Calypso Resort & Tower 3 welcomes guests to newest high rise building in Panama City Beach in more than a decade. Guests will enjoy the pool area with private cabanas and beach access within 200 yards. This family friendly resort enjoys being next to Pier Park making it the perfect place to spend your next beach vacation.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great Stay

Very nicely appointed, very clean and what a view!! We had stayed multiple times in one of the other 2 towers at Calypso and this was the newest across the street, we had as good of a view of the ocean if not better. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, updated and extremely nice. Big balcony overlooking the beach and Pier Park. Perfect for a family of 4. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Perfect location for Ironman Florida. Walked to all activities including race start. Restaurants, retail shopping and super Target in walking distance.

Just like home

We had such an amazing week. The condo was beautiful and furnished with all you could need. The balcony was furnished so nicely and the view was unreal. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Beautiful condo! Home away from home with everything you need ! Great location and walking distance to Pier Park !! Ocean view from the balcony with a short walk across the street to the beach and your beach chairs and umbrella and included !! We will definitely rent again !

Great location to the beach and local attractions, very spacious pool for guest and ample parking. However, for the unit itself we were highly disappointed. Upon arrival, the master bathroom walls were speckled with urine and in major need of cleaning. Actually, all of the walls in the unit are in desperate need of cleaning, paint touch ups, even caulk in some places. The washcloths that were left in the unit smelled of stomach bile and vomit, a smell that is hard to mistake for anything else. Also, not disclosed is that this condo is isolated alone by the elevators. And the tiki bar downstairs blast music till 10 pm making your balcony not so enjoyable. Overall wouldn’t recommend this unit.

Condo at Calypso

The advertisement when I booked it said it slept 6 and had a picture with bunk beds. There were no bunk beds. Only the pull out couch and the bed in the bedroom. Did NOT sleep six.

Did Not Get Room Promised/Booked

I was suppose to get a room on the front beach side and had one across the street. I was very disappointed about that but had such awful flight issues I was too exhausted to deal with it.

We double-checked our listing, and we advertise it as being across the street from the beach. Towers one and two are directly on the beach, and we're sorry for any confusion. Great Location

This unit is in Calypso Tower III and located across the street from the beach. It is with in walking distance to the beach and pier park. The unit is tastefully decorated and has all of the amenities you would need for a week. This booking came with beach chair service. Please put information in the unit on how to reserve the chairs. We had to go through three different people before we found out where to sign up. Future renters please note chairs are only available from 830 to 4 during the season. While this unit is nice and perfectly located we were slightly disappointed we a few things. The pool does not open til 9 am. The mattress in the unit is way to firm. It’s like laying on the concrete. The floors in this unit need a good cleaning. We did ask have the floors cleaned again when we arrived as there was hair and a few dead bugs on the floor. This unit is also located directly next to the elevator. We would not rent again solely based on the uncomfortable mattress and pillows.

Fabulous weekend getaway!

We booked a last minute weekend getaway and we had the best time! This whole tower at Calypso is brand new and beautifully furnished. The staff at the front desk was amazing and recommended some restaurants and fun things to do. We will definitely return this Spring! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Covered parking in new tower

Brand new condo. Well equipped room. Gorgeous pool but stays in the shade until the afternoon. Walking distance to many restaurants. Property manager on site. Cons: Beach across the street, construction next door that starts at sun up. Can not use tower 1 or 2’s pool. Workout room and hottub small for the amount of people that can stay in the tower.
