Gorgeous home with private dock located in the Island Park community on the West End of OIB. One of the best views on the island! Watch the sunset from your back deck or from the private dock. Go kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing right off the dock. And the beach is just an easy 5 min walk!

This beautiful 4 bedroom home has a large well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining area and a comfortable living room with a large screen TV, perfect for hanging out with friends and family!

There are two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a queen size bed, that share a jack and jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor. The two bedrooms on the second floor each have their own full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom upstairs has bunk beds (twin over full) with a trundle bed (twin). This room is very large and is perfect for a kids' bedroom with their own big screen smart TV.

All rooms have TV with streaming and there is WIFI throughout the house. Full size washer and dryer are on the main floor. The outdoor space under the house has a propane gas grill, an outdoor living area and a super comfortable swing for lounging and watching the beautiful view! There is also a large outdoor shower and changing room. Parking under the house can accommodate 3-4 cars. Golf cart rentals are available in OIB if needed. There is a power outlet under the house to charge a golf cart.

Linens and bath towels are included as part of the cleaning fee!

The Island Park Community is a family friendly community with two swimming pools. Ocean Isle Beach has a miniature golf course, several restaurants and local shops. During the summer, there are free Friday night concerts on the island. Bike, kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals are available on the island, as well as jet skiing, parasailing and charter fishing trips.

No pets and absolutely no smoking.
