I would also like to clarify that our office hours are until 6 PM, as stated in our communication and paperwork, and our team remained on-site until that time on the day of your arrival. We’re not sure where the confusion may have come from, but I can assure you we did not close early. In addition, we offer late arrival options and provide an after-hours emergency number on both the rental agreement and our office door for any urgent needs.
