The view was stunning! Our group of 10 loved it. The air conditioning was nice and cold which was a blessing during this hot, humid week. The condo was large and roomy. My concerns were: the condo needs a renovation badly. Furniture is scratched up, floors need repair. The internet was spotty at best. Also, the floor was dirty when we arrived. We cleaned that, no problem. There is a stackable washer and dryer set that takes at least 3 cycles to dry. There were plenty of dishes and lots and pans which was nice.

Family Vacation 2022

This is a great area to stay. It’s on the beach. It has a great pool. Perfect area for family and this is far enough away from the tourist traps that if you want to get in the middle of it you can or if you want quiet you can have that to.

Great condo!

We usually stay closer to the boardwalk, but since it was Blue Angels week, we had to be down the beach some. The condo was great (we actually had 3 condos at Regency). The trolley stop was right out front, the beach access was great and it was clean & updated. We had an issue with a shower drain, which was quickly fixed. We brought tennis and pickleball gear, but never used it. My only wish is a workout facility. We really enjoyed our stay & would recommend the condo to others.

Sister birthday

We like the view from our condo. The unit was slightly dated, furniture worn but beds were good. There were 5 adults so we all had our own bed. We couldn’t use the tennis courts because there wasn’t a key. Checkin was late, 4 pm and check out too early, 9 am. It was a good place for 5 sisters to have fun!!

Do not book with this host

The host overcharged for our stay and I have not still been refunded 4 MONTHS later. Do not give them any payment information. I have followed up again and again and assured they will fix their error but they never do. The condo and location were fine but there are so many other great hosts. Stay away from Southern Vacation Rentals!

"5 star" floor plan and location with "3 star" decor

This unit is a "5 star" floor plan and location with "3 star" decor. Therefore, I'm averaging my rating to "4 stars". What I liked: the view from the 8th floor is simply spectacular (nice view of the gulf and the sound); the floor plan was perfect for our group of 6; big refrigerator had plenty of room; master bathroom was excellent; nice bar area with plenty of cabinet space; awesome entry hallway for placement of beach umbrellas and chairs; nice patio setup with comfortable seating; plenty of closet space; large dining room table was perfect for dinner and game play. What I didn't like: the furniture is very old and needs updating badly; the WiFi was slow and frustrating and did not improve after repeated power-down/power-up resets (we ended up just using cellular data); the king mattress in the master bedroom had peaks and valleys and needs replacing; the living room lamp simply did not work - even after bulb replacement (faulty switch on the lamp itself); guest bedroom door did not fit and its door knob was falling off; TV did not include typical staples like ESPN and the popular news channels (luckily we brought our own Roku and we were able to watch TV with that); ice maker made ice very slowly (we had to buy bags of ice to keep up); the largest cooking pan had a concave bottom which would not sit flat on the electric cooktop (very frustrating to cook evenly); blender was weak and had trouble chopping ice for frozen drinks; dishwasher left the dishes soaking wet (even with heated dry setting). Suggestions: update the furniture and the lamps (get the lamps that have USB receptacles on them for more electronic friendliness); replace the king mattress; replace the individual desktop fans with ceiling fans in each room; invest in better/faster Wifi; buy a Roku and allow guests to sign in to their own accounts to use Netflix, etc; replace the worn out/chipped floor tile; clean out the shed on the patio and allow guests to use this for their beachware; add "room darkening shades" for better sleep (Pensacola sunrise is about 6AM in summer - too early for vacay!); new cookware and blender; upgrade the ice maker if possible; label the multitude of wall switches for better awareness of what they control; upgrade the dishwasher.

Pensacola Beach

This condo was in a great neighborhood. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We saw dolphins swimming by and the beach and water were so pretty! We were right on the beach. The pool was large and pretty. The condo management kept the buildings and yard and bushes neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and the condo was just as we had seen in the pictures. Great place to stay in Pensacola Beach.
