Beautiful Condo features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with open concept living room and kitchen that looks out to main balcony with private pool and an outdoor dining table to accommodate 15 guests. Kitchen offers a large stovetop, dishwasher, wine cooler, wine storage, and a Coffee machine. Each room is airconditioned separately and can be accommodated at your own desired temperature. Master Bedroom with Jacuzzi and amazing views of the city, shower has panoramic views.

Condo offers a game room with pool table and arcade with over 1,000 games, this area also features a private side balcony. WIFI connection in the entire condo, 3 TVs with Netflix for free entertainment; and Surround system in living room area. Free Parking and private security 24/7. Housekeeping available when needed.

Condo located walking distance to Olas Altas and Playa Los Muertos pier about 8-10 minutes; where you can also observe the popular Muelle. The condo has a private entrance to main pool, BBQ area and fitness center; through the game room's side patio.

This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta, and we were a bit unsure about where to stay. Thankfully, we stumbled upon this hidden gem! The condo was absolutely gorgeous, and all our friends had a fantastic time from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Everything went smoothly. Our only small hiccups were having to wear the bracelet the entire stay and not every room having a television. But honestly, those were minor inconveniences. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

Great Place

Had a great time and throughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was super helpful, and place was immaculate. Loved the easy access to the shared pool and the fact there was a smaller pool on the deck. Some beds were a little small for full sized adults but we were able to fit 10 people with some extra beds and it didn’t feel cramped at all. The host was also super helpful and attentive. Walk down and back up the mountain was a bit rough but Ubers were easy to get and cheap. Will definitely be back!

Wow!

This place was great. We have stayed at some VRBO listings that don’t live up to their billing. This unit is exactly as advertised. It is spacious with an unbelievable view of Banderas Bay the city of Puerto Vallarta below. The kitchen was well stocked and fairly easy to move around and even with 10 people.Communication with the owner was excellent through the Vrbo text site. She responded rapidly to all of our questions and also provided a very useful list of local restaurants and beaches when we checked in. Her housekeeping crew was there to meet us and help us move in and came in during midday and clean the place thoroughly.It was a great vacation for our three generational family, and I would highly recommend this unit

WONDERFUL VIEW!

So wonderful to see the famous cathedral from our balcony. Nights were frequently lighted with fireworks. To get the great view we were up high so had to use taxis to get back home. Very clean and good communion with the managers

Perfect View

Everything was perfect and the view was wonderful. The bedroom with two single beds is more for one, unless you are willing to keep the door open as the trendle blocked the door from opening. Gathered with a group of 14 women for a 50th birthday celebration and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly rececommend and will return back in the future.

Beautiful View from up the hill

8 of us rented this place for 4 days. Being a bit further up the hill, the views here are AMAZING. The layout of the place also provided a fair amount of privacy for us. The walk down the hill is pretty easy but the walk back will leave you winded.

Views on Views on Views

This property provides a group with plenty of space and a bed for everyone. Space to breath so you are not on top of each other. The views go from the beauty of the water, to the city, to the jungle up the hill. A view for everyone. Clean, fresh and well laid out.

Amazing time

Just BOOK IT. I was hesitant at first because it was a new listing but this place was beyond perfect for our group of friends. The views are beautiful and the sunset was amazing every day. Spacious, clean, and close to everything you need. Felt very safe in this area, just plan to take Ubers because it is up on the hill. PROS: -HEATED private pool! -So much space for groups (common area, game room, community pool, mini gym/workout area) -SAFE, there is staff downstairs at the entrance of the building -beautiful sunsets -clean CONS: -not many really. Just up on a hill but it makes for the even better views. Worth it 100%. -host is newer, so we had some issues with the payment on Vrbo, but I think that was also due to glitches with the Vrbo website. Overall not a problem, it was resolved

This place went way above and beyond to make all of us feel very welcome. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay and unbelievable views from the balcony. I would and will recommend this place to anyone and everyone that ask me where to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Modern space with great views and an amazing pool

This place is a gem. Based on the newness of the listing and sparse reviews, our group of twelve was not sure what to expect, but it exceeded our expectations. The unit itself was every bit of the listing and more. Communication with the property manager (Hector) was easy and the onsite staff were pleasant, helpful and responsive. The unit was clean and both the private pool for our space and public pool were huge bonuses. The amenities we had were new and nice. Only negatives: Our unit did not have an oven (but was also never billed as having one) so I would double check amenities before grocery shopping. Also, the building is at the top of a steep hill that is challenging to walk up, but Ubers are cheap and ubiquitous and you need the hike up to get some of the best views in PV. Overall, we would happily stay here again.

The property was amazing, within walking distance to the local shops, the property environment was great. Recommend clear communication with the property manager. They seem to have three different people you communicate with (his wife, himself, and the concierge) which creates miscommunication.
