We had a great stay at the cottage on Schoolhouse pond road! The neighborhood was peaceful and great for morning walks with our dog. It was also well situated for going to downtown as well as heading to other areas of the Cape. The cottage itself is the perfect size for our family, and is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities we were looking for for our holiday!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing because you can see the pond basically from the front door. The house was clean, well cared for, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything necessary. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great home!

The home was perfect for us and our dog. Very well located and the owners were extremely easily to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to get away to the Cape!

Holiday weekend

This was a great rental for us..we usually stay with family and this cottage is around the corner from my aunt. Our whole extended family spent the 4th together staying in different spots in Chatham. We were very comfortable here and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations.

Wonderful place!!

We loved the cottage and so did everyone who came to visit. The pond is perfect for relaxing! The little ones loved it. Whitney was so great and responsive when I reached out! The location is perfect…so convenient. Exactly what we needed!

Great Home near a great pond

The stay was great! Listing was described as listed, a couple notes - the yard is big and has a picnic table which is great for lunches. Neighborhood is super quiet. Saw lots of squirrels, chipmunks, and rabbits. On our first night got to see some tree frogs hopping around too!

Great Stay in Chatham

Our stay was perfect at the cottage and we truly had a great vacation. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted. Location was very close to beaches and to the downtown Chatham area. It’s also walking distance to a beautiful local pond! Communication with the property owner was fantastic. We asked to check in earlier in the day and received a response right away (they said we could)! I highly recommend a stay at the cottage! We are looking forward to staying there again in the future!!

Schoolhouse Pond Road

Delightful and Easy!

Small quaint cottage somehow feels quite spacious and accommodated our family of four. The home is thoughtfully decorated with vintage and new furnishings. It has alot of style but still feels as though it is for renters not for its owners. It is very well run by hosts. It is evident they deeply care about your stay while giving you space. The pond is delightful. I do wish there was a little more privacy on the property itself. It is exposed to the street with a-side yard for grilling and relaxing. I realize its alot of work to maintain, but a few shrubs would be paradise! All in all, great family retreat! Thank you Whitney.

Lovely Cottage

Very cute, clean cottage in a wonderful location near Schoolhouse Pond. I think this would be an especially great place for a family with small children. Owner is very thoughtful and communicative. We rented this property two years in a row and are happy to recommend it!

As promised or better in all categories ! Very clean,, well appointed, recently modernized. Excellent appliances. Everything works well and is easy to find and user friendly. Owner very responsive. Great location. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Beautiful pond with a super swimming area with sandy beach. We loved it and have already booked again!

It was the perfect getaway.

Perfect Cape Cod Cottage with Central Air

During our visit in July we had high temps and lots of sun, perfect for the beach (check out Red River beach about 5 minutes away... its our favorite!) but we really enjoyed coming back to a cottage cooled by central air. It also made the visit very comfortable for our pug! The location is great with just a short walk down to the pond and a quick drive to Marion's Pie Shop. This is a cottage - and it is small but would be great for two couples or even a family with younger children. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Whitney was so easy to work with. We had a great stay!

Great cottage, Great location

Very cute, convenient, and thoughtfully updated cottage! The ad is very accurate, and if anything, it’s nicer in person than in the photos. We loved the small yard (especially with our dog) and the neighborhood is lovely and convenient to everything. Thank you!
