Awesome beach house!

My family and I rented this beautiful house for a week vacation and had an amazing time. The house was very clean and has lots of room for everyone and was child friendly. The pool and upper deck were great places to relax and unwind. The location is perfect, so close to the store and ferry. We are hoping to go back again next year.

We had an amazing week at Waterview in Davis Park! We were in Davis Park for a family wedding, so there were lots of folks coming and going. What a great place and so centrally located to everything we were doing. Everything was perfect. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. If they wanted to hang around the house and enjoy the pool, they could do so. If they wanted to go to ocean an enjoy the beach, it was a short walk there. Everything you would need for a visit to the beach was there! No need to lug all those beach toys for the kids, they were all there. The pool area was great for a family get together we had on Sunday. The beds were so comfortable. Having all twin beds made it very easy to accommodate everyone. We brought a set of king sheets and put two beds together for us, and it was perfect. The two refrigerators were perfect. One for beverages and one for food. The brand new gas grill was great as well. The check in and check out procedures were simple. The owner was just a phone call away if we needed ANYTHING! I am not kidding when I say this place is amazing.

Fantastic rental!

Fantastic house for family, entertainment, and more. Clean, beach and bay access steps away. Very convenient and great for kids, they can have real freedom. The pool is lovely and the setting luxurious. Tony is incredibly responsive. We really loved it!

The PERFECT respite/getaway/decompression place!

I absolutely love this house! It is warm, comfortably inviting, beachy and just overall awesome. Loved enjoying the amazing sunsets from the top deck. With a little one, having the pool was paramount! Location is amazing and outrageously convenient as opposed to other Fire Island locations! Counting down the days until we return.

This place is a winner

The perfect beach house. Very clean inside and out including our private pool.Plenty of room for everybody. Love the privacy! Really like the outdoor shower for the kids keeps the sand out of house.The decks have great views of both the marina & ocean. The owner Anthony was very easy to work with and very helpful. I highly recommend this property.

The Only Beach House To Rent!

We have been renting this beach house for many years and we love it! Cool ocean breezes, outrageous sunset views on the upstairs deck, outdoor shower, plenty of space for everyone, walking distance to everything and The Pool! One of the few houses at Davis Park with a pool. The owner is super nice and does everything possible to make it a great vacation. Owner is always making updates to the house, it is well maintained and is very clean. And we love that it is on the marina because we park our boat right in front of this house. It truly is the only house to rent at Davis Park!

Amazing Sunsets

I've been staying in this same house for the past 8 years and can't wait for this summer to make more memories with my family. This house is in a perfect location with a short walk from the ferry, to the store, bar & restaurant. The pool is the bonus & The sunsets are amazing. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and communicate with. I highly recommend this house as your next vacation house to rent. EE

Perefect Summer getaway ! House and Views amazing

This house is amazing !!! Close to Ferry and Casino Bar. The Pool was a perfect change from the ocean. The sunset's on the second level deck were awesome. Perfect family getaway. House is big and clean even with 10 adults plenty of room. A can't say enough about what a great vacation we had in the lovely home. Thank you for sharing it with us !!!

Dreamy!

The location of this house is wonderful, it has easy access from the ferry and it is close to the harbor store and Casino Restaurant. It's also just steps to the marina and the ocean. Everything in the house was clean and ready for us to settle right in when we arrived. The owner provided all the information we needed to make sure we had a great stay. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy and a fun activity for everyone. The house is very comfortable with lots of room to accommodate our guests that came to visit. Also, if you like an outdoor shower you will love the one at this house. Relaxing on the beach, taking long walks, the pool, the restaurant, the Sunsets, all made for a wonderful stay. This was truly a dreamy vacation! We will definitely return to this house in the future.

AMAZING HOUSE!!

This house is perfect and all you need for a wonderful vacation! It has amazing views of the Bay as well as the Ocean. We spend our days on the beach or laying by the pool. Yes it has a pool! Cooking as a family is one of our favorite things to do and the house is equipped with all you need. I have so many amazing pictures of sunsets enjoyed on the upstairs wrap around deck. Perfect for a large group! We have been here before and will be back again!

Perfect family beach vacation!

This house is the perfect house for your beach vacation. Upon arriving, the house and grounds were immaculate. The pool is kept up beautifully, and was perfect for the kids, as all the rafts and pool toys are provided. The amenities listed are all in great condition, and the house is maintained wonderfully. The upstairs family room and balcony are perfect for entertaining and catching a beautiful sunset. The home's location is convenient to the Harbor Store and the marina, and a park for the kids. The owner of the home was very professional and a pleasure to deal with, and I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone interested in a fantastic beach vacation experience.

AMAZING BEACH GETAWAY!!!

I rented this house Memorial Day Weekend, and WOW what a great way to kick off the summer. The weekend at this particular beach house exceeded my expectations of any beach get away. Planning this trip was quick and easy, Anthony, the manager, was extremely accommodating, which made me eager to get out to the beach house! When we arrived, the house was clean, up to date, and had that “beachy” feeling to it. The house’s property is like a secret oasis; it is enclosed for privacy and is beautified with the surrounding manicured shrubbery and flowers. If I needed to run to the store for any reason, it is conveniently located right near by and of course the house is right near the beach as well!! This house is in a great location, situated between the beach and the marina. Its wrap around deck gives you access to enjoy both views, whether you prefer staring out off to sea or catching the beautiful sunsets over the marina. Vacationing at this house in Fire Island allows guests to feel right at home. It is stocked with all possible amenities such as, pool/beach equipment, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances; all the dishware, silverware, and cooking equipment you may need, even a keurig and ice machine for all those margaritas you will be enjoying poolside! The pool is great for all ages! The pool is very well maintained and provides an area where people can bask in the sun or sit in the shaded area if they prefer. After a long day at the beach I found myself quickly washing off in the gorgeous spa-like outdoor shower and then enjoying the rest of the day, poolside. This vacation exceeded all expectations and I will definitely be returning not only next year, but for many years to come.

I have been vacationing at Davis Park for 18 years and the last 7 years have been at this house. By far this is the best house I have rented over there. Having a pool at the house is a BIG bonus. It gets used quite often. You get to experience a lot of sunsets and relax on the upper or lower decks of the house or just take a short walk to the ocean with your chair and towel for a relaxing day. This house has a lot to offer to enjoy your stay. You can take a short walk to the store, watch the ferries come in or hang out at the beach. Anthony goes out of his way to assure that the renters are happy and he is a great landlord.

Amazing!

I really can't say enough good things about this house on Davis Park. When we arrived the house was perfectly clean and had everything you could possibly need including fans in the bedrooms and floats in the pool. It is conveniently located with just a short walk to the beach, the bar, the store, the restaurant. The pool really puts the house over the top. Anthony is a pleasure to deal with- quick and easy communication. I'd highly recommend a vacation at this house!!!

Best Vacation of my life !!

I rented this property the beginning of the season with a few friends and it was the best vacation of our lives!! Fire Island is convenient to travel to and is the perfect place to unplug and relax. When we arrived the house was pristine. This house is the perfect place for an old fashioned vacation where all you need to worry about is what book to read and which cocktail to enjoy each afternoon. The house is equipped everything you could possibly need.....steps from the beach, private pool, pool floats, pool cabana, outdoor shower, upper deck, lower deck, flowers, ice machine, coffee machine, blender, bar, two refrigerators, TVS, foosball table, games, books, beach chairs, chaise pool lounge chairs, wine glasses, dishwasher, huge pots for a clam/lobster bake, washing machine, ceiling fans, box fans, outdoor dining table ....and so much more! My favorite part of the house is the dual water views of the ocean and bay from the upper deck. Talk about glorious sunsets! Once you are there you won't want to leave, I didn't. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. The agent is very accommodating, responsive and efficient. 5 Stars all around!!

AWESOME

This was our first time at this home for a weekend getaway for a large group, and we certainly do plan on coming back. The house is large, clean, and comes with everything you need. The owner, Anthony, is highly responsive, thoughtful and kind. We also loved the pool, which comes with plenty of pool toys and floats. It's very convenient to get to the ferry, a store, the casino cafe, and of course, the beach. There are beautiful views of the marina, and we took quite a few pictures of the sunset over the marina from the upper deck. There's plenty of space to lounge, and we all enjoyed a fun yet relaxing weekend at this home - highly recommend it!

Such a great experience!

A vacation home for a large party doesn't get better than this. It's steps from the ferry, convenience store, restaurant and bar, beach and has a pool. When you split the cost with friends it comes to like $300/person depending on how many you have and the week (we go off peak), so it's a total steal. Something for everyone for sure and then the house is an entertainment mecca in itself with all the porch space and bar upstairs. The outdoor shower is such a treasure. This week tends to be dicey in terms of the weather but it's cheaper and last year it was beautiful! We did this perfectly. The outdoor "cabana" is hysterical and fun, and is comfortable to sleep in. Only downside is the mosquitos, but not the fault of the house. They definitely surfaced this week and were tearing up our legs without warning. Bring bug spray :).

Perfect for us!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. Everything we could possibly need was provided in the house, which made the stay super relaxing and enjoyable. There are lovely views from all around the house and deck, and it was very clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to deal with, and very accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

Best House in Davis

This is by far the best house in Davis Park. Close to the ferry, store and The Casino. House is on the bay with the most beautiful sunset and the ocean is just a short walk away. The house is very spacious inside and out and extremely clean upon arrival. There is nothing better than jumping into a crystal clear pool after a long day at the beach, after rinsing off first in the outdoor shower of course. The house is safe and secure, fully fenced and gated, for little ones. Our 3 families have been renting this same house for years and look forward to all the updates and new appliances. The owner is always available, professional and very accommodating. We are so happy to hear that there was damage from Hurricane Sandy and are counting down the days until June 28th!

The Beach Fixes Everything !

I've been staying at this house for years and every time it is just the best time. The house is well equipped and provides plenty of room for family and friends to visit. The views are amazing at sunset and by renting in September I usually get the chance to watch the migration of the Monarch Butterfly as they migrate to Mexico. Seeing thousands of Monarchs make their way south is an amazing site. Long walks on the beach, surfing the waves, hunting for treasures washed ashore, candlelight dinners, a soak in the pool, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, it's all just so wonderful I hate packing up to leave each year. I'll be back this September and another year of memories will be made!

Best House at Davis

We have rented this house for the past four years and look forward to our vacation every summer. The house is amazing and wants for nothing. It is completely filled with all that you would need and has a gorgous pool. The house is kid friendly and the perfect place to spend time with your loved ones. The location is perfect; close to the marina, the beach, the casino, the harbor store and has amazing views. The owner is wonderful and is always just a phone call away if you need anything. Get your friends and family together and go see for yourself, you will be glad you did.

The Most Fabulous House at Davis Park

I have stayed at this house for about twelve summers. The house has absolutely everything, and the owner is immediately responsive to any and all concerns that you may have. The location is amazing, being that it is directly off the marina, a stone's throw from the ocean, and a very short walk to the Harbor Store, the Casino, etc. The house is perfect to share with family and friends of any age. The house itself offers the most beautiful wrap-around deck on the second story, in addition to a pool and cabana area on the main level. I have to admit- there have been weeks that I have stayed at the house, that I never even went to the beach.
