Pet Friendly | Ocean Views | Across the Road from the Beach | The Round House

The Round House is a unique Amelia Island vacation home located at 1043 South Fletcher just across the street from the ocean's edge! This property can accommodate up to 12 guests with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms plus two Queen sleeper sofas. Guests will also appreciate having two kitchens and two living rooms. And who wouldn't love to have front row seats on the large balcony to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the ocean?

Three bedrooms and one bathroom are located at ground level along with the smaller kitchen and living area. The master suite, main living area, kitchen and another full bathroom are upstairs on the second level.

This home has been recently upgraded with new flooring, interior and exterior paint, an outdoor shower and wall mounted TVs throughout. Beach Access #10-S is conveniently located across from the street (See Photos). Our Gopher Tortoise, Terri, resides onsite in the front yard. Please do not touch!

Please Note:
This property is NOT equipped with beach items such as chairs, toys, coolers, wagons, or umbrellas. We do supply beach towels and often times beach items do get left on the property from previous guests. We cannot ensure how many items will be available during your stay, as this is always subject to change.

Book with Confidence: We offer all guests reserving a stay more than 30 days in advance the ability to cancel for FREE within 72 hours of bookings.

We had an amazing stay! The communication with the host from pre-reservation through checkout was fantastic! The main kitchen is vey well stocked! The beds are comfortable, plenty of parking, and easy drive to downtown.

Spent a long weekend there with 7 people - very clean and bright house. Right across the street from the beach. Everyone said the beds were great and the kitchen was super well stocked. Layout was great for us but a family with kids would really appreciate the downstairs fridge and living room setup. We are planning to come back again someday!

Wonderful!

We had a great stay. It was extremely clean and so close to the beach. Our kids loved it and we spent the majority of our week just relaxing at the house. We will be staying here again!

Great weekend getaway

Communication was great and easy check in and out process. The property was as advertised and parking was adequate. I would recommend this property and stay here again.

Great long weekend getaway

Great location, easy beach access, plenty of room for our family. Check in and out was a breeze. Property management was proactive making sure everything met our expectations and we were enjoying our stay.

Perfect house

Our family had a great stay in the Round House. Exceptionally clean upon arrival, plenty of basic supplies, plenty of room for our family. Great location, wonderful uncrowded beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean house. Had everything we needed. Perfect location and right across the street from the beach. Perfect setup for families with 2 living areas, The communication with the property management company was AMAZING! We had two issues, both times I emailed I received a text and phone call. Would definitely stay here again. We had group of 10 and had plenty of room.

Nice, bright property directly across from the beach. Nice and bright. With the master br on one floor and 3 Bedrooms below worked very well for us. There was one flight of steps to get up to the master BR/living area, which was not a problem for us.The only strange thing was that while there were 3 BRs on the lower there was only one bathroom on that level. One couple was assigned to one of the 2 bathroom upstairs, which was a slight inconvenience. But overall a very nice property.

Great beach vacation home!

We had our annual family vacation at the Round House. What an awesome time! Across the street from the beach path, so easy to get on the beach, back for lunch, then back out again. So much room to spread out and relax, perfect spot for games during the occasional rain. I highly recommend this home if you’re staying on Amelia Island.

Perfect location- steps from the beach

Great house for older kids- master on second floor. 3 bedrooms on first floor. Great location! Walk to beach with great view of the sunrise: short drive to restaurants and attractions. Would stay again!

Perfect family vacation spot

Excellent property! Clean and comfortable. Suited our family’s needs perfectly. The best part was the house is a less than 2 minute walk from the beach access. The management team was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
