Charming 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom single family beach home with fenced large backyard. 4 blocks to beach and half block to whole-food market, coffee shop, fine dining and shops. 2 of the bedrooms has brand new queen bed & mattress. 1 of the bedroom has a brand new bunk bed & mattress with 1 twin bed on top and full size bed on the button. Large open gourmet kitchen with fully equipped with, Stainless appliances. Spacious screened patio with outdoor furnitures are perfect for family to relax.

Close by places: 1 minute drive or 3 min walk to Chipotle, Panera bread, Bonefish Grill, Moes, another broken egg cafe, whole food market, juice bars and many more. 5 minutes drive to Target, Orange Theory, Starbucks 5 minutes to Jacksonville Beach Golf Course 4 minutes walk to Huguenot Park (Lakeside space with a pier & courts) 7 minutes drive to Jax Pier. 8 min Neptune Beach 9 minutes drive to Mayo clinic, 13 minutes drive to TPC Sawgrass Golf Course.

Pet policy:
PETS are welcome to our beach house. There will be an additional $129 pet fee required for first dog and $55 for each additional dogs after first one. Our housekeeping need special cleaning procedures for our next guests after each pet check out. Thanks for your understanding and we look forward to have the opportunity to host you and your pet’s stay.

Nice Stay

The house was nice and nice to everything in Jax Beach and Ponte Vedra. Could use some updates but was still a great place.

Jax Beach

This house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for me -- close to the beach as well as a quick jump onto Butler Blvd for a trip downtown if wanted. A nice fenced back yard for my dogs and a fire pit which we enjoyed one night. Enjoyed my stay there!

Dare I Share?

There is a part of me that doesn’t want to share how great this house is because I know you will all flock to it and it won’t be available when I want it. The house is in a perfect location - close walk to the beach without paying the on the beach prices. So cute with plenty of room for up to four people in my opinion. Great backyard and enclosed porch. Quiet neighborhood.Easy check in/check out process.Great rental!

Good last minute rental

We were in town for 5 days- plenty of space for 3 adults plus 1 child and 2 small dogs. The fully fenced yard was great. The house seemed clean enough, but the laundry room was full of dirty sheets and half done laundry and the sheets on the bed smelled a bit musty like they had been left wet too long in the washing machine. There were no extra clean towels so we ended up doing all the laundry again and also buying toilet paper since there was none stocked. I messaged the host and asked for a refund of the cleaning fee but never received a reply.

Spring Break

Pictures are somewhat different than what we expected. Place was very clean. We had what we needed to preparefood. It is close to the beach but i do not suggest walking. The toiletries were not stalked we had to get tissue. The wifi was suppose to qork so wound up spending extra money on hotspots for tge tv to work. Also the patio door does not open from the inside we had to walk around the house to actually sit on the patio if we closed the door we would have to get someone to go around the houswalking

Overall good place

The location to beach and other shopping & dining was phenomenal. Beds were comfortable and house overall was clean. Underneath cabinets in kitchen were not clean or tidy. The lawn had not been maintained for a long time. Weeds were up to ur hip in some places. Could not use the outdoor yard or fire pit because everything was over grown. If the outside had been more cared for, we would not have had any problem with our stay. Disappointed we couldn’t get outside and enjoy the yard and fire pit.

JAX Beach Golf trip

Nice older house located a few blocks from A1A and beach. Small three bedroom with nice furnishings and fenced in backyard, perfect for small family with pets. Tight space in master bathroom, small sink and no counter space, but adequate for two. Most required appliances were there; however; on our second day the refrigerator began leaking and we had to shutoff the cold water supply which also shutoff water to sink, dishwasher as well as refrigerator ice maker. Texted and called host, response limited to one conversation and no repairman was dispatched! Also, sink disposal inoperative. These problems marred an otherwise enjoyable trip! Easily solved with dispatch of repairman, but after one contact with host no further responses!

Not exactly as advertised!

We arrived and the front door code didn’t work. On the second call to the manager, we got the correct code. We had to buy toilet paper and trash bags (4 rolls in total for 4 people for 4 days). The trash receptacle outside was full when we arrived. No ice/water from fridge, so had to buy water. There was no basket in the coffee maker! Had to go out for coffee. It was quite disappointing to spend money and get less than expected. I would not recommend this home.

Great house, great location

We rented the house for a week while a family member was at Mayo hospital. The house was perfect...very comfortable and lovely. The location was very convenient, close to the hospital and stores/restaurants, and easy to get to. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely try to stay here again if we're back in Jacksonville.

Cute house & great location

This house is so close to Wholefoods and a great park! It was super clean and enough room for all of us. There were a few issues with the house, but none of them affected our stay and the owner was kind about everything. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Needs work

Overall a good house. The house was clean and nice beds and bathrooms. Needs some updates. AC vents drip condensation and porch roof leaks when raining. I would say that it is not walking distance to the beach because of the busy four lane intersection that you have to cross.

Kids Soccer Games in the area.

Overall a good experience. Very please with the backyard for the puppies. Location is great. Very convenient to shopping and amenities including the beach.

Clean and close to everything

House was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items, cleaning products, beach chairs, etc. Short walk to great eating, shopping, and the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I would stay again.

It's a nice house close to the beach

The house is beautifully decorated and its close to the beach. We could've walked, but we drove and it took less than 5 minutes, easy parking each time we went. There was a plumbing issue in the master bath so we weren't able to use it during our stay. I took a shower the first day and it flooded. I also noticed the hinge on the master bedroom door was broken. I reported it to the owner. She was very nice and responded quickly. She let me know the previous renter hadn't reported the problem and offered to send someone out to fix both issues. I declined just because we were only there 3 days and didn't want to waste anytime waiting for a repairman. The outside backyard area was nice and relaxing. I had my dog with me and she enjoyed the outdoor area, its fenced in which was nice. Overall, it was enjoyable.

It could be nice but there were several things that need to be updated. There was no comfortable place to sit in the house. The mattress in the master bedroom was so worn out that if you turned over it would force you into the middle and had to fight your way out. I think the shower handle was backward. If you only slightly turned it on then you would get warm water, any more to the left was ice cold. Some of the dishes in the cabinet still had the price tags on them and had not been washed. Overall it was disappointing and not relaxing.

Sorry to hear that you were not able to relax. The mattress actually is brand new purchased on 3/12/21 the brand is BeautyRest. The shower head was brand new as well. We purchased brand new dishes and we put in dishwasher wash and high temperature sanitize them. The label under outside of the plate was not easy to take off. Sorry that bothered you. We’ll work on that.

I fall in love with Jacksonville Beach when I first visit my family and friends here back in 2 years ago. A small quiet beach town that conveniently close to everything we need. Quiet and safe neighborhood with super friendly neighbors :)

4 block walk to watch beautiful sunrise in early morning and jogging on the beach later afternoon. 2 blocks from popular South park, 1 block from Whole-food Market and many of my favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy ride bike alone the beach to breath the fresh ocean-air.
