July Short Stays_Rates Reduced! Serenity By The Sea_Beachfront, Corner Balcony

Beautifully updated west corner 12th floor unit with a wraparound balcony giving you views of the Gulf of Mexico, the strip, and the forested areas to the north. Brand new glass sliders in every room! Depending on the time of year you may get both sunrise AND sunset views! Balcony includes plenty of seating for you to enjoy, and there is balcony access from every bedroom, the living room, and the dining area. More than enough space for your family to spread out and enjoy all that Summer House and Orange Beach have to offer.

Summer House 1206A

The gulf front master bedroom includes a king bed with ensuite bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two full-sized beds. These two bedrooms share the second full bath. Kitchen is open concept with all stainless appliances and a standalone commercial ice maker. Additional counterspace has been installed above the washer/dryer with wall mounted pantry cabinets. We have all the comforts of home, including a coffee maker, crock pot, pots & pans, tons of utensils, spices, and all the dinnerware you need. Dining room easily seats 6, and the bar seats 2 more. Living room is comfortably furnished with seating for everyone in your party, to include a spacious couch and power recliner! Beach towels for your entire party. Standard washer and dryer in the unit makes doing laundry easy (if you really have to)!

Wall mounted TV's with Dish Network Satellite TV in every bedroom and the living room, and free high speed wireless internet!

This condo is our home away from home, and we want you to feel at home too! All linens are changed after every stay, to include comforters, mattress pads, and throw blankets. This allows us to sanitize everything before their next use. Very few rental properties can offer this level of cleaning, and we take pride in offering this to our guests.

Summer House is within walking distance of a nice variety of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy our gulf front pools, indoor heated pool & hot tub, fitness room, sauna, grilling area, tennis courts and hitting wall, basketball area, and gulf front grassy space.

This is our dream condo, and we hope you will love it as much as we do!

NOTE: Guest registration certificate(s)(GRCs) can be purchased at the guard gate (maximum 2, $50 ea). Each vehicle requires a GRC for parking access.

Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at the Serenity by the Sea condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The host was always very responsive with any questions and also provided input to things happening in the area we may be interested in. The view from the deck was amazing on both sides, the ocean on one and the sunset on the other. We would love to stay here again at some point.

Best place we’ve stayed at on Orange Beach!

Super clean, super nice, SUPER! We loved this place. The wrap around balcony is awesome! The place is decorated so nicely! I can’t say enough how nice and helpful the host is. The extras were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property and host

The property is as described. The host has amazing communication. The condo was fully stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. It’s a wonderful corner unit with amazing views. Summerhouse never disappoints.

Our family vacation was wonderful. Our condo was perfectly decorated, so comfy and cozy!

Our family vacay was so relaxing. When we walked into condo it was better in person. We weren't able to get in ocean for a few days but this condo was so beautifully decorated and comfortable that we didn't mind. The balcony was one of our favorite places to hang out. The pool was very nice and everyone was so friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Condo…Perfect Attitude

When we walked into the condo, everyone said Wow! As we explored the condo, there were more Wow’s! The condo was the best stocked place we’ve ever stayed! Great location and fully stocked! Elizabeth was very friendly, helpful and shared places to visit & eat! We’ll be booking it in the future!

A wonderful week

We loved this condo and Elizabeth. She was extremely responsive and the condo had everything we needed and more. We loved sitting on the huge patio (the only one in the stack with fans) watching the dolphins and teens swimming in the pool. The location was very central with walmart market and souvenir shops in walking distance. Overall, we had a very comfortable, enjoyable week and would 100% stay here again.

Everything was as good as described in the listing and Elizabeth was outstanding to work with also. There’s a perfectly good reason for all the 5 star reviews and my wife is already asking when we can go back. Highly recommended!

Everything and More

This vacation stay was everything and more. The condo was very clean and the pictures don’t do justice. We all kept saying how awesome the little touches (beach towels, welcome basket, kitchen supplies, etc) added to how nice the condo already was. The location was great for us since it was in a less crowded area, but grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping were very close by. Everyone in our group said how we would love to come back again!

You won’t be disappointed in this condo!!

I really wish I could gate keep this condo but I can’t deprive others from this awesome condo! We have stayed in many condos in OBA over the years and this one is by far the best one. Check in and check out was a breeze. The complex was clean and well maintained! The condo was very clean and one of the best equipped we have stayed in. It was comfortable and we felt very much at home. Elizabeth was friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be staying again!

Family Vacation

Condo was great and beautifully decorated! It had everything we needed and then some! Beds were very comfortable and the couch fit the whole family and comfy as well! View is amazing with the wrap around balcony! Construction on the building did make parking a pain sometimes but not a big deal. All buildings need updating eventually!! Elizabeth was great and checked in on us a couple times. We had a great family vacation and would definitely stay here again!!

Location, cleanliness, Owners/communication, and Patio, all solid 10s. Perfect size for our family of 5! The kitchen was stocked with all necessities, a huge cozy couch perfect for family time, super soft throw blankets for all, comfy beds, and even a super sweet snack basket that the kids absolutely loved. Very thoughtful gesture! The ice maker was also a huge plus! I truly can not say enough about this condo, will for sure be back! Side note, we had family in a separate condo in the same building. They preferred ours for game nights because it was way nicer!!!

Fabulous

The condo was in an excellent location. A Walmart and Publix was right down the street. There were all kinds of restaurants to choose from. The pools were great and the beach was a super easy walk down to the water. The balcony is huge!!! It was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. The owners were fantastic and responded almost instantly. The beds were comfy and the sectional in the living room was amazing. I have never saved a condo for future vacations but I will be saving this one!!

The condo was very nice but the property needs a lot of work. Lots of painting and updating the pool and common areas. We didn’t feel comfortable using the pool and my kids said the gym area needs work.

Incredible Property & Host

From the time we walked in to the check out process, Elizabeth was amazing. We were greeted with an immaculate, well stocked, and appointed vacation home. Elizabeth has thought of everything including beach towels, a clothes hamper and box fan for each bedroom. The ice maker is a total game changer. The AC blew strong and cold, and was refreshing after a day at the beach. We have never encountered a cleaner vacation rental. Do yourself a favor…stop looking and click the button. You won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing host and beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay. The host was amazing and made sure to keep in contact with me. The condo was fully stocked with everything you can think of. We will definitely be back to this same condo again and not have to pack so many things. We loved the view from every room!

The huge wraparound balcony is what really sold us on this unit. The open layout and the homey living spaces help to ensure a relaxing vacation. The commercial ice maker is a huge bonus, and the additional counterspace and pantry cabinets above the washer/dryer give the kitchen more space than many units in Summer House.
