Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Stay in our beachfront premium unit at affordable prices!!!! There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, 2 new full beds in the 3rd bedroom for occupancy up to 8.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, tile countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

We love the location of this condo. We were close to everything, it was a quiet beach vacation considering it is Spring Break. We would/will definitely stay here again.

The whole experience from booking to checkout was very easy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our Condo was very clean and renovated nicely. I would definitely re-book with this company.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location!

Our family of six had a wonderful Spring Break week in this condo! There was plenty of space for everyone and the views were spectacular! We had friends is several other units of this same building and everyone said that this unit was the biggest and most beautiful! We agree!

Spring break get away

My family and I stayed here for a five nights in early April. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. My kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool and the beach was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well with dishes and cookware. The downside was that they only included one extra garbage bag and one extra dish washing tab. Not a big deal but for a place large which to hold 10 guests a few more cleaning supplies would have been nice. Also, two of the for elevators were down for repairs. The sign said they had been down since January. Sometimes this caused quite a backup and we had to wait ten minutes for an elevator. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Family summer vacation

We truly enjoyed our vacation. The condo was nice, the only problem we had was the condo was not cleaned when we got there, we had to wait for the cleaning people to get there and clean it. Other than that it was beautiful.

Beautiful view

The condo is large and nicely decorated. We found that the coffee pot did not work and the shower curtain had black mold on it. There was a new shower curtain but it had not been hung to replace the soiled one. I would highly recommend the condo, just needs some housekeeping updates. Everything else was highly satisfactory.

Review

Nice condo but the floor was nasty when we arrived. But I found a mop and just mopped the whole floor myself. Was glad I took extra toliet paper because there was only one roll per bathroom. View from condo was beautiful and nice outdoor furniture to sit on out on patio. Pool very nice. Furniture in the living room is not the same that is in the condo. Really the most disappointing was the dirty floor but we took care of that. Would stay there again.

Orange Beach condo with amazing view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved that this property was in a secure and comfortable location with proximity to many local top notch restaurants. The condo is on an upper corner with a spectacular view of the gulf and sunsets. One real shortcoming was that the floor had not been adequately cleaned to the extent that one could go without socks or shoes and not get the feet filthy dirty. When I called the owner he explained that he had had some recent work done by the cable company and his cleaning crew had been unable to remove some drywall residue despite two floor cleanings. The unit was short on a couple of things that would have been useful during our stay: 1 The one hair dryer that was provided did not work. 2. Although it is stated in the agreement that only a "Starter" amount of supplies are in the unit, only one dishwasher tab and one laundry tab were provided for our week long stay.Maybe one tab per day would be a more fair amount. No dishwashing liquid was provided. 3.The pillows were not really comfortable. I can usually sleep on anything, but these pillows were hard on my neck and it often made it sore in the morning. These three things said, I'm sure that anyone could still make this an ideal vacation spot to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decorated beautifully but it was not well cleaned. There was a nasty build up of hair on the shower drain and several other things that were just not as clean as they should have been. The overall maintenance of the complex needs improving/updating as well. It seemed very dated and unclean- especially the pool area, elevators and common areas. Also lots of rules around the pool so don't plan to toss a small ball.

It only had 3 seats, but it sleeps 8. Also, a sweeper of some sort like a cordless Dyson would be super helpful for the sand. Other than that, it's amazing and perfect for families!
