For the moment we walked in we know we had made the right choice. The home is immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The view is absolutely stunning! We loved having the patio area to ourselves. Everything about this location is A-1. Highly recommended! We will be back!

This was our eighth trip to the island, but our first time at this property. We always stay at Cocos Beach Club because the location is the best on the island. This property was our favorite yet! Wonderfully updated, but true to the Cocos history, perfectly situated on the beach with an amazing deck. Communication with the host and staff was excellent. We can't wait to come back!

Best VRBO Experience Ever

I can’t say enough great things about our stay in St. Martin! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely top notch. I booked this trip on just 72 hours’ notice, and the host and property manager went above and beyond to make everything seamless. They were incredibly responsive—answering every question almost instantly—and offered a wealth of local suggestions that made our stay even more special.The house itself was amazing: beautifully maintained, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. From condiments and alcohol to beach towels, rafts, and chairs—everything we needed was already there. We even added to the stock by leaving behind some of the alcohol we purchased as a small thank-you!It’s rare to find a place that delivers both an exceptional property and exceptional service. This was one of those rare gems. I’m already looking forward to returning—this place truly exceeded all expectations!

Wow! Just Wow!

My husband and I just spent a week at this condo and it has the best set up of any of the places we have stayed in the past. You get your own beach chairs and you don't have to run down in the morning and secure them, like other places we've stayed. The condo is lovely and updated as well. It's very spacious and the washer and dryer did come in handy. The towels were super soft and nice and large. The host is very helpful and generous. We would definitely stay here again. We did have a car and we were able to visit some very nice restaurants. Be sure to get the mahi, because it is absolutely amazing!!

Excellent Vacation!

The view and beach is incredible! Communication with everyone was great. Jill went above and beyond to come find us and show us to the condo when we lost our way. The mid week cleaning was wonderful and the lady was so nice. We rented a jeep and the location made it very easy to travel around and check out the island. Mary’s Boon restaurant next door has amazing drinks and food. The people are friendly and welcoming. Having a washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked kitchen with spices pans, some condiments etc… saved us so much money. It made it easy to cook several meals at the condo. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing place

Brittany’s condo is our favorite place to stay on St. Martin. It’s right on the beach, just steps from the water. The home is clean, safe and they offer a lot of little extras that make your stay comfortable.

An oasis on Simpson Bay

We just love this condo on Simpson Bay! This is our second visit and it was wonderful! We loved all the changes you made to the condo. Great thought is given to making your guests comfortable. We didn’t want to leave the property. What a view! Enjoyed having breakfast on the deck. It was fun watching airplanes coming and going. So convenient to great restaurants and shopping. We hope to return soon

Amazing Property

We’ve been to the island for 15 years and this has become one of our favorite places. The unit has everything you need and very nicely decorated. You can’t get any closer to the beach and the deck provides a great place to relax and listen to the waves break. Our daughter loved playing on the quiet beach and it was a family vacation we’ll never forget. We are already thinking about our next trip and definitely will be back. Brittany was super helpful and very responsive. Vanka, the property manager was also amazing. This place is awesome.

40 steps to the ocean

One of the reasons we selected this property was its distance to the ocean. Once we arrived, it did not disappoint - 40 steps total! The owner, Brittany, was extremely welcoming. When we arrived, she had a basket of fruit, nuts, chips, dips, and pâtés waiting for us. She also checked in to make sure our arrival went well and provided tips on which market to find a very specific beer at. The friendly property manager, Vanka, was there when we arrived. She showed us around the property and responds fast via WhatsApp if you have any questions. There was also a mid-week visit by Yolanda for quick housekeeping which was a nice touch. The property was even better than the pictures. It's placed perfectly as one of the end units with tons of shade thanks to the seagrape trees, and the pool is right outside the front door. We were there during early July and only saw a few other tenants - it was extremely quiet. You will encounter some airplanes taking off with the larger commercial airlines between 2 - 6, which entertained us. The property was very clean, exactly as advertised (even better) and we felt like we had our very own private beach for our week there. We will definitely be back.

20 year wedding Anniversary!

This property was one of the few that was exactly as advertised. The views were stunning, the condo had everything we needed and is perfectly situated close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Cant wait to go back!!

We rented a car to travel to all of the beaches, but the one right in front of our deck was by far the best! Best location on Simpson Bay! Can’t wait to come again!!!

Views, views, views!!!

Great beach location. Pictures don’t do this rental justice. Unit was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The deck was amazing!!! Close to restaurants and shopping. Couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be renting again.

This property has been in the family for almost twenty years, formerly owned by my Aunt & Uncle. It's a keepsake and treasure we couldn't part ways with, so it was an easy decision to make!

You are steps away from putting your toes in the sand or taking a dip in the Caribbean sea. The island locals are a true gem, generous and full of great stories. You're within walking distance to some great bars and nightlife and a short cab ride to the french side if you want to enjoy a beautiful dinner under the stars.
