The Beach Club! A fantastic 86 acre resort complex in the Gulf Shores area. Located on the Fort Morgan peninsula away from the hustle and bustle of vacationers, but just a few minutes to all of the excitement in Gulf Shores. Once you have stayed here, you won't want to stay anywhere else.

Amazing Beach Front with Beach & Gulf views from the living area and the spacious balcony. Dine on the Balcony and enjoy the Panoramic/Unobstructed Views!!! The condo is richly decorated with Granite counter tops in kitchen & Baths. Upgraded in 2022 = Very nice furnishings make this a real treat for the vacationer that likes first class style. Master BR with King size Bed + Built-in Bunks + New Queen Size Sleeper Sofa. Condo sleeps 2 to 6 people. Well stocked kitchen with everything that a cook needs. Multiple elevators service the condo.

Enjoy the Beach Club amenities that offer 5 outdoor pools and hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, health club and full spa services are available. Beautifully landscaped grounds. There is also a kids club and arcade. Lots of Boardwalks for strolling and beach access.

Dining choices include The Coast Restaurant and bar (which has ocean front dining), the Village Hideaway Sports Bar and Restaurant which has pool tables and shuffle board, Gulfside Bar and Grill by the pool, The Village Creamery ice cream shop and the Village Lawn with 5 food trucks and entertainment.

You never have to leave this property, everything is here for you or you can drive a short distance to restaurants and entertainment.

Amazing fishing in the Gulf and Mobile Bay. Several marina's close by for the amateur or avid fisherman.
There are also many golf courses in the area.

We absolutely loved the condo and the beach. The condo was super clean and the kitchen had everything we wanted. The view was so beautiful! We had a tiny issue with the sink and Walter was right there and fixed it! Highly recommended and we will be back to stay again!

Loved the location and property. The condo was perfect size for two adults and one 11yr old. Any more and it may have been crowded as it is a smaller condo but it worked out great for us! Family friendly and peaceful with a beautiful view. The resort offers so much you really don't have to leave if you don't want to go into gulf shores. Would come back!

Walter had the most wonderful condo which we made our home the time we were there… Me my husband and our 40 year old son, whom has down syndrome, thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we will be back again and we will rent from Walter. He was very good at corresponding to me and helped make his home our home for a week.

Great condo, awesome view!

Beautiful stay. One bedroom condo with twin bunks in the hall was great for my family. The girls are 17 and 20 and loved the bunk beds. Great kitchen, appreciated the bowls with lids to store leftovers in the fridge. That helped feed us for a couple of meals, especially after our shrimp boil! We stayed organized since it’s a smaller condo and we would do it again. Loved the king mattress and the rockers on the balcony.

We were very pleased with our stay at D702 Beach Club, Fort Morgan. The owner and manager were wonderful and made things easy. The host fee was steep, but we were well taken care of. Easy access to the beach and pool. It's a great place to stay, and we would highly recommend it.

Get away with granddaughter

We loved our brief stay. The unit was perfect for us and the grounds were beautiful. It was much needed time with our granddaughter after her sophomore year of college.

Beautiful property

This property was beautiful. The condo itself was very clean. It was fully stocked with cookware. Which we enjoyed since we did cook one night. The chairs on the patio were very comfortable. All in all we were very happy with the property we will definitely be staying here more.

Great trip’n

This is a great property with a wonderful view. Easy walk to the beach and clubhouse with many amenities on site. We booked this last minute but hope to return. Great place and easy communication. Bring a Roku for the living room tv as it’s not a smart tv like in the bedroom so you only have basic cable to watch with the whole family.

Great beach vacation

Great condo overlooking the beach. Clean and updated, had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Fort Morgan is a nice area, a little quieter and just a short drive to all the restaurants and activities in Gulf Shores. Loved it!

Quiet getaway for family reunion

Walter’s condo was the perfect spot to enjoy some quiet down time after attending our annual family reunion in the area. The Beach Club property itself is very well kept and the grounds are beautiful. The bed slept great and everything about the rental process was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent condo for family

This condo had an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony, extremely clean and well maintained. Condo owner was very easy to deal with. Highly recommend and would stay here again. The access to the beach along with pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, volleyball court are great for people with kids that want to do more than just hang out on the sand.

Great Spot! Late August was Perfect Timing
