Palms at Wailea #1105 you can enjoy beautiful ocean views and outdoor dining from your large lanai. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, AC in the master bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. For those who like to stay in touch on vacation the unit features complimentary high speed internet service. In addition there is free long distance to the US mainland and Canada Palms at Wailea #1105 has a king bed in the bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest room that can be converted to a king. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. There are a few steps leading up to this ground floor unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long walking beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!
** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

Nice condo

We have stayed at this condo before and have always found it clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds comfortable. For us the location is in the area that we like close to beaches,restaurants and shopping.

The condo was great and the complex was stunning. Great location. Clear view of the ocean. You can watch the sun set behind Lanai Island. Only AC in the master bedroom but the rest of the condo stayed cool enough with the fans.

Great location, well stocked unit!

I was very impressed with the amenities stocked at the unit. There was even a citrus squeezer which is amazing and all the cookware and everything was great. Having chairs for the beach and sand toys for the kids was a great addition as well. We had such a fun time. Thanks again.

Condo is located in a beautiful location. Exterior is well maintained and cleaned . You can easily walk to the near by stores within 5 to 10 minute walk. Beds were very comfortable. Only downside was that there was only 1 split system air conditioning unit in the master bedroom and even when keeping the shades down and windows closed it did not cool down the entire condo. The master bedroom remained the coolest and most comfortable room to sleep in and also became a room we lounged in to cool off. They do offer plenty of standing fan units to plug in , but just be aware. I would still recommend this condo to anyone in the future. It offers great views to the ocean and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai.

Wailea Stay

We stayed in this unit 13 years ago (likely when it was first updated). It now looks kind of tired. Screens need replacing, doors need maintenance, appliances need updating (except for oven), wasn’t all that clean, windows haven’t been clean/maintained in years, outdoor furniture (except for table) is old. We would not stay in this unit again.

Beautiful view

Overall we enjoyed the stay at this property. The view was amazing and the bathrooms updated. Unfortunately the entire unit did not have air. There was just a window unit which was not sufficient during August. If we were on the 2nd floor we would have slept with the windows open. The mattress in the master needs to be replaced but otherwise it was a very beautiful and comfortable condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed in unit 1102 for about 11 days, and had our homeward flight cancelled. We called Maui Rentals who were able to find us space in 1105 for a single night. They brought in cleaners and had the place ready quickly. Elapsed time from call to walking in the door of the unit was about 6 hours - on a Sunday. Truly excellent and also subject to availability. Maui Rentals will be our only call for accommodation on future Maui trips.

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented unit 1105 with our daughter and son-in-law Feb 2023. Prior to this stay we had stayed in a similar unit in the complex. We preferred the location of 1105 however as it had a better ocean view. This unit is in need of a deep clean and minor maintenance... cleaning of doors/doorways, around light switches, in closets, etc and many of the cupboard and dresser handles were loose. Most of this work is likely due to the high demand for rentals allowing very little downtime for the work. We love the location. Away from the big hotels, fairly short walk to the beach, quiet complex, no highway noise. Check in and check out was the smoothest we’ve had ANYWHERE. While our next stay may be on Kauai as we found most of Maui to be WAY busier than during past stays, we would absolutely recommend renting here to anyone coming to Maui.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're paying for a nice condo at The Palms, 1105 should be priced at a major discount. This owner needs to spend time and money improving this property. It's tired and in need of repairs to make it nice for guests on vacation.This unit needs repairs to leaking pipes under sinks, sliders inside and out that go off tracks, AC in the guest room, cleaner linens (don't look at the stained bed pillows from drool), old and torn beach towels, and the general condition of an old, unremodeled unit. Lots of fake flowers don't hide the flaws.On top of all of that, the owner has their own personal stuff in the closets and cabinets, so good luck with having a place to put your own stuff. Rentals Maui was responsive to our multiple calls to fix items during our stay, but this place needs a makeover!

Palms at Wailea Keawakapu Easy Access

We love the location of these condos. The beach is always on those list of top 10 in the world. Nice layout for most situations. They are not ideal for teens due to limited privacy. In warm months midyear it was hot inside. We stayed at this resort in December when kids were very young and it was ideal. Layout for young ones with us was great and temperature isn't an issue much of the year in Hawaii. Kitchen is excellent, one of the best VRBO kitchens. I'm obsessed with the KitchenAid stove microwave combo. These are comments to the owner. The knives in VRBO units always stink. Never sharp nor an useable sharpener. Cutting boards need improvement. Both make cutting pineapple, veggies and pizza a challenge. Loved that there was plastic storage ware! I'll agree with Rick earlier in 2023. Unit still needs a deep clean. It's tidy but dust bunnies and spider trails are the problem. Screens and windows need service. Lastly, allowing for just a few rolls of toilet paper? We ran out the morning of departure. Inconvenient and why leave that impression? Similarly dishwasher detergent and garbage bags. Keeping a larger supply in the unit wouldn't kill your p&l.
