Additionally, you will be on the shuttle route for free bus transportation to Kimball Junction, Park City and Deer Valley.

Park City YotelPad 116 is one-bedroom condominium offering 558 square feet to accommodate up to four guests. A $35 per night resort fee will be collected upon check in.

Guest services begin as you pull up to the front of the YotelPad building where you are greeted by the valet, who will assist you with your luggage and gear and park your car. Checking in at “Mission Control” (the front desk) starts your fun. From there it is just a few steps to the front door of this first floor condo. Convenient coat racks/gear storage will greet you as you enter into the main living space.

Living area: This space offers a comfortable sofa; a Samsung television (with cable programming) and access to a Juliette balcony, letting you take in the views. This also converts into a sleeping area as well.

Kitchenette: This functional kitchenette comes with a two-burner stovetop (no oven), microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. You'll also find all the necessary utensils and other equipment for easy meal and snack prep.

Dining area: Modern dining table with seating for four.

Bedroom: This private space features a queen-size bed and Samsung TV with cable. There are cabinets to store your personal items and the private balcony lets you enjoy the mountain breezes and resort views.

In the main living area, a queen Murphy bed folds down over the sofa for more sleeping accommodations.

Bathroom: The full-shared bathroom is nicely appointed with double sinks, lovely quartz counters, lighted mirror, heated towel rack and a spacious tile and glass shower.

YotelPad Community Amenities: In addition to both parking and ski valet services, you'll have easy access to the gondola and chair lift. Other amenities include a convenient Grab-n-Go grocery (for a charge) with snacks and beverages, skier's lounges, and a communal fitness center. The exciting game room offers skee ball, video games, pool table, and shuffleboard table, and access to an outdoor patio with outdoor sofas, fire tables, and great views.

In the rear of the building, there are additional outdoor spaces offering comfortable seating and fire tables, a year-round heated pool and hot tub, and views. A ski room on the back patio lets you easily pick up your equipment and head to the slopes. If you need a quiet space to get some work done, there are small private rooms or you can reserve a larger conference room when more space is preferred.
