Indian Springs Golf and Country Club home with stunning views - 31 day minimum

This professionally decorated, 2200 square feet, single family home was part of the Indian Springs Golf and Country Club model home park. Located in a small cul-de-sac just outside the gates, the property is nicely elevated and overlooks the signature hole of the golf course with a magnificent view of the mountains, a waterfall and a lovely pond area surrounded by flowers. The north facing outdoor entertaining area features a beautiful pool with raised rock spa and a gas fire pit. The pool slide and jumping rock are favorite pool features for kids.

This spacious 3 bedroom home has a huge fully-equipped kitchen attached to a comfortable great room. The large master bedroom with King-size bed, double walk-in closets and oval tub are on the main floor. Two bedrooms upstairs share a Jack and Jill bath, one with a Queen bed and the other with two Twin beds. The home is outfitted with 2 smart televisions, cable television and wireless internet. There is a loft area which serves as an optional sleeping area (futon) or reading nook. Games and puzzles fill the cupboards. It is walking distance to Indian Springs Club house and golf course, which has been recently rated best course under $100 by the Desert Sun. It is only 3 miles from Indian Wells Tennis Stadium, 18 miles from Palm Springs airport, and 35 minutes from Cabazon Outlet shopping. Other area highlights include shopping at El Paseo, Palm Springs Tramway, the Living Desert Wildlife Park, art museums, parks, cinemas and more.

Indio Vacation

We had a great time at Pam’s house. Family and friends all enjoyed themselves. Property was spacious, clean and very well stocked. Chad, the property manager was outstanding; very responsive to our few requests. The pool was enjoyed by all, our granddaughters especially loved the slide. Great vacation!

We loved this place! It was well appointed and the owner went above and beyond to have the place stocked with essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.). Most unusual and very nice! The pool area was awesome and spent a LOT of time there. Would highly recommend this rental!

Fantastic House!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It all felt very luxurious. The place has every amenity you could ask for and it is very well organized. Loved the high ceilings and ample natural light. Great pool and spa. Nice media set up too. Easy check in. Top rated all around.

Wonderful vacation!

Had a fantastic stay at the house - very well stocked with everything you could need. We even used the popcorn popper! Very clean and comfortable home. The pool is amazing and we're already missing it. Would definitely love to return again for our next vacation.

Couldnt ask for a more beautiful, comfortable home! Love it when everything works, the ice machine, tv, wifi, pool, dish washer, oven.....! Would much rather stay here than the 5 star resort we were soposed to stay at. Would love to come back!

Beautiful house and pool

We stayed here last summer and it is a great place to stay so we came back again. They have made some very nice additions since we were here last. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our time here so much! The pool is the best!

Heaven

This little oasis feels like one of those little pockets of heaven where everything is always perfect. Spectacular view of the mountains and golf course. Perfect weather. Top notch outdoor space. Spacious, well equipped house. We stayed with a group of 4 adults and felt like there was more than enough space for everyone - even with everyone cooking in the kitchen at the same time! We spent the days in the pool and the evenings curled up by the fire. Bonus points for a very friendly and responsive host. Would give twice the stars if it was an option.

Great Spring Break

The house was exactly as shown. The pool was fantastic! The grandkids had so much fun sliding and jumping into it. The views are beautiful all around. Chad was very responsive-even providing a pack ‘n play.

Beautiful well appointed home with amazing pool

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home in La Quinta. It had everything we could need and more. The interior was spacious and tastefully decorated and the pool overlooking the golf course was so beautiful. Our family just loved our stay here and ended up extending our time there. We and so thankful to Pam for her hospitality and ensuring all our needs were met. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful!

Wonderful property. Pool and hot tub are great. Just like others have said in their reviews the house is supplied with all small things that help. Spices, tp ,paper towels two kinds of coffee makers pool noodles, ect. Very quiet and peaceful culisac with a golf course view. I would recommend this property with out hesitation to anyone, and in the event we ever travel to Palm Springs area again this would be the first house I would want to rent. Thanks so much.

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect size home for a longer term stay with a set of parents and 2 teens. It was literally filled with every possible thing we could need. We only had to buy body lotion! Pam and Chad are wonderful. Good access to everywhere we needed to go. Gorgeous view of the golf course and got lots of use of the hot tub in Feb. This is not a house where it’s full all day access to the sun for multiple people but it was fine for our purposes. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

My husband and I both grew up in Oregon and as much as we loved the beauty, we missed seeing the sun! The majority of our adult lives have been spent in California, living in Santa Barbara throughout the year and vacationing in the desert during the holidays.

The desert has always been our first choice for a vacation, primarily because of the year round sunshine and all the fun things to do. In 2001 we decided to invest in a brand new home that would allow us to visit regularly. We have never been sorry! We love the weather, the size of the community, the wonderful restaurants and shopping, and all of the fun things to do in the area. It is the place where we totally relax and enjoy our best time as a family. Our home is so comfortable and our favorite place to completely relax. We love our salt water pool and spa, with a perfect view of the mountains and the most beautiful hole on the golf course.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We chose to buy this home because it was so beautifully decorated as a model home. The lots are the best on the course - elevated for privacy and exquisite views of the mountains. We love to sit in the spa at night looking at the stars. It is so quiet and peaceful.
