgoing. One of the best places that we’ve stayed at in a long time! Thanks again Karen! Scott

The condo was very nice. We had plenty of room to stay, and we especially enjoyed the deck area. The only problem that we had was the door leading from the living area to the deck tended to stick. Actually I think it was a problem with the knob on the door. Other than that no complaints at all.
