Welcome to Sea Colony. Our rental unit has a HomeAvay verified address, your rental accommodations include: Three Bedrooms and a pull out queen size sleeper (will accommodate 8 people). Two full bathrooms upstairs and a powder room downstairs means no lines! Beach chairs and sand toys are available so you don't have to bring them.

Since 1972 Sea Colony has earned its reputation for being a safe and pleasant community that provides a high quality resort experience for owners, guests and vacationers. All this located in a beach & tennis community surrounded by picturesque lakes and lush landscaping.

Sea Colony owners and guests also have access to some wonderful amenities; a ½ mile private beach, 12 pools to lounge from, 34 tennis courts and Tennis Center for lessons or clinics, and a 17,000 square foot fitness and aquatics center.

Sea Colony also offers family-friendly and exclusive activities, camps and entertainment for kids of all ages. Including: Club Sea Colony, Junior Lifeguards, Swim Meet Money Hunt, Bingo, Kids Night out, Fitastic Kids, Starfish Soccer, Kickball, Capture the flag, Dodge Ball, Junior Tennis, Sand Castle Contest, Bonfire on the Beach. Peaceful

Tucked back in the corner of the resort, you have a very quiet place to come back after a fun day at the beach. Tram stops right in front of the home to get you there and back

I really enjoyed the location and a few things wrong with home but notified owner so all would be taken care of. Location was beautiful and woud stay there again.

Thanks for the review and for notifying me about the broken light fixture and the leak from the ice maker. I was able to contact the appliance repairman and replace the light on the ceiling fan. It is very helpful when guests tell me what they find so it can be addressed right away. I'm glad it didn't detract from your visit to Sea Colony and look forward to hosting your family again.

Perfect family beach trip!

Perfectly set up for families with young children. Plenty of space, lots of toys and beach gear already there to use and a fun trolley ride to the beach. Highly recommend.

Great family home

Very clean. Lots of great amenities for families (toy box, tons of board games and Disney videos, baby gates for steps, sand toys). We would definitely stay again!

Family had a great time! Kids are already requesting to go again next year. We had a few hiccups, but host always responded to inquiries within 15 minutes through the vrbo app. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Boardwalk Rock

My husband and I stayed here for the Boardwalk Rock festival as it is conveniently located to Ocean City. We wanted somewhere that was quiet and this was a great location. We didnt get to enjoy all the amenities of the community but they looked great we would definitely stay here againcommunity

Great location

First time in Sea Colony and it was great - midway between all the beach towns and very convenient to the beach with the tram. Kids loved all the pools. Roy was incredibly helpful and responsive.

Fantastic first time experience with HomeAway!

The property was very nice in a quiet community with close access to the pool and a tram running all day to the beach. The fitness center was also great. The best part was the communication with the owner.

The townhome was very roomy and comfortable and was located in a quiet spot, walking distance to the big pool/hottub. Tram stop was right out front. Only issue was only being provided one key, so part of our group had to use the difficult to use lockbox to get in.

Bethany Beach Family Vacation

The house was clean with plenty of space and extras to make the week comfortable. Sea Colony was an excellent location with lots of great pools, easy access to the beach with the trams, great sport activities for our teen and college age kids. It was a quiet and scenic neighborhood with trees, landscaping, lakes and walking trails. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation!

Our second visit. Just as wonderful!

Another wonderful stay. House is always very clean and has lots of amenities that make it comfortable for families with young kids (gates for steps, toy box etc). Short walk to one of the outdoor heated pools. Nothing but positives to say. We will be back again and again!

Great Property

This townhome is perfectly located in SeaColony. I found the house to actually be more spacious than the pictures show online. The owner is super attentive and proactive with connecting prior to your stay and was available for any questions that we had. The home was stocked with everything that we needed with plenty of toys/games for the kids.

Wonderful!!

We really enjoyed our stay at sea colony despite the weather. Roy is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Our 18 month old grandson and his parents joined us for 3 days. They really appreciated all of the amenities for young children. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend vacationing here.

Perfect for families

We decided to book a mini-getaway last minute and Roy was very accommodating and readily available to answer any questions we had. The house was spacious for the seven of us ... and I loved that Roy offered linens/towels at no added cost. He even had beach toys and tennis equipment, which we certainly appreciated not having to pack and bring along. If you’re looking for a place to stay with the family, this is it! Thanks again!!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to next year! Roy was responsive, kind, and super easy to work with. The house was perfect and we especially appreciated the wonderful kid items: a large bin of indoor toys, beach toys, toddler bed rails, a high chair, and a pack and play. We loved that linens, towels, and some paper and cleaning supplies were provided. Sea Colony is amazing and we greatly enjoyed the beach, pools, and tennis courts. The off season is a perfect time to go to Bethany. No crowds, beautiful weather, and warm water at the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Love Sea Colony!

Excellent stay as always! Roy is so accommodating! The house has everything you need and plenty of space for 8 of us! It's so convenient to the large pool as well as the tram stop. The only reason it's not 5 stars, is because it was difficult to use Wifi. If that's important to you, it's something to consider. We did reach out to Roy and he was to contact the internet co. Other than that, perfect!

How we found the Delaware Beaches: Like most people, our family discovered Bethany Beach and Sea Colony through word of mouth. Our first trip a Delaware beach town was to Rehoboth, not Bethany, because we thought we wanted the excitement of a big beach and boardwalk.
