⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the apartment, such as a television, free wifi connection, washing machine, kitchen equipment (toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not included), kettle, microwave, fridge, full set of kitchenware, etc...), closet and storage, bed linen and towels for 4 people upon arrival.



🔒 Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed through a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking for a verification of the validity of your credit card. This verification assures us a guarantee in case of incident in the apartment, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. Nb: This guarantee system is also authorized on all our platform.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed and bathroom linens will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is a solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
