Our villa has received a full designer high end remodel. Designed for comfortable living and dining areas with a high end luxury kitchen. The bedroom includes a queen size bed with large closets and storage. Spa like bathroom including a stackable washer/dryer. Located in Seaside Villas, a private gated ocean front community with direct access to the beach. The property includes an on site community pool, bike racks, sunning deck, grilling area and elevators. Situated in a prime location of Forest beach, you are within close walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. An easy drive to Sea Pines, Shipyard and Palmetto Dunes golf clubs.

Outstanding View!

We have stayed here three times, including through tropical storm Helene, and absolutely love it. This truly is one of the best views on the beach. From watching the wildlife, both people and animals, to watching the sunrise and waves. It's all memorable. And quite comfortable.

Ok Place

The condo was cute and the view was pretty, but some things could be better. The bathroom definitely needs some shelves or a medicine cabinet for more storage. The shower is too small to go without a door and water splashes out onto the floor. It would have been nice to have more than 1 kitchen trash bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper. This beach location is very crowded and noisy and HHI just isn't our cup of tea.

Weekend Getaway

Hilton Head (specifically South Forest Beach) is my happy place. This property was wonderful! My husband and I enjoyed being able to walk on the beach and to Coligny Plaza for food and shopping. It was clean and comfortable but it was the little things that make it special. Like big drawers in the bathroom so you can put all stuff in there and it is out of the way. A desk in the bedroom, big closets, everything you need in the kitchen, etc. The balcony actually has comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the ocean view for as long as you want. Everyone we dealt with was so kind, helpful and available for questions. 5 stars!! I can't wait to return.

Nothing beats a direct ocean view!

This place is perfect for 2 people. We walked to Coligny for dinner most days and biked the beach. Add some golf and it was a fun stay.

Can't Wait to Go Back!

We had a great time in Hilton Head at this unit. It's steps away from the beach, and as everybody mentions, the view is spectacular. We walked up and down the beach, looking at all of the resorts, and could not find any place with a better view. The unit is very clean, and perfect for two people. Before we left, we booked another stay in early 2024. It won't be our last!

Island adventure

Great location. Awesome view. Steps across a small parking lot is beach access. Convenient parking. Clean. Laundry and dishwasher with pods for both. Bike storage. A couple usable beach chairs. A 5-7 minute walk to bike rental and Coligny Square.

Another great stay at Seaside Villas. This condo was in great shape and has a perfect view of the ocean. Itā€™s always nice to be in walking distance to Coligny. We miss HHI already.

Wonderful time in HH

Overall our 1st trip to HHI was wonderful. This unit is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Definitely donā€™t think a family of 4 could manage. If you plan on doing any cooking, bring some bowls or dishes (as to mix in or throw in the oven), nothing available at the unit. The unit could have used a little bit better of a job in cleaning, ie the light fixture in the bathroom and the closet barn door. My only major compliment is the multiple cockroaches in our unit. I know weā€™re in the south & those are to be expected but thatā€™s a no go for me.

Great View!

Perfect one bedroom beachfront condo for the two of us. If we werenā€™t on the beach, the balcony was where you would find us. This condo was bright, clean, and neatly decorated. We loved our time there. The only flaw was the day we had to pack up and leave. Note: the screen door to the balcony needs some attention. It definitely showed a lot of usage (pitted from salty air) but it would also slip off the track when opening/closing it. But this is understandable.

Ocean Front View, Tasteful Decor, Perfect Location

I highly recommend this unit for all of the reasons above. The unit is lovely and the owner has made a strategic use of the space. Also, I traveled alone and felt perfectly safe in the complex and in the neighborhood.

1st Trip to Hilton Head

Property is in a great location and is very well decorated and my wife and I enjoyed our trip overall. This is our own falt, but the the property was too small for us. The pictures seem to make it look much bigger especially the deck. Although well decorated and in a great location this is too small for us. Thanks

Perfect for a quick getaway!!

The condo sits on a great section of beach with amazing views!! It is conveniently located to many great restaurants and spots to grab a drink. The condo was nice and clean and was exactly as described.

Perfect Gateway Location

Location and condo decor was perfect for our weekend gateway. This corner beach front unit allows for terrific views of the sunrise coming over the water. Condo decor was exactly like what was pictured. Kim, theowner was very responsive to our questions and inquiry. Condo is definitely in walking distance to Colgny Plaza that houses many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

The location is the best!! Weā€™ve stayed at Sea Side Villas for years!!! This corner unit is the most updated, which makes so much better use of the space. The main bed is comfortable, although it is smallish for 2 people, but no real complaints!! Highly recommend!!!

One of the best places in Sea Side Villas

We have stayed at several properties in the Sea Side Villas and this was a very nice place. The view was fantastic and the condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Great location, could be cleaner

I would like to start this review by saying that reviews are tough because they are subjective. What may be perfect for somebody may be less-than-ideal for others, so itā€™s best to read each personā€™s experience and take it with a grain of salt. If you read my review and think, ā€œthose things wouldnā€™t bother me,ā€ then this place would be a 5/5. The location is wonderful, the deck view is worth a million bucks, and youā€™re close to a lot of amenities. With that said, there are some things I have come to expect in VRBOs due to previous experiences, and these things just werenā€™t great for us, which is why I docked stars off my review. 1. Cleanliness was lacking in some areas. The shower floor was covered in pink and black mold and had someone elseā€™s hair in the drain. When we inspected the sheets on the bed, someone elseā€™s hair (multiple strands) was on the pillow cases. We stayed up later than usual to wash our sheets because there wasnā€™t a spare set to put on the bed. The pillows were so old and disgusting that we had to run to Belk to buy new ones. While at Belk, we also purchased new sheets and shower shoes so we could feel comfortable bathing and sleeping. It felt like the cleaning crew did a quick once-over of the entire place in between guests and didnā€™t really do a thorough job at all. In a time of COVID, monkey pox, and general hyper-awareness to hygeine, I was personally freaked out. 3. We didnā€™t have any basic necessities in our unit. When we have stayed at other places, there are generally things like dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc, but this unit did not come with any of that. Other reviews had stated that the unit did come with that stuff, so we didnā€™t pack much. Imagine my surprise when we finally enter the unit after 12 hours on the road to find there isnā€™t any toilet paper. I donā€™t know about you, but after that long in the car, step 1 of vacation is going to the bathroom. There are also only two knives in the utensils drawer. I understand that some things shouldnā€™t be expected, but a roll of toilet paper definitely should be. So renters-come prepared with all of that stuff. Some quirks to note for future guests: -The smoke detector would go off every single time we opened the oven door while cooking. -the box spring is incredibly squeaky!! Overall itā€™s a good place and would fit two comfortably for a wonderful vacation.
