Beautifully appointed main living room with an open floor plan. Additional family room on the ground level with a very comfortable large sectional sofa and a large TV (think kids gathering room :-))) Two large outside showers. Nice outside sitting arrangement with a stone gas fire pit. Walking distance to Brant Beach Yacht Club. We provide 8 beach badges and beach chairs. No linens/towels/paper products are provided. Our rental week runs from Friday to Friday, so our guests could spend more time on the beach and less time in traffic.
