This is a Non Smoking Unit, in a Non Smoking Building. The Condo Association for Marina Towers requires all rentals be a minimum of 30 days.

Unit is stylish and Fully furnished including all linens for bed and bath. The Updated Kitchen has Granite Counter tops and is stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils for a great cooking experience. Living Room and Bedroom have TV's and the unit has Wi Fi internet connection. The condo has its own washer/dryer. The Complex is very private, gated and secured with underground parking for one full size car. The complex also has a Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, and includes a recreational room, Gym with Sauna. Walking distance to all harbor shops and restaurants and of course the beach. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beach side harbor life.
