Visit PCB and avoid the crowds at our beautiful 3 bedroom 3.5 bath + (bonus bunkroom) house. Get the real beach living experience and enjoy this house that is located just steps from the soft sands of Panama City Beach!!

With 3 Full bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa plus a bonus bunk room that has 3 sets of bunkbeds, this house will sleep 14 comfortably and the 3.5 bathrooms will be enough for the whole group! Throw on top of that, the 2 decks with a view of the Gulf and this house is the perfect vacation destination for your family or friends. Avoid busy elevators and packed pool decks and book this house located only a half a block from the beach access that has it's own private pool!

The house was the perfect size for all 13 of us. Location was great just not facing the beach to sit and have morning coffee but it was really close to the beach and the swimming pool kept everyone happy too’ we would definitely stay here again

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Short walk to beach! Furniture could use some updating. Overall comfortable and would stay here again. Grill was out of gas and emailed host, they filled it the next day! Quick to fix the problem. No issues with water like other viewers complained about! Pool could’ve used a cleaning, so we didn’t utilize it.

The property was in a great location! We loved that. The pool was cloudy/greenish. The pool light kept coming out of the hole for it. Only 2 chairs at the pool. The hot water heater kept going off. My husband had to fix it 3 times during our stay Not a good selection of cooking pots/pans. Upper deck needs done repair. Bunk beds were not sturdy. Other than that is was a great vacation.

Great stay!

Check in was simple. It was very clean and spacious! Walking distance to beach. Loved that it had more than the basic kitchen equipment!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was not anything close to what the site shows.. top deck on third floor is rotted and not safe to walk on.. pool very dirty we asked for it to be cleaned and it never was... the worst part is if you take a shower on second floor the entire room smells like raw sewage coming from the drains ... overall we were disappointed but made the best of it... pictures on site must be several years old because house is in need of repair

Perfect Location

Great location and house. The house is older and needs some TLC but for our family it wasnt anything we couldn't handle. The loft was great for the teens in our group. All bedrooms having a bathroom was perfect. Small walk to the beach but all the traffic was slow and folks didnt mind to stop for you to cross.

Plenty of space

5 Stars overall. Quick easy walk to the beach. House has plenty of space. Pool could use a little care around the pavers but that’s a quick easy job so I’m sure it will be knocked out soon. I would stay here again for sure!

Pretty Good Experience

This property is perfect for a college group vacation. The only problems we experienced were cleanliness off the pool, the grill isn't the same as pictured online, not all TVs worked, and the microwave broke at one point during the week. The property manager was great at communication and overall we loved our stay.

AC Noise Disruption During Stay- extremely Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Here’s a polished version of your experience formatted for a Google review — clear, respectful, and honest:---⭐☆☆☆☆ We stayed at this property to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While you did send an AC technician, the issue wasn’t resolved due to the poor placement of the AC condensers.The downstairs bedroom has its headboard directly against the wall where the condensers are located. Every time the AC ran, the loud humming and vibrations woke my parents repeatedly. It was so disruptive that I had to move them upstairs, causing unexpected inconvenience for everyone.I’m genuinely surprised this hasn’t been addressed or mentioned by other guests. The noise level was unacceptable, and it significantly impacted what should have been a peaceful and memorable occasion.I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements. Renting out a unit with such a glaring issue is unfair to guests.PS: AC filters look extremely dirty, fill with dust. They did Not providing enough TP, laundry detergent, shampoo, soaps, trash bags. The couch was stained and worn out. Cabinets, drawers, and blinds are in a bad condition, peeling and falling.

Multiple Concerns

Mouse, mold in a ceiling and shower, blown outlets, broken water heater, and unusable pool just to name a few. Manager difficult to work with. Left early due to issues. I have texted, called, emailed and messaged thru the VRBO app and have still not gotten this straightened out.

IN LINE WATER HEATER KEPT TURNING OFF AND FLASHING A TOOL LIGHT, SO WE HAD TO HIT THE RESET BUTTON MULTIPLE TIMES AND STILL COULD NOT TAKE MORE THAN 1 SHOWER AT A TIME (WITH UP TO 10 PEOPLE). OUTLETS KEPT BLOWING IN KITCHEN. POOL HAD ALOT OF MULCH AND SAND... FROM POOL EXPERIENCE, IT NEEDS MORE WATER SO THE FILTER SYSTEM CAN WORK BETTER. ALSO THE OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT HAS A GOOD BIT OF TRASH UNDER THE BUSHES AND AROUND THE AREA. POOL NEEDS SOME WEED CONTROL IN THE LANDSCAPING AND I WOULD MAKE SURE SOMEONE USED A BLOWER TO BLOW THE RUBBER MULCH BACK UNDER THE FENCE TO THE NEIGHBORS SO IT DOESN'T END UP IN THE POOL. THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE WAS PLEASANT & CLEAN. THE LOCATION IS PRIME.

Great place to stay!

We have a big party and finding a house that hold all of us that is close to the beach, accommodating for 3 families, and easy to work with was great! The whole house was spacious and each family had its own bathroom. The “bunk house” was just the cherry on top! The house could use some updates but who’s couldn’t! Everything worked as it should! Only complaint I have is the selection of kitchen items… but this isn’t my 1st rodeo and I bring most of my own anyway! Thank you for allowing our families to enjoy your home for the week!

Review

Experience was great, only improvements I would suggest would be Blankets for the beds, extra towels, and definitely improving the wifi or selecting a cable program. The only tv that worked was the downstairs living room, the rest of the tvs would not connect to the wifi so we could use Netflix or Amazon and there were no local channels either that we could try to watch. But it was overall a great experience

Review

There were several things broken like the microwave. The TV would not keep the internet on. The tubs kept getting stopped up. We used the plunger more than I ever have at a rental. But overall we had a good vacation.
