The Villa is located in the prestigious and secure Golf and Marina community of Puerto Los Cabos, which include Ritz properties, JW Marriott and Secrets Hotel. Expansive views of sea of Cortez, mountains and golf courses can be seen from the five decks surrounding the house.

Attention to detail and comfort are evident in every room. Villa is an easy 8 minute walk to beach, 20 minutes to International Los Cabos Airport, 10 minutes to charming San Jose, recently rated #1 location to visit by Lonely Planet.

Features inside the Villa: Four large master bedroom/bathroom suites with ocean views and whale watching decks, 2 king and 2 queen beds plus another small room on roof top that can be set up with an air bed to become an extra bedroom for an additional guest, a yoga or meditation room or a massage room. There are six bathrooms in total. The vila accommodates eight adults comfortably plus an extra person. The Villa features granite and marble floors and counter tops throughout. A large generator will take over in case of power failure. Instructions must be read prior to using.

Casa Bella Vida features two kitchens. The gourmet kitchen with its giant granite cooking island, located upstairs, has majestic views of both the Sea of Cortes and the mountains. It is well stocked with all tools and spices to make gourmet meals. The downstairs full kitchen makes small meal and snack preparation easy when lounging by the pool deck or breakfasts for early birds.
Both kitchens have water purification systems. Bottled water is also offered as a second option.

AC is available throughout the house. The need for air conditioning is minimal because of the breezes that are always present.. Solar energy panels were installed in 2016 meeting most of the electrical daytime needs. As gas is very expensive in the Baja, a credit of up to $75 US per day will be provided for gas for heating the pool during the winter months.

The two great rooms in each floor open completely to the outdoors becoming expansive areas and making the indoor and outdoor become one.

Board games, Children’s toys, Cribs, playpens, and other children’s needs are available if requested.

Features outside the Villa:
There are 4 terraces for eating or lounging plus the rooftop terrace which offers spectacular 320 degree views. This is a favorite area for cocktails, whale and sunset watching. It has a large fire pit, lush seating area, a bar sink, drinks fridge and BBQ as well as comfy cushions ready for nighttime stargazing. In addition, it has a small meditation/yoga /massage /extra guest room and a miniature cactus collection garden

The heated pool features strong jets for resistance swimming exercise, a Jacuzzi, a waterfall and a shallow beach entry, shaded pavilion for children or adults wanting to chill out of the sun. Listening to the waterfall will relax even the most energetic guests. The hammock on the terrace also provides a relaxing hideout.

Marina, beach, estuary art walks and great restaurants surround us.
The marina offers opportunity for world class fishing, rental of yachts, whale watching expeditions, and more. You will also want to visit the beautiful community garden developed by PLC. It houses a labyrinth and a cactus collection which is one of the largest in the world as well as an adjacent museum quality bronze sculpture garden.

Golf Course:
The house sits on the golf course of two of the world Class golf courses with Puerto Los Cabos, an Arnold Palmer and a Jack Nicholson course.

Concierge services:
Management can make arrangements for concierge services to grocery shop or plan excursions to the many adventures offered in Cabo. Private Chefs and Mexican cooks can also offer you a variety of culinary fairs at various prices at home. Catering is also available from the many restaurants and clubs in the neighborhood.

Cleaning Services:
Management will provide cleaning services every other day for 6 hours, with stays of 6 days or more. Additional services may be hired for a fee of $40.00 US per six hours paid directly to the cleaning personnel.

Security at Casa Bella Vida:
The PLC double gated community has security guards on duty 24/7 and is served by its own fire and emergency services. Friendly security guards and night time watchmen help insure tight security in this beautiful neighborhood. The home has two safes and an emergency manual plus defibrillator.

The villa has a land-line phone for calling local and emergency numbers as well as a toll free USA/Canada line.

The home is also equipped with an AED (automatic electronic defibrillator) in case of emergency and a manual for local emergencies. The hospital in San José, H+ is state of art and features American trained physicians. They offer ambulance service and other emergency services.
