Year round rental. Pool open June15-Oct15 annually.

Large spacious house is approx. 3200 sq feet and built in 1930's. All hardwood floors throughout and built in storage. The house shares 10 acres of land/woodlands and is part of Yarmouth Country Cabins. Conveniently located in the heart of Cape Cod among the most beautiful beaches, restaurants, Bass River Sports World and Pirates' Cove. There is a shared communal outdoor heated salt chlorinated pool with a brick patio and furniture that is open June-September. The house has a gas grill on the large deck with plenty of tables and chairs. There is a very large living room, galley styled family ready kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, dining room that seats 12, washer /dryer, ac and bedrooms that have great space. Bedrooms: #1 one queen bed downstairs, #2 one queen bed upstairs, #3 two queen beds upstairs, #4 one full bed and 2 twin beds upstairs.
The property has a large beach sand playground, bocci ball, horseshoes, kid bikes to borrow, hammocks, outdoor fireplace and firewood. There is large parking for cars and for room for a trailered boat.
Centrally located with shopping and restaurants in walking distance.
Bass River Sports World is one block away with mini golf, batting cages, archade, bumper cars, ice cream, pizza, and more. Pirates Cove Mini Golf is .5 mi.
Beaches: Parker River, South Middle, Smugggler's, Seagull, West Dennis Beach.
We are located 25 minutes over the Sagamore Bridge and 40 minutes to Provincetown.
Island ferries in Hyannis are so close we can hear the horns blow!
Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike path begins on Station Ave, South Yarmouth.
We welcome one good family pet.

Great place for families

We were very happy with our accommodations! There was enough room and space for all 9 of us! We enjoyed our private fire pit area and enjoyed the use of the pool!

My family and I had a great time, the house was prefect. It was spacious, we are a family of 8, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and the area was walking distance to most. Our hosts, we wonderful! Will definitely go back!!

Very spacious house-the rooms were all large. The kitchen was fully stocked and great appliances. We enjoyed the private deck with a grill, the pool and all the games/activaties such as corn hole, ping pong and bocce ball.

Great location, plenty of space

We had plenty of space in this house in South Yarmouth. It was conveniently located, and the property also had great amenities that our kids took advantage of such as the volleyball nets and ping-pong.

Wonderful trip, fantastic hosts on property. Very attentive and friendly, easily accessible for questions , and concerns, we were missing a kitchen gadget… it was provided within minutes.Large house plenty of room for everyone to spread out when needed. Private deck, and fire pit. House was clean, comfortable beds. Great location to everything, ferry, beaches, shopping, Hyannis & Yarmouth.

Loved the house. Fit my family, grandkids and all perfectly. Having the ammenities of the pool, firepit and playground was fabulous. Even had one grandchild learn to swim while we were there. Jerry and Audrey couldnt have been nicer. Even had an important item left behind and Audrey saved the day by finding it and making arrangements to have it returned. Definitely want to return next year!

Stellar Post Ragnar Spot

Great experience all around. Owners were super friendly and incredibly accommodating with our crazy race schedule. And by happy accident the house was on the last leg of the race, so we got to hang out and cheer other runners on throughout the day. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful property!

Our family couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We go as big group with family ranging in age from infants to 80’s. The owner was extremely friendly and responsive. The property is wonderful and has many things to do! The houses and cabins were very clean and cozy! Loved everything about our stay! I also have to note our check out day was a day that a storm happen to come in, and they were very flexible with the given conditions. We were very thankful for that!

We had two families stay here: 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We fit comfortably and communication with the manager was easy. The only thing we wished was different was the WiFi situation. When connected to the network, our phones were useless.

Initially we thought the property was adequate. Price was reasonable and the amount of sleeping space was what we were looking for. The cleanliness was subpar. See attached pictures of the dirty sheets on one of the beds and the mattress that we uncovered when we stripped the sheets on our last day.I reached out to the property owner and she proclaimed that all of the mattresses were triple covered so she didn't seem to understand why we were appalled by the condition of the mattresses.Stay at your own risk!

Pleasant surprise

Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Check in and early access was appreciated beyond words. The location was great and convenient. We read all the TA comments and pictures. We were surprised at the inaccuracies. The set up of the house was perfect for our group. My only suggestion would be a few more kitchen supplies and bath towels . We used one of two dish towels for an oven mitt. Other than that, it was perfectly perfect for our group!

Fun family gathering spot

Pros: spacious, clean, comfortable, cozy house with many amenities both in and around the home. Plenty of towels, dishes and kitchen cookware, which we loved, as well as newish washer, dryer, and dishwasher, which came in handy with our large group (8, plus guests who stopped by for quick visits.) Recommendations: The upstairs bathroom fan needs to be fixed and/or window, which won’t open. Ventilation desperately needed! Adding family-sized, refillable shampoo, body wash and conditioner would have been a nice touch. We had to buy all this, plus detergent, salt, pepper, and similar amenities that we take for granted at many rental houses. The ping pong table was fun, but we could only find one ball. Pool was lovely but one ladder needs tightening. Otherwise… we had a blast!

Family reunion

My family rented 3 of the cabins, the big house, the town house, and one of the 2 bedroom cabins and meet there from all over the country. The set up was perfect, we had plenty of time together but each family still has their own space. Cabins were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures do not do them justice. Jerry was awesome and checked on us often to insure we had what we needed. I would definitely stay again

The condition of the house is very poor. You can make big noise by walking in the stairs. And the beautiful pool picture in the listing is very misleading. It belong to the cottages. It ainshared. And it is not as beautiful. It is off rt 28 and it is very noisy

A lot of money for an unclean home

We were all disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of this home. It was the only damper on what was a fantastic trip to The Cape. The house had a terrible ant infestation. I did ask about this and was handed a few packets of liquid ant bait I was to put down myself. I did not. The old plastic ant baits were in a couple places and were disgusting/should have been cleaned up and new put out. There was a leak under the kitchen sink. I reported this and nothing was done. There was mold in the forst floor window air conditioner. The first floor bathroom toilet was super rocky. The grout in the kitchen tile counter was crumbling making the area super unclean and a great place for the ants. The house was still dirty from previous people (dog hair from some previous guest, we didn’t have pets with us). The house needs a ton of maintenance. The good: the pool was well maintained. The house is located on a larger plot with other homes. I loved that the kids could jump on their bikes and ride safely in this area. They met a little friend while there and went to play with him whenever we were “home”. The location is super convenient.

Great Family House

We had a great time staying at this property! There were nine of us (two families) and the space was very nice. Bedrooms worked out well and the two full bathrooms were perfect. Loved having a washer and dryer! The property offered a lot of fun - pool was very nice, we played horseshoes and ping pong. One night we sat by the fire pit. A short drive to Parker River beach - beautiful spot! We would rent this property again!

Great vacation

We had a great time at this property. It was big enough for all 10 of us. It was close to everything, grocery stores, fast food, restaurants. Different beaches were close by. Enjoyed the pool and all the outside games, badminton volleyball and bocce ball Ping pong etc. There was a small washer and dryer Combo that was great. Ever time we came back from the beach we could all throw our suits in the wash We definitely would stay there again.

Not as advertised!

- The house was advertised with a pool, the pool was not inspected when we arrived and could not use the pool for 5 days of our 7 day stay (this was on June 12 most pools open on Memorial Day) - the kitchen was poorly stocked - there was no caraf for coffee pot. When they attempted to replace the coffeemaker there was no basket for coffee beans in replacement pot. - No kitchen cloths, towels or oven mitts. How do you cook without oven mitts? - the Bbq rotted out, we could not use - the Windows in bathrooms won't open - Blinds were missing or broken in bedrooms and dining room - Bedrooms were advertised as having queen beds but were full beds. The bed that was supposed to be a full was a futon. No mattress pads om the beds. - The kitchen was infested with ants. I couldn't have this taken care of during pur stay because we had a 2.5yo with is and didn't want to expose her to toxic chemicals. -the screen to the patio was badly ripped, I was told it would get fixed, ot never was fixed during our stay. I rarely complain about my rentals and have NEVER written a bad review. When I asked for a 15% refund I was told I was not a reaponsible renter because I didn't want to spend my entire vacation complaining and waiting around for maintenance to come and fix things. Additionally, they attempted to accuse me of not fully disclosing that I was bringing my 2 support dogs, which I proved I did disclose in my initial inquiry.

Summary

My family was so looking forward to a family getaway . Our adult children had to work & needed internet. Even though the listing included WiFi, it was non-existent. No help from the host & the property manager said our unit was weak & there was nothing he could do. I felt the unit was in need of “updating “. 1Tried to use the ice maker on the refrigerator and it didn’t work. Asked the property manager about it and he said they never hooked up the ice maker Better lights & updated TV a must.
