RARE & UNIQUE 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home on a huge & private corner lot w/ mountain views in a PRIME area of Ahwatukee Foothills within walking distance to tons of South Mountain trail-heads for hiking & mountain biking.

Backyard is a vacationers' delight w/ oversized 6 person HOT TUB, beautiful heated pool with 5 tranquil waterfalls, neon lights, a 5 hole putting green w/ long-distance chipping area, luxury fire pit & plenty of space for outdoor dining, BBQ'ing, sun bathing or hanging around the firepit at night.

Home comes with access to a huge side-lot that can fit 2 Class A RV's and may be used for temporary storage of any "toys" like a camper, boat, etc.

Home is a true single level with NO steps or stairs, so it is very senior friendly. Home has a security gate in order to enter the front courtyard for added protection and peace of mind. There is a metal gate on the side of the house which can serve as child protection from the pool area. All three bedrooms have KING size beds.

Excellent vacation home

The house sits in a great location off of highway 10. Close to mall and plenty of eating establishments. Has a wonderful heated pool which the whole family can enjoy. The house everything you need! You’ll be glad you stayed. Very comfortable as well.

Spring Break Trip

Great stay in Phoenix. The house was great. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub after mornings of hiking in nearby mountains.

Great location

Great location for us. We were attending a wedding in Gilbert (cute town). Close to the airport and all that the Phoenix area has to offer. Jamie couldn't have been more accommodating. The house had everything we needed for our week-long stay. We were surprised to find a hot tub at the property. Jamie stated that she had one installed since the weather had been unseasonably cold lately. She really cares about the guests' experience.!

Winter Getaway

This property certainly lived up to the photos and description of the property and its wonderful host, Jamie! Having a heated pool was very important as one of us was rehabbing from shoulder surgery. As the weather was unseasonably cold, Jamie went above and beyond and had a hot tub installed upon our arrival! We felt like we were in own private mini resort! The house was cozy, the kitchen and living area open and easy to use and the three king beds were all very comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet, the neighbors friendly, waking up to the view of the Ahwatukee foothills and then ending the day with breathtaking sunsets never got old. Overall, we just cannot say enough great things about our stay and we still were able to use the pool! We stayed for five weeks and we will be back next time to stay longer! Thank you Jamie for going above and beyond!

Amazing home with a great location!

I can’t even begin to tell you how much we loved this house. We stayed for two weeks and it definitely felt like home. There was more than enough room for us and the kids stayed busy with the pool and outside area. The host was and is amazing and so so easy to work with. Not only was the house and location great but the neighbors on all sides were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property and host. THANK YOU!!!

Fantastic and fun getaway!

We had a wonderful week in Ahwatukee! This house is a perfect getaway. We loved the pool, the putting green, and the various places to sit. The options were great - we could sit in the sun in the early mornings and move to the shade as the day warmed up. The house is well equipped and Jamie was available any time we needed her - fantastic communication. We especially loved the fire table, the outside dining, and the pool! The inside of the house, while comfortable and nicely decorated, was basically just a place for us to sleep, change, and refill drinks. Our only caveat is the beds are HARD. Be prepared for very firm mattresses! Didn't take away from our stay but just a heads-up. Thanks for a relaxing week!!!

Lovely, quiet home

My husband and I stayed with two teenaged girls who wanted a pool. The house was lovely and located in a clean, quiet neighborhood near South Mountain. We were within walking distance of hiking, and I felt safe running solo through the neighborhood. The pool was a big hit, and my husband enjoyed the chipping and putting in the backyard. Jamie was an attentive host, and we appreciated the thoughtful details around the house such as kitchen supplies, extra towels and laundry. We highly recommend it for a family get away.

Vacation in AZ

The house is very clean and the outside space is great! The pool was heated to perfection and the location allows for easy shopping at Costco, Walmart or Safeway. It’s minutes from Tempe and only 25 mins from Scottsdale. Each bedroom has a King bed with new firm mattresses. Any issues that came up the house manager was easily accessible to help.

Great time in AZ

We had a fantastic time in the Phx area and this rental house was a great part of it. Loved the afternoons by the pool and the evenings by the fire pit. Perfect house for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens). Great location with easy access to many areas of town and the airport. Everything you and your group need to have a great stay. Highly recommend.

This is an absolute DREAM home for a family vacationing in Phoenix to stay... super fun pool with triple waterfalls, changing neon lights (your kids will love that), a huge putting green (hubby will love that), an uber large fenced in backyard (the pups will love that) and a gorgeous hot tub and outdoor patio area for BBQ'ing, chatting over cocktails & sun bathing (mama will love that).
