Light and Bright, 2 bed, 2 bath condo on the west 8th fairway at Monterey CC

This centrally located Palm Desert condo has an open, airy feel and is located on the west 8th fairway at Monterey Country Club.* Fully equipped and nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sleeps 4 people comfortably. We have recently expanded our patio for a more open experience. There is a Weber grill for barbecues and overlooks the west course with gorgeous views of the mountains.

One of the 36 pools/jacuzzi is a short walk down the street. There is also a restaurant/bar at the country club that guests are welcome to eat and drink. Within a 10-15 minute drive, you will find fabulous shopping at the El Paseo Drive and a wide variety of restaurants and dining establishments.

Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am to allow cleaning between guests.

*Monterey Country Club is a private course. If you know someone who is a member and will invite you as a guest, you may golf. Contact the pro shop for fees. Also, the tennis/pickleball courts and fitness center are for members only. MCC does not allow temporary guests access to any of these facilities unless you are a guest of a member. Contact the Sports Center for fees.

We have a "Ring" type doorbell for security only.

We are licensed by the City of Palm Desert for short term rentals.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host Tammy responded instantly to questions prior to our stay. Kitchen was well appointed and basic supplies to get started were plentiful (Kleenex, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, bath products, trash bags, etc). Would love to stay here again!

Amazing location and hospitality

We had such an amazing time at this place. It is right on the golf course, our neighbors were awesome, and we hung in the pool that was about 20 yards away all day before Coachella.10/10 experience front to back.

really great stay!

my friends and I stayed here for Coachella weekend, and we found the home to be very clean and comfortable. The hosts provided us detailed information for our check in and stay, and it was easy to get in touch with them. The location was 10 mins from several coachella shuttle stops, which was super convenient for us. Would definitely recommend!

Golf and relaxation

A perfect property for relaxation during several days of golf in the Palm Desert area. The condo is located in a safe gated community on a private golf course and is minutes from dining, shopping and other amenities. The unit was bright, clean and well equipped for every need.

Lovely place to stay

We were very pleased with the stay in Palm Desert. The location is great, the views from our patio were beautiful. The four of us found it comfortable, very much a home away from home. Tammy was most helpful when we needed questions answered. We will definitely recommend this as a lovely place to stay in the desert.

The villa is modern with quality utilities, furnishings and facilities. It has a beautiful patio area with shading from the sun by adjacent trees. A choice of pools are conveniently located.

Great Place Too Stay

Tammy place was great for Coachella weekend or anytime you just want to get out to Palm Desert and relax. Clean and spacious home. Comfortable bed for a great night sleep. Most places were just a 10 min drive away. My wife and me will book again.

Holiday weekend getaway

Came down to the Palm Springs area with my partner for Memorial Day weekend. This place was comfortable, well-appointed, quiet neighborhood, and great location. Enjoyed mountain views while drinking coffee on the lovely patio. We brought our road bikes and enjoyed cycling on really nice roads right out the front door.

Amazing Stay! 11/10 recommend

Had a beautiful weekend spend for the Coachella Festival. I managed to find this amazing spot few weeks prior to the event. Great pricing, super clean, so much space, and even had all the kitchen utensils to cook up delicious meals. It was located in a great area! Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations were just a few minute drive away. 11/10 would definitely stay here again. Shoutout to Joe & Tammy!

Indeed Light and Bright

Tammy is an excellent host who responds promptly to any communication. When I experienced a minor issue, she handled it with grace and kindness. The condo and its surroundings are fantastic, offering plenty of attractions to explore. The thoughtful touch of having coffee and water ready upon our arrival was greatly appreciated. The décor is stylish and cozy, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!

Annual get away

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. It had everything we needed and more. It is spacious and comfortable. The only problem we had was getting spectrum. If you would leave more specific instructions it would be helpful. Overall, a great place to stay. Our group dinners were all at the clubhouse making ng it convenient. Thank you

Palm Desert Solitude

My stay at this property was far more than I expected. The home is beautifully decorated and was immaculate. The outside patio living area was large and very well appointed with 2 seating areas and a nice Weber gas grill. The primary bedroom had a very large bathroom with natural light from a skylight. The second bedroom was also very comfortable. The check -in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Overall I would rate this property as exceptional and relaxing.

Monterey is a Wonderful Place to Stay

Was compelled not to post a review because we want this place all to ourselves :) But I’d be doing a disservice to the Vrbo community and our awesome hosts Tammy & Joe. Everything was perfect and they made us feel as if we were friends or family staying in their beautiful desert condo. The moment we stepped foot inside this desert oasis, we were immediately comfortable and felt a sense of peace & calm as if we were in our own home. From the amazing views of the golf course to the comfy master bed & couches/chairs in the spacious living & dining rooms with light & bright high ceilings, large flatscreen TV with cable, tasteful decor & furnishings and fully stocked kitchen & appliances throughout, quality linens, Nest A/C, skylight in the spacious master bathroom and fantastic shower, the washer & dryer, the spacious & clean garage, the close proximity to swimming pools & the guard gate entrance/exit and the bar/restaurant in Monterey Country Club…there’s nothing missing at this home. From the moment I reserved our stay, Tammy sent a welcome email. All our interactions from arrival to departure were returned in an extremely timely manner. The community & condo is extremely quite. My wife & I had such a wonderful and fantastic stay we didn’t want to leave because everything was simply perfect.

Spacious but bare bones

The condo is a large two-bedroom with few amenities --remember to bring your own soap etc. The air conditioning was off when we arrived to 100+ temperatures and took hours to cool down. The instructions were not adequate to refresh the living room television when it stopped working.

Perfect couples weekend getaway

We chose this property specifically for 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms. It worked well for two couples. Tammy was great and responded quickly to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.
