My townhouse is located in the heart of Thomas Drive directly across the street from the white sands and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located on the bottom floor for those who don't want to climb the stairs. The townhouse has flat screen TV's and a large back deck area with plenty of room for social gatherings. The pool is also a great feature. It is 16 feet long, 8 feet wide and 4 feet deep with messaging jets and plenty of room for everyone. My townhouse is fully stocked with all the linens and utensils that you may need. Come and stay, I will guarantee you will love the accommodations.

Home away from home

This property is so well maintained. The owner, Jason, always makes sure everything is in order and that his guests can relax and enjoy every minute of what PCB has to offer! I have been staying here for the past 4-5 years, and will continue to do so because I know I will not have to worry about anything while I’m here! Another wonderful vacation in the books!

Honeymoon Stay

We had a great time for our honeymoon stay! House was very nice & the hot tub was even nicer. We had neighbors & it still felt like we had our privacy. Even grilled out different fish one of our nights. Definitely would recommend to anyone and if you have a bigger family this can be your place too it was very roomy

2nd stay

This was our second stay at this property and we chose it because our ticks all the boxes. The walk to the beach takes very little time however many drivers choose not to heed the crosswalks. This could be dangerous for families with young kids. The house is perfect for our family, parents of 4 grown boys. They loved the hot tub and just hanging out. We ate in most nights as the kitchen is great. We will definitely choose this unit next time we are in PCB.

Beautiful beach house

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach house. Very spacious and super clean. Just enough parking. My favorite part was the privacy in the back with the pool/spa. We did have to call Jason(owner) once about the spa because we didn’t know how to operate it. Should have been common sense but you know lol. He was very helpful and even came to clean the filters out for us. I would stay here again. Five stars from me. Definitely recommend

Fantastic!

This is the third time we have stayed at one of Jason’s properties and it was a fantastic time as usual! The home was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Jason is extremely friendly, and attentive to his properties if anything needs to be taken care of he will get it done as quickly as possible. Before our trip he called to make sure we received all of our check in information and make sure we didn’t have any last minute questions. There is a public beach access that is less than a 5 minute walk and you will have your toes in the sand. Highly recommend renting one of these properties, we will for sure be back for a fourth trip!

The property is a great rental in a less traffic area of the beach. It was easy to get in and out of. Was surprised at the lack of breakfast restaurants in the area however.

Wondercation 2022!

From before our arrival to our departure, our host (Jason Phillips) was beyond the best we've ever worked with! He made sure our stay and our house was well taken care of. Great location, wonderful amenities, and all around a beautiful home! We're already talking about next year's visit and trying to get both A and B side! Thanks for everything!

Great place!

The house was really nice and clean and just a short walk to the beach! We all enjoyed the pool/hot tub and deck patio area. The kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils needed to make a nice meal, whether cooking inside or grilling out. The only issue we had was with a couple of the bedroom tv's, which we weren't concerned about as we spend most of our time outdoors, but Jason came over right away to try and resolve the problem for us. Thank you for responding so quickly :) This was a great place to stay, would definitely recommend it!

Great place to stay!

Had a great time here. It was our 2nd trip to PCB. I'm already planning a trip back to this location. Hoping I can stay here again. I need both A and B apartment's next time going to bring the whole family next time.

Really amazing place to stay!

Close to a beach and other activities. The only (slight) inconvenience was that the supplies were not plentiful that we were expecting (shampoo, dish soap, garbage bags etc.) Fortunately there was several dollar general stores nearby to purchase what we needed. The hot tub was a great amenity that we used every day!!

Family Vacation

The property was large enough to comfortably house myself, my wife, our three children, my mother and stepfather. The location is perfect for going out and walking to the beach. The hot tub pool is a perfect addition and must have for relaxing in the morning and evening. If we set PCB as the destination for our next vacation we will see about booking here again.

Great Location

This property was very clean, had all necessities and was in a great location. Beach access was a short walk. The pool/hot tub combo was a great feature. Keep in mind this is a duplex and you will quite possibly have neighbors…. A lot of them potentially. Our neighbors were very loud, however, I did not feel the need to report this to the owners. The rest of our stay was so nice I didn’t feel we needed to report. Would definitely stay again (as long as there wasn’t going to be 15 people in side B).

Thank you for your review and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I do own the duplex located behind the Emerald Blue Beach House and the back yards are private and have a privacy fence separating the properties, but sometimes the guests don't realize they are causing a noise disturbance. I always encourage the guests to notify me if you have any issues with the other guests because we want all our guests to be comfortable and have a quiet, relaxing vacation. Thank you so much for staying at the Emerald Blue Beach House.

Great Place!

This place is great! Each bedroom had it's own full bathroom, which is a plus with a teenager 😁. The pool/hot tub was perfect and a great size for my 4 year old autistic nephew to "swim" in without worry of his safety. The owner was very prompt and made sure we had all we needed for a smooth check-in. Great place with a great price.

I live in Panama City and manage the property myself. I take pride in taking care of my customers so that every guest will have the best vacation they have ever had.

This townhouse was specifically designed for a short term rental. It has large living room spaces for multiple families, it is a very short walk to the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach, it has a pool, all the furnishings are first class, the mattress are an upgraded memory foam euro top mattress, kitchen is fully furnished, beautiful views, close to all the restaurants and attractions and large decks for social gatherings.

The most unique benefit is the swim spa pool. The pool can be heated in the winter and has powerful jet pumps that you can swim against. It also has seats with messaging jets. This spa is the same size as a typical pool, but also has these added benefits. It is a feature of the house that I guarantee you will enjoy.
