Great place, great rooms and layout and the location is perfect. Everything is very walkable on great paths. The house is very close to the new Social area in Suncadia which was great. Kitchen has most everything you need and the equipment was good. There were some bags of trash left in cupboards upstairs bunk rooms and trash in bathrooms, but that is not the host's fault. Only other issue was hot/cold water in showers. One of the bathrooms would almost never get hot no matter how long it was left on hot, and another was very hot and could not be cooled most of the time. Overall great house. I loved the timers on the outdoor fire and BBQ that is very helpful. Thanks for the great stay.

Great House

Very good layout - lots of room and beds for family and friends staying together. Fireplace is great and outdoor hot tub and firepit was a great place to relax. House is a bit remote so the drive to Leavenworth is about 80 minutes if that's what you are here for but for a local stay and relaxing getaway it was great.

Great house, great value. Plenty of bedrooms and excellent kitchen/dinning/living space.

We had six couples staying plus a few more visiting and the space was perfect. Very festive spaces and never crowded. Plenty of parking and no one gets boxed in or needs to park off-site. For the number of bedrooms it was the best value in Suncadia. We will definitely book again.
